Abstract

本发明公开了一种生物质热解提质系统中的流化床反应器,包括反应器,反应器的底部设有开口部,开口部外端设有外螺纹,反应器底部设有底盖,底盖内部可活动的与外螺纹裸接,底盖顶部中央固定有用于密封开口部的密封塞,底盖底部中央固定有螺纹杆,螺纹杆与固定座螺接,固定座固定在支腿上,支腿固定在反应器上,反应器顶部固定有电机,电机驱动端固定有转轴,该转轴嵌入至反应器内部,转轴上固定有多个搅拌桨叶,转轴下端设有螺旋体,螺旋体通过连杆与反应器固定,反应器壳体内部围绕满加热电阻丝。本发明反应效率更高且沉到反应器底部的颗粒清除方便,加热电阻丝与反应器内部隔离,更加安全,且加热速度快。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种流化床反应器,具体涉及一种生物质热解提质系统中的流化床反应器。
背景技术
流化床反应器是一种利用气体或液体通过颗粒状固体而使固体颗粒处于悬浮运动状态,并进行气固相反应过程或液固相反应过程的反应器;其中,液体和颗粒状固体反应的流化床反应器比较常见,现有的流化床反应器存在以下缺点:
1)颗粒状固体与液体反应时颗粒状固体容易沉到反应器底部,导致悬浮效果差,影响反应效率;
2)颗粒状固体与液体反应时,因颗粒状固体因不能完全反应掉,沉到反应器底部的颗粒常常需要清除,比较麻烦;
3)现有反应器加热时一般是将电加热器直接放到反应器内,不安全,且加热速度慢。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种生物质热解提质系统中的流化床反应器。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种生物质热解提质系统中的流化床反应器,包括反应器,所述反应器的底部设有开口部,开口部外端设有外螺纹,所述反应器底部设有底盖,所述底盖内部可活动的与所述外螺纹裸接,所述底盖顶部中央固定有用于密封所述开口部的密封塞,所述底盖底部中央固定有螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆与固定座螺接,所述固定座固定在支腿上,所述支腿固定在反应器上,所述反应器顶部固定有电机,所述电机驱动端固定有转轴,该转轴嵌入至反应器内部,所述转轴上固定有多个搅拌桨叶,所述转轴下端设有螺旋体,所述螺旋体通过连杆与反应器固定,所述反应器壳体内部围绕满加热电阻丝,所述反应器上安装有入料口、排气口和出料口,排气口和出料口上设有阀门。
优选的,所述密封塞为锥形橡胶制成。
优选的,所述反应器外端固定有一层绝缘层。
优选的,所述反应器由导热材质制成。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)颗粒状固体不易沉到反应器底部,提高了其悬浮效果差,反应效率更高;
2)沉到反应器底部的颗粒清除方便;
3)加热电阻丝与反应器内部隔离,更加安全,且加热速度快。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
如图1所示,一种生物质热解提质系统中的流化床反应器,包括反应器1,所述反应器1的底部设有开口部,开口部外端设有外螺纹,所述反应器1底部设有底盖2,所述底盖2内部可活动的与所述外螺纹裸接,所述底盖2顶部中央固定有用于密封所述开口部的密封塞3,所述底盖2底部中央固定有螺纹杆8,所述螺纹杆8与固定座9螺接,所述固定座9固定在支腿10上,所述支腿10固定在反应器1上,所述反应器1顶部固定有电机5,所述电机5驱动端固定有转轴,该转轴嵌入至反应器1内部,所述转轴上固定有多个搅拌桨叶4,所述转轴下端设有螺旋体6,所述螺旋体6通过连杆7与反应器1固定,所述反应器1壳体内部围绕满加热电阻丝11,所述反应器1上安装有入料口1-1、排气口1-2和出料口1-3,排气口1-2和出料口1-3上设有阀门。
所述密封塞3为锥形橡胶制成。
所述反应器1外端固定有一层绝缘层12。
所述反应器1由导热材质制成。
工作原理:该反应器用于颗粒固体与液体反应,颗粒固体和液体从入料口1-1进入反应器1内,反应时电机5带动颗粒固体和液体旋转,避免颗粒固体下沉,螺旋体6有助于液体上下翻动,达到颗粒状固体不易沉到反应器底部,提高了其悬浮效果差,反应效率更高;
反应完毕后,有些颗粒固体因不能完全反应沉到反应器底部,清除时,通过把底盖2旋转来排除,螺纹杆8用于定位底盖2;
加热电阻丝与反应器内部隔离,更加安全,因其围绕反应器1,所以加热速度快。

1.一种生物质热解提质系统中的流化床反应器,其特征在于:包括反应器(1),所述反应器(1)的底部设有开口部,开口部外端设有外螺纹,所述反应器(1)底部设有底盖(2),所述底盖(2)内部可活动的与所述外螺纹裸接,所述底盖(2)顶部中央固定有用于密封所述开口部的密封塞(3),所述底盖(2)底部中央固定有螺纹杆(8),所述螺纹杆(8)与固定座(9)螺接,所述固定座(9)固定在支腿(10)上,所述支腿(10)固定在反应器(1)上,所述反应器(1)顶部固定有电机(5),所述电机(5)驱动端固定有转轴,该转轴嵌入至反应器(1)内部,所述转轴上固定有多个搅拌桨叶(4),所述转轴下端设有螺旋体(6),所述螺旋体(6)通过连杆(7)与反应器(1)固定,所述反应器(1)壳体内部围绕满加热电阻丝(11),所述反应器(1)上安装有入料口(1-1)、排气口(1-2)和出料口(1-3),排气口(1-2)和出料口(1-3)上设有阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物质热解提质系统中的流化床反应器,其特征在于:所述密封塞(3)为锥形橡胶制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物质热解提质系统中的流化床反应器,其特征在于:所述反应器(1)外端固定有一层绝缘层(12)。
