Abstract
本发明公开了富含白藜芦醇的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,由内容物和囊壳两部分组成,其中内容物由有机藜麦粉、葡萄皮提取物、虎杖根提取物和枸杞籽油构成;囊壳是由明胶、水和甘油构成。本发明还公开了该软胶囊的制备方法,本发明制备方法简单,生产的富含白藜芦醇的多种提取物的藜麦软胶囊有很好的稳定性,服用方便,营养价值极高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种藜麦软胶囊制剂,更具体地说,涉及一种富含白藜芦醇的多种提取物的藜麦软胶囊,同时本发明还涉及该制剂的制备方法。
背景技术
藜麦的营养价值很高,是一种健康食物。藜麦与大多数其他植物类食物(不包括豆类)的不同之处在于其蛋白质含量较高。藜麦可提供所有必须氨基酸,而且含量均衡,并富含矿物质、维生素、脂肪酸和其他营养成分,是热能和膳食纤维的良好来源。
葡萄皮和虎杖根含有的白藜芦醇是一种广泛存在于高等植物中的有机化合物,是一种天然的抗氧化剂,具有降低血液粘稠度,抑制血小板凝结和血管舒张,保持血液畅通,拥有延缓衰老、调节血脂、保护心脑血管、抗肝炎等功能,可以预防和治疗由致病微生物感染的慢性炎症。研究体外培养和动物学流行病的学者指出,使用白藜芦醇可有效治疗心脏血管疾病和癌症。
此外,葡萄皮提取物对心脏血管系统有积极作用,具有保护肝脏、抗氧化及抑制自由基、促进骨组织新陈代谢、抗病毒和真菌等作用。
枸杞籽经压榨或萃取等方法精制后可以得到枸杞籽油,枸杞籽出油率为17%-20%。枸杞籽油中含有大量的不饱和脂肪酸、VE及磷脂,其中亚油酸的含量高达66.5%,VE含量为42.02mg/100g,磷脂含量为0.75%,β-胡萝卜素含量为0.73mg/100g,是一种极具保健功能的植物油。枸杞籽油中含有大量的营养成分和生理活性物质,除了有食用价值外,还有医疗保健作用,可以用于对高血压、高血脂、动脉粥样硬化等心脑血管疾病的辅助治疗。
鉴于藜麦全面均衡的营养成分和葡萄皮、虎杖根和枸杞籽油优异的营养成份和药用保健价值,本发明首次将葡萄皮、虎杖根和枸杞营养中的精华成分提取出来,与营养成分全面的藜麦粉混合,制备成软胶囊,以获得更有效的营养效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种富含白藜芦醇的各种提取物的藜麦软胶囊,将营养成分全面的有机藜麦粉和从葡萄皮、虎杖根以及枸杞籽中的精华成分,浓缩在软胶囊中,以获得更有效的营养效果。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述藜麦软胶囊的制备方法。
本发明富含白藜芦醇的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其软胶囊由内容物和囊壳两部分构成,其中所述的内容物材料的组成及其重量比例为:有机藜麦粉∶葡萄皮提取物∶虎杖根提取物∶枸杞籽油=1~10∶0.2~1.5∶0.1~1∶1~20;囊壳材料的组成及其重量比例为:明胶∶甘油∶水=0.9~1.1∶0.3~0.5∶0.9~1.1。
本发明富含白藜芦醇的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其中所述的有机藜麦粉为将采用有机种植方法得到的藜麦籽实通过现有的食品干燥和粉碎方法得到的有机藜麦籽实粉末。
本发明富含白藜芦醇的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其中所述的葡萄皮提取物为将葡萄皮通过提取、吸附等现代生物分离富集技术得到的含有白藜芦醇和多酚的提取物。
本发明富含白藜芦醇的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其中所述的虎杖根提取物为将虎杖根通过酶解、提取、吸附等现代生物分离富集技术得到的含有白藜芦醇的提取物。
本发明富含白藜芦醇的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其中所述枸杞籽油为采用溶剂萃取、压榨、亚临界萃取、超临界萃取中的其中一种或多种方法从枸杞籽中制得的枸杞籽提取物。
本发明富含白藜芦醇的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机藜麦粉、葡萄皮提取物、虎杖根提取物按上述比例加入到枸杞籽油中,用胶体磨磨匀,得内容物;
(2)取明胶、甘油、水,置容器中加热溶解,滤过,混匀,得胶皮溶液;
(3)取上述内容物和胶皮溶液,用软胶囊生产设备压制成型,干燥后即得。
本发明制备方法简单,生产的富含白藜芦醇提取物的藜麦软胶囊有很好的稳定性,服用方便,营养价值极高。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例具体说明本发明富含白藜芦醇的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法。
实施例1
本发明含有富含白藜芦醇的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法实施例,其制备步骤为:
软胶囊内容物组成:有机藜麦粉40克、葡萄皮提取物5克、虎杖根提取物5克、枸杞籽油60克;
软胶囊囊壳材料组成:明胶100g、甘油41g、水100g。
制备方法:
(1)将有机藜麦粉、葡萄皮提取物和虎杖根提取物加入到枸杞籽油中,用胶体磨磨匀,得内容物;
(2)取明胶、甘油、水,置适宜容器中加热至80℃溶解,滤过,混匀,于60℃保温,得胶皮溶液;
(3)取上述内容物和胶皮溶液,用软胶囊生产设备压制成型,干燥后即得富含白藜芦醇的各种提取物的藜麦软胶囊。
以上所述实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本发明的范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通工程技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本发明的权利要求书确定的保护范围内。

1.富含白藜芦醇的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其软胶囊由内容物和囊壳两部分构成,其特征在于:所述的内容物材料的组成及其重量比例为:有机藜麦粉∶葡萄皮提取物∶虎杖根提取物∶枸杞籽油=1~10∶0.2~1.5∶0.1~1∶1~20;囊壳材料的组成及其重量比例为:明胶∶甘油∶水=0.9~1.1∶0.3~0.5∶0.9~1.1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的富含白藜芦醇的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的有机藜麦粉为将采用有机种植方法得到的藜麦籽实通过现有的食品干燥和粉碎方法得到的有机藜麦籽实粉末。
3.根据权利要求1所述的富含白藜芦醇的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的葡萄皮提取物为将葡萄皮通过提取、吸附等现代生物分离富集技术得到的含有白藜芦醇和多酚的提取物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的富含白藜芦醇的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的虎杖根提取物为将虎杖根通过酶解、提取、吸附等现代生物分离富集技术得到的含有白藜芦醇的提取物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的富含白藜芦醇的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述枸杞籽油为采用溶剂萃取、压榨、亚临界萃取、超临界萃取中的其中一种或多种方法从枸杞籽中制得的枸杞籽提取物。
6.权利要求1所述的富含白藜芦醇的藜麦软胶囊及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将有机藜麦粉、葡萄皮提取物、虎杖根提取物按上述比例加入到枸杞籽油中,用胶体磨磨匀,得内容物;
(2)取明胶、甘油、水,置容器中加热溶解,滤过,混匀,得胶皮溶液;
(3)取上述内容物和胶皮溶液,用软胶囊生产设备压制成型,干燥后即得。
