背景技术
据统计,86%的嗜酒人士都伴有多痰、咽炎、咳嗽、口臭、恶心、干呕、乏力、头晕头疼、失眠、胸闷气短、肠胃不适、容易疲劳等症状,而这些症状正是多种慢性疾病的前兆,因此,解酒保健产品应用而生。目前市场上的中药解酒保健产品品种繁多,但大多都用药物制成,副作用大或口感差,含量均匀度不好,临床上患者服用时常常产生一些副作用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明通过大量试验对辅料筛选、工艺优化和设备改进,提供了一种解酒饮料,含量均匀度好,制备工艺简单。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种解酒饮料,它由下列重量份原料配比制备而成:耳草20-40份、老鼠刺10-20份、节节茶15-30份、骑马参20-30份、猕猴桃10-20份、麦冬10-30份、玉竹10-30份、葛根10-30份、桑叶5-15份。

所述解酒饮料,制备方法步骤为:取上述药材合并,加水煎煮两次,合并煎液,浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.10-1.20,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达65-85%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20-1.30并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,添加蔗糖,按常规方法制备成饮料。
所述的解酒饮料,制备方法中煎煮条件为:第一次加水为药材重量的8-12倍量,煎煮1-2h,第二次加水为药材重量的6-10倍量,煎煮1-2h。

骑马参为兰科舌唇兰属植物舌唇兰Platanthera japonica(Thumb.)Lindl.,以带根全草入药。润肺,祛痰止咳。用于肺热咳嗽,喘咳。
与现有技术相比,本发明涉及的复方利血平片具有如下有益的技术效果:
本发明耳草、老鼠刺、节节茶、骑马参清热解毒为君药,猕猴桃、麦冬、玉竹、葛根养阴生津为臣药,桑叶为佐使药,共同具有解酒作用。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例形式对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明,但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例,凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1:取耳草20份、老鼠刺20份、节节茶15份、骑马参30份、猕猴桃10份、麦冬30份、玉竹10份、葛根30份、桑叶5份合并,加水煎煮两次,合并煎液,浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.10,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达85%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,添加蔗糖,按常规方法制备成饮料。制备方法中煎煮条件为:第一次加水为药材重量的12倍量,煎煮1h,第二次加水为药材重量的10倍量,煎煮1h。喷雾干燥条件为:进风温度为120℃,出风温度为80℃,物料温度为90℃,雾化压力为0.2兆帕,喷雾速度为10ml/s。
实施例2:耳草40份、老鼠刺10份、节节茶30份、骑马参20份、猕猴桃20份、麦冬10份、玉竹30份、葛根10份、桑叶15份合并,加水煎煮两次,合并煎液,浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达65%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.30并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,添加蔗糖,按常规方法制备成饮料。制备方法中煎煮条件为:第一次加水为药材重量的8倍量,煎煮2h,第二次加水为药材重量的6倍量,煎煮2h。喷雾干燥条件为:进风温度为100℃,出风温度为90℃,物料温度为70℃,雾化压力为0.4兆帕,喷雾速度为5ml/s。
实施例3:取耳草30份、老鼠刺15份、节节茶20份、骑马参25份、猕猴桃15份、麦冬20份、玉竹20份、葛根20份、桑叶10份合并,加水煎煮两次,合并煎液,浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.10-1.20,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达75%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.25并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,添加蔗糖,按常规方法制备成饮料。制备方法中煎煮条件为:第一次加水为药材重量的10倍量,煎煮1.5h,第二次加水为药材重量的8倍量,煎煮1.5h。喷雾干燥条件为:进风温度为110℃,出风温度为85℃,物料温度为80℃,雾化压力为0.3兆帕,喷雾速度为7ml/s。
实施例4:、酒精性肝损伤影响实验
取健康昆明种小鼠,雌雄各半,按体重分层随机分为4组,分别为解酒饮料高(50ml/kg)、中(30ml/kg)、低(10ml/kg)剂量组、模型对照组(等体积生理盐水)。各组按0.15ml/10g体重灌胃白酒;6h后处死小鼠,立即称取0.2g新鲜肝脏放入置有预冷玻璃匀浆器中,在冰浴中制成100g/L匀浆,2000r/min离心10min,取上清液,为肝匀浆,测定GSH、MDA的含量。MDA的量常常可反映机体内脂质过氧化的程度,间接反映出细胞损伤的程度。GSH不仅清除人体自由基,还可以提高人体免疫力,能增进血球制造保护物质的功能,间接反映对机体的保护功能。观测受试品对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的影响,结果见表。结果显示,实施例3解酒饮料组可明显降低小鼠肝脏内MDA的水平,但对GSH无明显影响。说明本品对小鼠酒精性肝损伤有一定防治作用。见下表:

Claims (6)
1.一种解酒饮料,其特征在于,它由下列重量份原料配比制备而成:耳草20-40份、老鼠刺10-20份、节节茶15-30份、骑马参20-30份、猕猴桃10-20份、麦冬10-30份、玉竹10-30份、葛根10-30份、桑叶5-15份。
2.如权利要求1所述解酒饮料,其特征在于,它由下列重量份原料配比制备而成:耳草30份、老鼠刺15份、节节茶20份、骑马参25份、猕猴桃15份、麦冬20份、玉竹20份、葛根20份、桑叶10份。
3.如权利要求1所述解酒饮料,其特征在于制备方法步骤为:取上述药材合并,加水煎煮两次,合并煎液,浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.10-1.20,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达65-85%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20-1.30并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,添加蔗糖,按常规方法制备成饮料。
4.如权利要求3所述的解酒饮料,其特征在于,制备方法中煎煮条件为:第一次加水为药材重量的8-12倍量,煎煮1-2h,第二次加水为药材重量的6-10倍量,煎煮1-2h。
5.如权利要求3所述的解酒饮料,其特征在于,制备方法中喷雾干燥条件为:进风温度为100-120℃,出风温度为80-90℃,物料温度为70-90℃,雾化压力为0.2-0.4兆帕,喷雾速度为5-10ml/s。
6.如权利要求1所述解酒饮料在解酒饮料中的应用。
