Abstract

一种多点连动快速切断阀,包括阀体、阀板和驱动装置,阀板安装在阀体内,阀板与驱动装置之间通过驱动机构连接,驱动机构包括主传动轴、从动轴以及限位连杆Ⅰ、限位连杆Ⅱ,主传动轴一端与驱动装置的驱动轴铰接,另一端与从动轴的一端铰接;从动轴与固定在阀板上的支座铰接;限位连杆Ⅰ与限位连杆Ⅱ相互铰接,限位连杆Ⅰ的另一端与支座铰接,限位连杆Ⅱ的另一端与阀体铰接。本发明的有益效果是:驱动装置通过主传动轴带动从动轴转动,从而带动限位连杆Ⅰ与限位连杆Ⅱ的运动,可使阀板按设定的轨迹运动,实现阀门快速启闭;且通过调节L1、L2、L3的大小可调节从动轴的回转角度,即可调节阀门启闭的时间。

本发明涉及阀门技术领域,特别涉及一种多点连动快速切断阀。
背景技术
目前使用在煤气管线上的快速切断阀,形式多为驱动装置带动固定式连杆运动,阀门回转角度大,仅能满足一般工业管路关闭的要求,但对于某些要求快关功能的工况场合,普通切断阀已远远不能满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,能实现快关功能,且可柔性调节快关时间的多点连动快速切断阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种多点连动快速切断阀,包括阀体、阀板和驱动装置,阀板安装在阀体内,阀板与驱动装置之间通过驱动机构连接,驱动机构包括主传动轴、从动轴以及限位连杆Ⅰ、限位连杆Ⅱ,主传动轴一端与驱动装置的驱动轴铰接,另一端与从动轴的一端铰接;从动轴与固定在阀板上的支座铰接;限位连杆Ⅰ与限位连杆Ⅱ相互铰接,限位连杆Ⅰ的另一端与支座铰接,限位连杆Ⅱ的另一端与阀体铰接;从动轴在支座上的安装位置与阀板之间的距离为L1,从动轴在支座上的安装位置与限位连杆Ⅰ在支座上的安装位置之间的距离为L2,限位连杆Ⅰ的长度为L3,调整L1、L2、L3的大小即可调节从动轴的回转角度。
本发明的有益效果是:驱动装置通过主传动轴带动从动轴转动,从而带动限位连杆Ⅰ与限位连杆Ⅱ的运动,可使阀板按设定的轨迹运动,实现阀门快速启闭;且通过调节L1、L2、L3的大小可调节从动轴的回转角度,即可调节阀门启闭的时间。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种多点连动快速切断阀,包括阀体1、阀板2和驱动装置5,阀板2安装在阀体1内,阀板2与驱动装置5之间通过驱动机构连接,驱动机构包括主传动轴6、从动轴4以及限位连杆Ⅰ8、限位连杆Ⅱ7,主传动轴6一端与驱动装置5的驱动轴9铰接,另一端与从动轴4的一端铰接;从动轴4与固定在阀板2上的支座3铰接;限位连杆Ⅰ8与限位连杆Ⅱ7相互铰接,限位连杆Ⅰ8的另一端与支座3铰接,限位连杆Ⅱ7的另一端与阀体1铰接;从动轴4在支座3上的安装位置与阀板2之间的距离为L1,从动轴4在支座3上的安装位置与限位连杆Ⅰ8在支座3上的安装位置之间的距离为L2,限位连杆Ⅰ8的长度为L3,调整L1、L2、L3的大小即可调节从动轴4的回转角度, 即可调节阀门启闭的时间,实现阀门快速启闭。

1.一种多点连动快速切断阀,包括阀体、阀板和驱动装置,所述阀板安装在阀体内,阀板与驱动装置之间通过驱动机构连接,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括主传动轴、从动轴以及限位连杆Ⅰ、限位连杆Ⅱ,所述主传动轴一端与驱动装置的驱动轴铰接,另一端与从动轴的一端铰接;所述从动轴与固定在阀板上的支座铰接;所述限位连杆Ⅰ与限位连杆Ⅱ相互铰接,限位连杆Ⅰ的另一端与支座铰接,限位连杆Ⅱ的另一端与阀体铰接;所述从动轴在支座上的安装位置与阀板之间的距离为L1,所述从动轴在支座上的安装位置与限位连杆Ⅰ在支座上的安装位置之间的距离为L2,所述限位连杆Ⅰ的长度为L3,调整L1、L2、L3的大小即可调节从动轴的回转角度。
