Abstract

本发明公开了一种喷绘布固色剂及其制备方法,该固色剂由以下按照重量份的原料组成:烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚19‑27份、偶氮二异丁腈13‑21份、十一烷基醇8‑16份、三羟甲基丙烷1‑5份、硼酸5‑13份。将偶氮二异丁腈与烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚混合加热搅拌处理,然后边搅拌边滴加十一烷基醇溶液,滴加完后降温搅拌处理;然后加入硼酸溶液加热搅拌处理;然后滴加三羟甲基丙烷溶液,滴加完后加热搅拌处理,降至室温即得固色剂。本发明用于纸表面施涂,能显著改善打印纸表面性质,提高打印质量,特别是大幅提高成纸的抗水性。本发明大幅提高成纸遇水后色密度值,固色效果好、环保、无污染,生产工艺简便,生产成本低,性能稳定,适于工业化生产,具有广阔的市场前景。

一种喷绘布固色剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及固色剂技术领域,具体是一种喷绘布固色剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
施胶和涂布是常用的喷绘布制备方法,施胶相对涂布,用量少,材料成本和生产成本低,但成纸打印质量不及涂布纸,需要提高施胶喷绘布质量,以接近并达到涂布纸的打印质量。固色剂是喷绘布涂层中常用的固着色料的助剂,共性是阳离子和高分子量。离子强度高,与呈色染料分子作用力强,能迅速捕捉并固定负电性的色料,起到固色的作用。高分子量阳离子聚合物,如聚乙烯亚胺、聚乙烯胺、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵及聚乙烯苯甲基三甲胺氯化物等聚胺类以及阳离子苯丙乳液强阳离子聚合物,均可用于固色,但这些常用的固色剂往往抗水性不佳,用于施胶层由于量少而不能起到抗水的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种喷绘布固色剂及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种喷绘布固色剂,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚19-27份、偶氮二异丁腈13-21份、十一烷基醇8-16份、三羟甲基丙烷1-5份、硼酸5-13份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述喷绘布固色剂,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚21-25份、偶氮二异丁腈15-19份、十一烷基醇10-14份、三羟甲基丙烷2-4份、硼酸7-11份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述喷绘布固色剂,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚23份、偶氮二异丁腈17份、十一烷基醇12份、三羟甲基丙烷3份、硼酸9份。
一种喷绘布固色剂的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
1)将十一烷基醇与其质量1.8倍的无水乙醇混合,制得十一烷基醇溶液;将硼酸与去离子水混合配制成质量浓度为38%的硼酸溶液;将三羟甲基丙烷与去离子水混合配制成质量浓度为22%的三羟甲基丙烷溶液;
2)将偶氮二异丁腈与烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚混合,升温至70℃,并在该温度下搅拌处理33min,然后边搅拌边滴加十一烷基醇溶液,在32min的时间中滴加完毕,滴加完后降至60℃并在该温度下搅拌处理72min;然后加入硼酸溶液,在88℃的温度下搅拌处理49min;然后在10min的时间中滴加三羟甲基丙烷溶液,滴加完后在116℃的温度下搅拌处理58-60min,降至室温即得固色剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明用于纸表面施涂,能显著改善打印纸表面性质,提高打印质量,特别是大幅提高成纸的抗水性。本发明大幅提高成纸遇水后色密度值,固色效果好、环保、无污染,生产工艺简便,生产成本低,性能稳定,适于工业化生产,具有广阔的市场前景。

实施例1
本发明实施例中,一种喷绘布固色剂,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚19份、偶氮二异丁腈13份、十一烷基醇8份、三羟甲基丙烷1份、硼酸5份。

除无三羟甲基丙烷、偶氮二异丁腈外,其它与实施例5一致。
将上述实施例1-5及对比例1-3所制得的固色剂分别施涂于喷绘布表面,打印色密度采用X-Rite色密度计测量,对色块冲水1分钟后测量四色密度,冲水后四色密度高说明抗水性好,四色密度为C(蓝)、M(红)、Y(黄)、K(墨)。测得色密度值见表1。

从表1中可看出,缺少三羟甲基丙烷或偶氮二异丁腈后,对色块冲水1min之后,四色的色密度值都有很大下降,说明缺少三羟甲基丙烷或偶氮二异丁腈时制得的固色剂抗水性较差;相较之下,实施例1-5制备的固色剂,对色块冲水1min之后,所检测的色密度值高,说明抗水性能得到很大改善。

1.一种喷绘布固色剂,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚19-27份、偶氮二异丁腈13-21份、十一烷基醇8-16份、三羟甲基丙烷1-5份、硼酸5-13份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷绘布固色剂,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚21-25份、偶氮二异丁腈15-19份、十一烷基醇10-14份、三羟甲基丙烷2-4份、硼酸7-11份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的喷绘布固色剂,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚23份、偶氮二异丁腈17份、十一烷基醇12份、三羟甲基丙烷3份、硼酸9份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的喷绘布固色剂的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:
1)将十一烷基醇与其质量1.8倍的无水乙醇混合,制得十一烷基醇溶液;将硼酸与去离子水混合配制成质量浓度为38%的硼酸溶液;将三羟甲基丙烷与去离子水混合配制成质量浓度为22%的三羟甲基丙烷溶液;
2)将偶氮二异丁腈与烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚混合,升温至70℃,并在该温度下搅拌处理33min,然后边搅拌边滴加十一烷基醇溶液,在32min的时间中滴加完毕,滴加完后降至60℃并在该温度下搅拌处理72min;然后加入硼酸溶液,在88℃的温度下搅拌处理49min;然后在10min的时间中滴加三羟甲基丙烷溶液,滴加完后在116℃的温度下搅拌处理58-60min,降至室温即得固色剂。
