本发明提供一种汽车转向器轴承润滑脂组合物及其制备方法。包括以下组分:(1)稠化剂8~15%,锂皂;(2)基础油80‑89%;(3)添加剂3~7%;包括:(a)芳胺类抗氧化剂和/或受阻酚类抗氧剂1~2.5%;(b)有机磷化物抗磨剂和/或钼酸酯抗磨剂1~3%(c)石油磺酸钡和/或环烷酸锌0.5~2%。该发明生产的润滑脂具有较少的杂质和优异的低噪音性能,能够降低汽车转向器轴承的启动和运转噪音;具有良好的流动性和低温启动性,能够保证汽车转向器轴承对润滑脂的低扭力、启动快的要求;具有良好的抗磨性能和抗水防锈性能,能够在苛刻条件下为汽车转向器轴承提供充足润滑,保证轴承长时间连续工作。适宜在汽车转向器轴承上使用。

技术领域
本发明属于润滑脂技术领域,特别是涉及一种汽车转向器润滑脂组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着润滑脂研发工作的不断加强,润滑脂的设计和开发越来越专业化,特殊的工况条件下的摩擦部位,对润滑剂具有特殊的要求。
汽车行驶时,驾驶员通过操纵方向盘来实现行驶方向改变的控制,转向性能的好坏直接影响汽车的操纵安全性,而在汽车的转向系中,转向器又是其中的一个关键部件。汽车转向器的功用是改变汽车的行驶方向和保持汽车稳定地直线行驶,汽车转向系一般包括转向盘、转向操纵机构总成、转向装置及转向传动机构。
随着生活水平的提高,人们对汽车的整车性能、安全性能要求越来越重视。作为驾驶员控制汽车平稳行驶的重要工具,要求汽车转向系统具有良好的转向感觉、舒适性和安全性。轴承是转向器中提供机械支撑的关键零部件。轴承在转向器中起着“保安件”的作用,因此对轴承的精度、性能、寿命和可靠性等都提出了很高的要求。某汽车公司要求转向器轴承几何精度高,还要求轴承转灵活,摩擦力矩小,保持架不准干涉套圈,钢球不准有裂纹,套圈滚道有足够强度,此外,还规定轴承旋转50万次不准出现疲劳剥落和点蚀等现象。
综合以上转向器轴承的使用需求,确定汽车转向器轴承用润滑脂应具备以下性能:
(1)低噪音性能,6201轴承振动值不高于23dB,保证轴承运转无异音;
(2)低扭矩性能,-40℃启动力矩不高于0.180N·m,运转转矩不高于0.020N·m保证轴承转动灵活,力矩小;
(3)低摩擦耐高温,120℃高温寿命达到500h以上,保证轴承长效的使用寿命。
应用于汽车各个部位的润滑产品报道较多,但尚未见关于转向器轴承专用润滑脂产品的报道。
发明内容
本发明提供一种适用于汽车转向器轴承的锂皂润滑脂的组合物。提供一种具有低噪音、低扭矩、良好抗磨承载能力,同时具有长使用寿命的汽车转向器轴承润滑脂组合物,本发明通过选择合适的基础油、添加剂及特殊的后处理工艺,保证本类润滑脂能够满足汽车转向器轴承对润滑脂的要求,起到润滑、防护、保证轴承使用寿命的作用。
本发明的技术如下:
一种汽车转向器轴承润滑脂组合物,按组合物的总重量百分比计,包括以下组分:
(1)锂皂稠化剂 8-15%;
(2)基础油 80-89%;
(3)添加剂 3-7%;
添加剂包括:(a)芳胺类抗氧化剂和/或受阻酚类抗氧剂1-2.5%;(b)有机磷化物抗磨剂和/或钼酸酯抗磨剂1-3%(c)石油磺酸钡和/或环烷酸锌0.5-2%。
所述的稠化剂为脂肪酸与氢氧化锂的反应的生成物,其中脂肪酸为硬脂酸、十二羟基硬脂酸、氢化蓖麻油、棕榈酸。稠化剂体系中各种酸的复配应满足硬脂酸与其他酸的至少一种组成两种及两种以上的体系要求。
所述的组合物的基础油为烯烃合成油(PAO)或酯类油中的至少一种。
所述的组合物的基础油中的酯类油为一元醇和二元脂肪酸反应得到的合成酯类油。
所述的组合物的芳胺类抗氧化剂为烷基化二苯胺或N-苯基-α-萘胺的一种或两种,受阻酚类抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚或2-萘酚的一种或两种。
所述组合物的抗磨剂为有机硫化物或钼酸酯抗磨剂的一种或两种。
本发明所述的组合物的防锈剂为石油磺酸钡和/或环烷酸锌的一种或两种,两种同时使用可按任意比例混配。
本发明所述的组合物的制备方法和步骤如下:
本发明的汽车转向器轴承润滑脂组合物制备方法,首先在反应器中加入基础油总量的40%~50%和脂肪酸,搅拌升温至85~90℃,加入氢氧化锂碱液,反应1~1.5h,控制温度在95~100℃范围内;升温排水,在2h内把温度升至210~220℃,加入20-25%基础油急冷后,立即加入抗氧剂,95~110℃加入抗磨剂、防锈剂,剩余基础油作为后调油加入,降温,轧油三遍,灌装成脂。
所述的组合物基础油的40℃运动粘度优选为20~50mm2/s。
所述的组合物基础油须经过不低于5μm过滤精度的袋式过滤器过滤。
所述的组合物基础油的黏度指数为不低于100。
本发明所述的润滑脂组合物的制备方法,在于首先加入的基础油(40%~50%),不应包含酯类基础油,如总配方中含酯类油,应在后续步骤中加入。
本发明的润滑脂通过性能试验表明具有下述优点:(1)硬脂酸与其他脂肪酸复配的稠化剂体系和酯类油与合成烃基础油体系使得润滑脂具有良好的流动性,保证润滑脂具有低扭矩和轴承启动灵活的作用。(2)由于加入了优选的抗氧剂和抗磨添加剂,所述的组合物具有良好的氧化安定性和良好的抗磨和承载能力,保证加入该润滑脂的轴承具有长效的使用寿命。(3)优选的防锈剂体系,保证润滑脂具有良好的抗水防锈性能。(4)经过过滤处理的基础油和润滑脂,保证润滑脂具有高的清洁度和低噪音性能。
本发明的组合物流动性和扭动力矩分别按照润滑脂相似黏度测定法ASTM D1092和滚珠轴承润滑脂的低温扭矩测定法ASTM D1487进行测试。氧化安定性按照润滑脂氧化安定性(双氧弹法)ASTM D942进行测试。承载能力利用四球试验机,按照ASTM D2596标准方法进行测试。抗水防锈性能按照润滑脂的防腐蚀性能测法(EMCOR方法)进行测试。轴承寿命按照高温滚珠球轴承寿命特性测定法ASTM D3336进行测试。清洁度按照润滑脂杂质含量测定法(显微镜法)SH/T 0336进行测试,低噪音性能按照滚动轴承振动(加速度)测量方法JB/T5314进行测试。其余常规性能指标均按照国家标准或石化行业标准进行测试。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步的阐述。
实施例1-6和比较例制备方法:
首先在反应器中加入指定比例基础油总量的40%~50%,此部分基础油不应包含酯类合成油,如总配方中含油脂类油,应在后续步骤中加入,再加入脂肪酸,搅拌升温至85~90℃,加入氢氧化锂碱液,反应1~1.5h,控制温度在90~100℃范围内;升温排水,在2h内把温度升至210~220℃,加入20~25%基础油急冷后,立即加入抗氧剂,95~110℃加入抗磨剂、防锈剂,剩余基础油作为后调油,降温,充分搅拌后在三辊机上研磨均匀。
实施例1-6的基础油须经过不低于5μm过滤精度的袋式过滤器过滤,为形成对比效果,比较例基础油选用矿物油且不经过过滤。
实施例1-6与比较例是按照上述制备方法制备,各组分含量及性能见表1:

下述各个实施例尽管所列是一个点的例子,但对每个权利要求所述的范围都是可以达到同样的效果,并非紧限于此条件。

注1,-50℃下该润滑脂相似粘度超过测定范围最大值,无法测试。
由表2和表3可以看出,本发明的转向器轴承润滑脂较对比例具有较少的杂质,无75μm以上杂质,25μm以上杂质不超过80个,保证了轴承具有较低的噪音值,最低达到21dB,可以有效降低轴承运转噪音;该润滑脂组合物在-50℃条件下具有较低的相似粘度,相似粘度不高于769Pa·s,并且在-40℃条件下具有低的轴承启动和运转转矩。该润滑脂组合物具有较高的最大无卡咬负荷,在441N~618N之间,同时该润滑脂组合物具有良好的抗水防锈性能和氧化安定性,动态防锈能力不低于1级,氧化安定性压力降不高于17kPa,从而保证注有该润滑脂的轴承在120℃条件下,具有长效的轴承寿命,从实施例来看不低于575h。
本实施方式实例的化验项目只是化验的润滑脂的通用项目,以便保证润滑脂具有一般润滑脂所具有的通用性。
从以上案例可得出如下结论:(1)本专利发明的润滑脂具有较少的杂质和优异的低噪音性能,能够降低汽车转向器轴承的启动噪音;(2)本专利发明的润滑脂具有良好的流动性和低温启动性,能够保证汽车转向器轴承对润滑脂的低扭力、启动快的要求;(3)本专利发明的润滑脂具有良好的抗磨性能和抗水防锈性能,能够在苛刻条件下为汽车转向器轴承提供充足润滑,保证轴承长时间连续工作。所介绍的润滑脂充分考虑了汽车转向器轴承对润滑脂的要求,通过对所设计配方和制造工艺的验证,产品性能指标能够满足汽车转向器轴承对润滑脂的要求。综合以上性能,充分证明了本专利所介绍的汽车转向器轴承润滑脂配方中基础油和稠化剂合理的匹配、添加剂的选择以及润滑脂制备方法的合理性。
本发明提出的一种汽车转向器轴承润滑脂组合物及制备方法,已经通过较佳的实施例子进行了描述,相关技术人员明显能在不脱离本发明内容、精神和范围内对本文所述的组分和方法进行改动或适当变更与组合,来实现本发明技术。特别需要指出的是,所有相类似的替换和改动对本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,他们都被视为包括在本发明精神、范围和内容中。

Claims (10)

1.一种汽车转向器轴承润滑脂组合物,其特征是按组合物的总重量百分比计,包括以下组分:
(1)锂皂稠化剂8~15%;
(2)基础油80~89%;
(3)添加剂3~7%;包括:(a)芳胺类抗氧化剂和/或受阻酚类抗氧剂1~2.5%;(b)有机磷化物抗磨剂和/或钼酸酯抗磨剂1~3%(c)石油磺酸钡和/或环烷酸锌0.5~2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征是所述的稠化剂为脂肪酸与氢氧化锂的反应的生成物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征是所述的组合物的基础油为烯烃合成油或酯类油中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征是所述的组合物基础油的40℃运动粘度为20~50mm2/s,且组合物基础油须经过不低于5μm过滤精度的袋式过滤器过滤。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征是所述的组合物的基础油中的酯类油为一元醇和二元脂肪酸反应得到的合成酯类油。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征是所述的组合物在于芳胺类抗氧化剂为烷基化二苯胺或N-苯基-α-萘胺的一种或两种,受阻酚类抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚或2-萘酚的一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征是所述组合物的抗磨剂为有机硫化物或钼酸酯抗磨剂的一种或两种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征是所述的组合物的防锈剂为石油磺酸钡和/或环烷酸锌的一种或两种,两种同时使用可按任意比例混配。
9.权利要求1所述的汽车转向器轴承润滑脂制备方法,其特征在于首先在反应器中加入基础油总量的40%~50%和脂肪酸,搅拌升温至85~90℃,加入氢氧化锂碱液,反应1~1.5h,控制温度在95~100℃;升温排水,在2h内把温度升至210~220℃,加入20~25%基础油急冷后,立即加入抗氧剂,95~110℃加入抗磨剂、防锈剂,剩余基础油作为后调油加入,降温,轧油三遍,灌装成脂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征是于首先加入的40%~50%基础油,不包含酯类基础油,如总配方中含酯类油,应在后续步骤中加入。
