S1:将碳酸钙粉碎,过2000目的筛子,制得碳酸钙粉碎物;
S2:将碳酸钙粉碎物配成浓度为4%的浆料,向所述浆料中加入甘氨酸、催化剂、引发剂,在微波功率为100W,温度为76℃,转速为300r/min下搅拌1h,制得物料A;
S3:向步骤S2制得的物料A中加入聚2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸钾、碳酸氢钾、架桥剂、调节剂、交联剂、促进剂、苯丙烯、增塑剂,在氮气保护,微波功率为120W,温度为66℃,转速为200r/min下搅拌0.9h,制得物料B;
S4:向步骤S3制得的物料B中加入过硫酸钠,在微波功率为80W,温度为82℃,转速为300r/min下搅拌5h,制得物料C;
S5:向步骤S4制得的物料C中加入水溶胶氢氧化铝、活性白土、相容剂、分散剂,在微波功率为250W,温度为76℃,转速为200r/min下搅拌4h,制得物料D;
S6:向步骤S5制得的物料D中加入磷酸二铵、消烟剂、紫外线吸收剂、光稳剂、抗老剂、稳定剂,在微波功率为150W,温度为48℃,转速为1000r/min下搅拌0.8h,接着静置4.5h后抽滤制得湿物,所述湿物在82℃下干燥至含水量为3%,再接着研磨成纳米粉状,制得橡胶用改性碳酸钙。
实施例3
一种橡胶用改性碳酸钙,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:碳酸钙198份、甘氨酸59份、催化剂0.6份、引发剂0.4份、聚2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸钾5份、碳酸氢钾3.8份、架桥剂0.7份、调节剂0.4份、交联剂0.6份、促进剂0.2份、苯丙烯11份、增塑剂0.8份、过硫酸钠4份、水溶胶氢氧化铝7份、活性白土6份、相容剂0.6份、分散剂0.4份、磷酸二铵3份、消烟剂3份、紫外线吸收剂0.4份、光稳剂0.2份、抗老剂0.6份、稳定剂0.5份;
所述催化剂为五氧化二钒;
所述引发剂为叔丁基过氧化氢;
所述架桥剂为丙烯酸型架桥剂;
所述调节剂为丙烯酸酯类调节剂;
所述交联剂为聚碳化二亚胺交联剂;
所述促进剂为辛酸亚锡;
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯;
所述相容剂为丙烯酸型相容剂;
所述分散剂为分散剂NNO;
所述消烟剂为三氢化钼;
所述紫外线吸收剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮;
所述光稳定剂为光稳定剂622;

所述橡胶用改性碳酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将碳酸钙粉碎,过3000目的筛子,制得碳酸钙粉碎物;
S2:将碳酸钙粉碎物配成浓度为6%的浆料,向所述浆料中加入甘氨酸、催化剂、引发剂,在微波功率为270W,温度为80℃,转速为600r/min下搅拌0.6h,制得物料A;
S3:向步骤S2制得的物料A中加入聚2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸钾、碳酸氢钾、架桥剂、调节剂、交联剂、促进剂、苯丙烯、增塑剂,在氮气保护,微波功率为180W,温度为72℃,转速为400r/min下搅拌0.6h,制得物料B;
S4:向步骤S3制得的物料B中加入过硫酸钠,在微波功率为120W,温度为88℃,转速为500r/min下搅拌3h,制得物料C;
S5:向步骤S4制得的物料C中加入水溶胶氢氧化铝、活性白土、相容剂、分散剂,在微波功率为260W,温度为82℃,转速为300r/min下搅拌2h,制得物料D;
S6:向步骤S5制得的物料D中加入磷酸二铵、消烟剂、紫外线吸收剂、光稳剂、抗老剂、稳定剂,在微波功率为180W,温度为55℃,转速为1200r/min下搅拌0.6h,接着静置4.5h后抽滤制得湿物,所述湿物在88℃下干燥至含水量为2.2%,再接着研磨成纳米粉状,制得橡胶用改性碳酸钙。
对本发明实施例1-3生产的橡胶用改性碳酸钙和未改性的碳酸钙性能进行比较,得到改性碳酸钙比未改性的碳酸钙吸油值降低了54.75%-55.89%,沉降体积降低了63.46%-67.51%,粘度降低了60.34%-64.59%,堆积密度降低了22.06%-23.79%,活化率提高了37.43%-40.54%,说明改性后的碳酸钙亲油疏水,与橡胶相容性好,并且堆积密度变小,说明碳酸钙分散性能好,不易团聚。

1.一种橡胶用改性碳酸钙,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:碳酸钙162-198份、甘氨酸46-59份、催化剂0.4-0.6份、引发剂0.2-0.4份、聚2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸钾2-5份、碳酸氢钾1.5-3.8份、架桥剂0.5-0.7份、调节剂0.2-0.4份、交联剂0.3-0.6份、促进剂0.1-0.2份、苯丙烯6-11份、增塑剂0.4-0.8份、过硫酸钠2-4份、水溶胶氢氧化铝4.2-7份、活性白土3.2-6份、相容剂0.3-0.6份、分散剂0.2-0.4份、磷酸二铵1-3份、消烟剂2-3份、紫外线吸收剂0.2-0.4份、光稳剂0.1-0.2份、抗老剂0.3-0.6份、稳定剂0.2-0.5份;
所述催化剂为五氧化二钒;
所述引发剂为叔丁基过氧化氢;
所述架桥剂为丙烯酸型架桥剂;
所述调节剂为丙烯酸酯类调节剂;
所述交联剂为聚碳化二亚胺交联剂;
所述促进剂为辛酸亚锡;
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯;
所述相容剂为丙烯酸型相容剂;
所述分散剂为分散剂NNO;
所述消烟剂为三氢化钼;

所述橡胶用改性碳酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将碳酸钙粉碎,过2000-3000目的筛子,制得碳酸钙粉碎物;
S2:将碳酸钙粉碎物配成浓度为4%-6%的浆料,向所述浆料中加入甘氨酸、催化剂、引发剂,在微波功率为100-200W,温度为75-82℃,转速为300-600r/min下搅拌0.6-1.2h,制得物料A;
S3:向步骤S2制得的物料A中加入聚2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸钾、碳酸氢钾、架桥剂、调节剂、交联剂、促进剂、苯丙烯、增塑剂,在氮气保护,微波功率为120-180W,温度为66-72℃,转速为200-400r/min下搅拌0.6-0.9h,制得物料B;
S4:向步骤S3制得的物料B中加入过硫酸钠,在微波功率为80-120W,温度为82-88℃,转速为300-500r/min下搅拌3-5h,制得物料C;
S5:向步骤S4制得的物料C中加入水溶胶氢氧化铝、活性白土、相容剂、分散剂,在微波功率为250-270W,温度为76-80℃,转速为200-300r/min下搅拌2-4h,制得物料D;
S6:向步骤S5制得的物料D中加入磷酸二铵、消烟剂、紫外线吸收剂、光稳剂、抗老剂、稳定剂,在微波功率为150-180W,温度为48-55℃,转速为1000-1200r/min下搅拌0.6-0.8h,接着静置4.5-5.5h后抽滤制得湿物,所述湿物在82-88℃下干燥至含水量≤3%,再接着研磨成纳米粉状,制得橡胶用改性碳酸钙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶用改性碳酸钙,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述微波功率为200W,温度为82℃,转速为600r/min下搅拌0.6h,制得物料A。
3.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶用改性碳酸钙,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述微波功率为180W,温度为72℃,转速为400r/min下搅拌0.6h,制得物料B。
4.根据权利要求3所述的橡胶用改性碳酸钙,其特征在于,步骤S4中所述微波功率为120W,温度为88℃,转速为500r/min下搅拌3h,制得物料C。
5.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶用改性碳酸钙,其特征在于,步骤S5中所述微波功率为270W,温度为80℃,转速为300r/min下搅拌2h,制得物料D。
6.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶用改性碳酸钙,其特征在于,步骤S6中所述微波功率为180W,温度为55℃,转速为1200r/min下搅拌0.6h。
7.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶用改性碳酸钙,其特征在于,步骤S6中所述湿物在82℃下干燥至含水量为3%。
