Abstract

本发明涉及一种组合式空心墙砖,该墙砖主要由耐火层、墙砖基层、空心层组成。空心层位于整个墙砖的最中心位置,墙砖基层位于空心层与耐火层之间,所述的耐火层位于整个墙砖的最外端。上述墙砖的加工工艺为:以粘土、粉煤灰为墙砖基层主要原料,石棉、浮石为辅料;以氧化硅、细砂石为耐火层原料,制成坯砖;将坯砖煅烧完毕得到墙砖;冷却后得到组合式空心墙砖。采用本发明组合式空心墙砖,通过在墙砖内部设置成空心结构,将墙砖外侧加工成组合式墙砖,使得墙砖加工完毕保证原有墙砖的质量之外,延长墙砖的使用寿命,非常适合大批量生产的需要。

组合式空心墙砖及其加工工艺
技术领域
本发明属于室内装饰技术领域,具体涉及一种组合式空心墙砖及其加工工艺。
背景技术
目前墙砖大量地使用于建筑工业中,传统的墙砖耐火强度低下,墙砖内部成实心结构,加工煅烧时,很容易造成报废,使用寿命短,耗费大量的生产成本及加工成本。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的是一种降低加工成本,提高生产效率的组合式空心墙砖及其加工工艺。
一种组合式空心墙砖,该墙砖主要由耐火层、墙砖基层、空心层组成。空心层位于整个墙砖的最中心位置,墙砖基层位于空心层与耐火层之间,所述的耐火层位于整个墙砖的最外端。
上述墙砖的加工工艺为:
(1). 以粘土、粉煤灰为墙砖基层主要原料,石棉、浮石为辅料,添加适量水搅拌均匀,保证其粘稠度,在制砖机上添加空心模,将墙砖基层加工完毕晾干后备用。
(2).以氧化硅、细砂石为耐火层原料,将其按照2:1比例添加适量水搅拌均匀,然后将加工完毕晾干后的墙砖基层放置在制砖机上,将耐火层加工完毕,制成坯砖;
(3).将制成的坯砖经过晾干后,当水分晾干剩余10%~30%时,放进煅烧炉,将坯砖煅烧完毕得到墙砖;
(4).冷却后得到组合式空心墙砖。
采用本发明组合式空心墙砖,通过在墙砖内部设置成空心结构,将墙砖外侧加工成组合式墙砖,使得墙砖加工完毕保证原有墙砖的质量之外,降低墙砖的重量,减少墙砖的使用成本,提高墙砖的耐火程度,延长墙砖的使用寿命,非常适合大批量生产的需要。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详述;
如图1、图2所示的组合式空心墙砖,该墙砖主要由耐火层、墙砖基层、空心层组成。空心层位于整个墙砖的最中心位置,墙砖基层位于空心层与耐火层之间,所述的耐火层位于整个墙砖的最外端。
上述墙砖的加工工艺为:
(1). 以粘土、粉煤灰为墙砖基层主要原料,石棉、浮石为辅料,添加适量水搅拌均匀,保证其粘稠度,在制砖机上添加空心模,将墙砖基层加工完毕晾干后备用。

1.一种组合式空心墙砖,该墙砖主要由耐火层、墙砖基层、空心层组成;空心层位于整个墙砖的最中心位置,墙砖基层位于空心层与耐火层之间,所述的耐火层位于整个墙砖的最外端;
上述墙砖的加工工艺为:
(1). 以粘土、粉煤灰为墙砖基层主要原料,石棉、浮石为辅料,添加适量水搅拌均匀,保证其粘稠度,在制砖机上添加空心模,将墙砖基层加工完毕晾干后备用;
