本发明公开了一种碎纸机,包括碎纸槽,碎纸槽右侧设有碎纸电机,碎纸槽内设有碎纸电机轴和设有刀片,碎纸槽底部设有高频过滤筛,高频过滤筛下面设有碎纸回收槽,碎纸槽右侧设有上升输送筒,上升输送筒上端设有上升输送筒电机,上升输送筒内设有上升输送筒电机轴和螺旋输送轨道,碎纸槽左下端设有出料口,上升输送筒右下端设有进料口,出料口和进料口通过进料管连接,碎纸槽上端设有进料槽,上升输送筒右上端设有回收管。本发明通过在碎纸槽底部设有高频过滤筛,在碎纸槽右侧设有上升输送筒,在上升输送筒右上端设有回收管,这样可以使过滤后的纸片重新破碎,这样减少了采用多台碎纸机的费用,节省场地,从而提高了碎纸机的使用性能。

本发明涉及破碎设备技术领域,特别涉及一种碎纸机。
背景技术
在纸膜(纸浆模塑)制作工序中的,需要先将回收的废纸打碎,由于废纸在第一次打碎过程中一些纸片大,一些纸片小,达不到后续工序的要求,需要通过通过多台排列的碎纸机打碎,因此增加了机器的费用,占用的场地也大,从而降低了碎纸机的使用性能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种碎纸机,解决了碎纸机使用性能差的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种碎纸机,包括碎纸槽,所述碎纸槽右侧设有碎纸电机,所述碎纸槽内设有与所述碎纸电机连接的碎纸电机轴,所述碎纸槽内设有套接于所述碎纸电机轴上的刀片,所述碎纸槽底部设有高频过滤筛,所述高频过滤筛下面设有碎纸回收槽,所述碎纸槽右侧设有上升输送筒,所述上升输送筒上端设有上升输送筒电机,所述上升输送筒内设有与所述上升输送筒电机连接的上升输送筒电机轴,所述上升输送筒内设有套接于所述上升输送筒电机轴上的螺旋输送轨道,所述碎纸槽左下端设有出料口,所述上升输送筒右下端设有进料口,所述出料口和所述进料口通过进料管连接,所述碎纸槽上端设有进料槽,所述上升输送筒右上端设有延伸至所述进料槽内的回收管。
进一步地,所述出料口与进料管连接处设有软性挡条。
进一步地,所述进料管设有倾斜角度。
进一步地,所述进料槽通过滑动装置与所述碎纸槽连接。
进一步地,所述滑动装置包括设于所述碎纸槽一侧的正反转电机,所述正反转电机上设有丝杠,所述进料槽一侧设有与所述丝杠相配合连接的丝杠座。
进一步地,所述回收管为伸缩管。
进一步地,所述进料槽为漏斗结构。
采用上述技术方案,由于在碎纸槽底部设有高频过滤筛,在碎纸槽右侧设有上升输送筒,在上升输送筒右上端设有回收管,这样可以使过滤后大张的纸片重新回到同一个碎纸槽内进行破碎,这样减少了采用多台碎纸机的费用,节省场地,从而提高了碎纸机的使用性能。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
参照图1,本发明提供的一种碎纸机,包括碎纸槽1,碎纸槽1右侧设有碎纸电机14,碎纸槽1内设有与碎纸电机14连接的碎纸电机轴4,碎纸槽1内设有套接于碎纸电机轴4上的刀片2,碎纸槽1底部设有高频过滤筛5,高频过滤筛5下面设有碎纸回收槽,碎纸槽1右侧设有上升输送筒11,上升输送筒11上端设有上升输送筒电机10,上升输送筒11内设有与上升输送筒电机10连接的上升输送筒电机轴8,上升输送筒11内设有套接于上升输送筒电机轴8上的螺旋输送轨道9,碎纸槽1左下端设有出料口,上升输送筒11右下端设有进料口,出料口和进料口通过进料管7连接,碎纸槽1上端设有进料槽13,上升输送筒11右上端设有延伸至进料槽13内的回收管12。高频过滤筛5的筛孔根据需求来设定,由于刀片2碎纸后的大小不一,通过高频过滤筛5可以将符合下一步要求的纸片筛选到碎纸回收槽3内,不符合的大张纸片进入到上升输送筒11内进行回收再次破碎。更优选地,上升输送筒11为向右倾斜,这样可以降低电机的功率,方便大张纸片的上升以及回收破碎。本技术方案通过在碎纸槽1底部设有高频过滤筛5,在碎纸槽1右侧设有上升输送筒11,在上升输送筒11右上端设有回收管12,这样可以使在高频过滤筛5过滤后大张的纸片重新回到同一个碎纸槽1内进行破碎,这样减少了采用多台碎纸机的费用,节省场地,从而提高了碎纸机的使用性能。
出料口与进料管连接处设有软性挡条6。软性挡条6为橡胶条,通过软性挡条6可以延缓大张纸片进入上升输送筒11的速度,提高大张纸片在碎纸槽1内停留的时间,提高碎纸效率。
进料管7设有倾斜角度。进料口低于出料口,通过进料管7的倾斜角度方便物料的进入。
进料槽13通过滑动装置与碎纸槽连接。滑动装置包括设于碎纸槽1一侧的正反转电机,正反转电机上设有丝杠,进料槽13一侧设有与丝杠相配合连接的丝杠座。碎纸槽1上面设有两条前后平行的滑轨,进料槽13底面上设有与滑轨相配合的滑块。这样可以使进入到进料槽13内的废纸能够来回的下落到刀片2上,充分利用空闲的刀片2,提高碎纸的效率。
回收管12为伸缩管。这样可以配合滑动装置提高碎纸的效率。
进料槽13为漏斗结构。通过漏斗结构方便进料槽13进料。
综上所述,本发明通过在碎纸槽底部设有高频过滤筛,在碎纸槽右侧设有上升输送筒,在上升输送筒右上端设有回收管,这样可以使过滤后大张的纸片重新回到同一个碎纸槽内进行破碎,这样减少了采用多台碎纸机的费用,节省场地,从而提高了碎纸机的使用性能。

1.一种碎纸机,其特征在于,包括碎纸槽,所述碎纸槽右侧设有碎纸电机,所述碎纸槽内设有与所述碎纸电机连接的碎纸电机轴,所述碎纸槽内设有套接于所述碎纸电机轴上的刀片,所述碎纸槽底部设有高频过滤筛,所述高频过滤筛下面设有碎纸回收槽,所述碎纸槽右侧设有上升输送筒,所述上升输送筒上端设有上升输送筒电机,所述上升输送筒内设有与所述上升输送筒电机连接的上升输送筒电机轴,所述上升输送筒内设有套接于所述上升输送筒电机轴上的螺旋输送轨道,所述碎纸槽左下端设有出料口,所述上升输送筒右下端设有进料口,所述出料口和所述进料口通过进料管连接,所述碎纸槽上端设有进料槽,所述上升输送筒右上端设有延伸至所述进料槽内的回收管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碎纸机,其特征在于,所述出料口与进料管连接处设有软性挡条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的碎纸机,其特征在于,所述进料管设有倾斜角度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的碎纸机,其特征在于,所述进料槽通过滑动装置与所述碎纸槽连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的碎纸机,其特征在于,所述滑动装置包括设于所述碎纸槽一侧的正反转电机,所述正反转电机上设有丝杠,所述进料槽一侧设有与所述丝杠相配合连接的丝杠座。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的碎纸机,其特征在于,所述回收管为伸缩管。
7.根据权利要求1所述的碎纸机,其特征在于,所述进料槽为漏斗结构。
