Abstract
本发明提供了一种带有缓冲型自冷却化工搅拌桶,包括搅拌桶、第一连接座、伸缩杆、活动盖、第二连接座、伺服电机、螺栓、螺母、输料管、缓冲装置、冷却支管、冷却总管、出料管、上顶板和受压弹簧;所述冷却总管的两端与冷却支管固定连接,冷却总管上端固定设置有干冰室,输风管贯穿冷却总管的上端固定设置;所述出料管与冷却支管的底端固定连接,出料管上固定设置有控制阀;所述输风管的一端贯穿冷却总管固定设置,输风管的另一端与气体缓冲罐固定连接;本发明结构设计合理,伸缩杆的伸缩带动活动盖运动进而实现开启和关闭;化工搅拌后的物料经过自吸泵进入冷却支管然后进入冷却总管进而冷却化工物料;鼓风机能够将冷却总管中的气体抽离。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工设备,具体是一种带有缓冲型自冷却化工搅拌桶。
背景技术
在化工厂经常需要把不同的物料在搅拌桶中进行搅拌混合使之发生化学反应,目前使用的搅拌桶在搅拌的过程中,物料很容易被飞溅到桶壁从而堆积在桶壁上,大大影响了化工搅拌料的效果,而且有些化工物料搅拌后由于搅拌温度高无法进行下一程序的运作。现有市场中的化工搅拌装置的设计存在不足,本发明针对以上问题提出以下解决方式。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有缓冲型自冷却化工搅拌桶,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种带有缓冲型自冷却化工搅拌桶,包括搅拌桶、第一连接座、伸缩杆、活动盖、第二连接座、伺服电机、螺栓、螺母、输料管、缓冲装置、冷却支管、冷却总管、出料管、上顶板和受压弹簧;所述搅拌桶上设置有第一连接座、螺栓、螺母和输料管,搅拌桶的顶端固定设置有伺服电机,搅拌桶的底端固定设置有缓冲装置,所述第一连接座固定焊接在搅拌桶内,第一连接座与伸缩杆活动连接;所述伸缩杆的一端与第一连接座活动连接,伸缩杆的另一端与第二连接座活动连接;所述第二连接座固定焊接在活动盖的底端,活动盖通过转轴与搅拌桶活动连接;所述伺服电机的底端通过螺栓与搅拌桶的顶端固定连接,伺服电机的下端与搅拌轴固定连接;所述搅拌轴上均匀分布有搅拌棒,搅拌轴的底端置于轴承内,搅拌支轴与搅拌轴平行设置;所述螺栓与活动盖固定焊接,螺母与搅拌桶固定焊接;所述输料管贯穿搅拌桶固定设置,输料管上设置有自吸泵;所述输料管的一端与搅拌桶固定连接,输料管的另一端与冷却支管连接;所述冷却总管的两端与冷却支管固定连接,冷却总管上端固定设置有干冰室,输风管贯穿冷却总管的上端固定设置;所述出料管与冷却支管的底端固定连接,出料管上固定设置有控制阀;所述输风管的一端贯穿冷却总管固定设置,输风管的另一端与气体缓冲罐固定连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述上顶板和下底板之间设置有固定杆和活动杆。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述固定杆和活动杆之间连接有受拉弹簧。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述受压弹簧的一端与活动杆活动连接,受压弹簧的另一端与下底板固定连接
作为本发明再进一步的方案:搅拌桶是由钢材制成。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述气体缓冲罐与鼓风机连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构设计合理,伸缩杆的伸缩带动活动盖运动进而实现开启和关闭;伺服电机的转动带动搅拌支轴和搅拌轴进而快速高效的搅拌化工物料;螺栓和螺母的设置能够便于拆卸清洗桶体;化工搅拌后的物料经过自吸泵进入冷却支管然后进入冷却总管进而冷却化工物料;鼓风机能够将冷却总管中的气体抽离。
