Abstract
本发明提供了一种具挠曲弹性的打气筒风嘴头,其包括:一头部壳体,具有一中空容室,用以供风嘴头组件容置;一筒端壳体,用以供打气筒的筒体一端固设;一挠曲管,一端以包射成型方式与该头部壳体气密固接成一体,另一端气密设于该筒端壳体,该头部壳体具有一穿孔连通其中空容室与该挠曲管的轴孔,该筒端壳体的内部与该挠曲管的轴孔连通。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及打气筒,特别是关于一种具挠曲弹性的打气筒风嘴头。
背景技术
现有的随车携行的打气筒(mini pump)其头部大都是与筒体固接成一体,此种打气筒在打气时容易拉扯到轮胎的气门嘴,造成气门嘴与打气筒头部松脱或是气门嘴与轮胎内胎的接合处被扯裂的问题。
为解决上述问题,于是有一种打气筒其头部是连接在一软管上,该软管再嵌埋在打气筒的筒体内,使用时可将该头部拉伸出来,不用时可将该软管推入该打气筒的筒体内,此种结构虽然改善了上述打气筒的缺点,但是因其管体内部必须设置有容置该软管的内管,会占据筒体有效的打气容积(因该内管只是供该软管容置,无法形成压缩空气的气缸室),使得此型的打气筒其打气的效率较上述的打气筒差。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种打气筒,其风嘴头具有挠曲弹性,在打气时较不会拉扯到轮胎的气门嘴,同时不会占用筒体(气缸)的空间,具有较佳的打气效率。
为达成上述目的,依据本发明所述的一种具挠曲弹性的打气筒风嘴头,其包含有:一头部壳体,具有一中空容室,用以供风嘴头组件容置;一筒端壳体,用以供打气筒的筒体一端固设;一挠曲管,一端以包射成型方式与该头部壳体气密固接成一体,另一端气密设于该筒端壳体,该头部壳体具有一穿孔连通其中空容室与该挠曲管的轴孔,该筒端壳体的内部与该挠曲管的轴孔连通。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本发明进一步详细说明。
如图1至图5所示,本发明第一实施例的风嘴头10包括:
一头部壳体11,具有一中空容室110,用以供一风嘴头组件20容置。该风嘴头组件20可以有各种不同的结构可供实施时选择。
一筒端壳体13,用以供打气筒的筒体一端固设。(本实施例未示出,如第二实施例图6、图7所示)
一挠曲管15,一端151以包射成型方式与该头部壳体11气密固接成一体,另一端152气密设于该筒端壳体13,该头部壳体11具有一穿孔111连通其中空容室110与该挠曲管15的轴孔150,该筒端壳体13的内部与该挠曲管的轴孔150连通。
该筒端壳体13略呈圆管形,其一端131与打气筒的筒体固接,另一端132由外往内设有一容室130,该挠曲管15的另一端设有一外径较大的端部152,以该端部152容置在该筒端壳体13的容室130内,另外以一限位件17锁固在该筒端壳体13的另一端132,用以将该挠曲管15的端部152局限在该筒端壳体13的容室130内。
该限位件17是由两片半环形的构件171对接组合成环形,环形中间的穿孔供该挠曲管15穿通,该挠曲管15的端部152可在该筒端壳体13的容室130内移位。该挠曲管15的端部152周缘与该筒端壳体13的容室130内壁形成气密。
该筒端壳体13的另一端132往外沿伸形成二肩部133,该头部壳体11可嵌设在该二肩部133之间用以定位。本实施例在该挠曲管15的包射端部151的二侧边各设有二凸耳153,供该筒端壳体13的肩部133定位。
不使用时如图2、图3所示,头部壳体11往筒端壳体13靠拢,并被二肩部133所夹持定位,要使用时,将头部壳体11往外拉出,如图4、图5所示,此时头部壳体11与筒端壳体13是通过该挠曲管15连接,使得该头部壳体11具有上下左右前后全方位的挠曲弹性,可避免操作打气筒时拉扯到轮胎的气门嘴。
如图6至图9所示,是本发明第二实施例的风嘴头30,包括:一头部壳体31,具有一中空容室,用以供一风嘴头组件40容置;一筒端壳体33,用以供打气筒的筒体50一端固设;一挠曲管35,一端351以包射成型方式与该头部壳体31气密固接成一体,另一端352气密设于该筒端壳体33,该头部壳体31具有一穿孔311连通其中空容室与该挠曲管35的轴孔350,该筒端壳体33的内部330与该挠曲管35的轴孔350连通。本实施例在该筒端壳体33与该打气筒筒体50的固接端设有一止逆阀60。
如图10、图11所示,是本发明第三实施例的风嘴头70,其也包括:一头部壳体71;一筒端壳体73;以及一挠曲管75。其不同点在于该挠曲管75的另一端752也是以包射一体成型的方式与该筒端壳体73气密固接成一体。
本发明以精简的结构达到使风嘴头具有挠曲弹性,同时又不会牺牲打气的效率,确实具有增进功效。

Claims (7)
1.一种具挠曲弹性的打气筒风嘴头,其特征在于,包括:
一头部壳体,具有一中空容室,用以供风嘴头组件容置;
一筒端壳体,用以供打气筒的筒体一端固设;
一挠曲管,一端以包射成型方式与该头部壳体气密固接成一体,另一端气密设于该筒端壳体,该头部壳体具有一穿孔连通其中空容室与该挠曲管的轴孔,该筒端壳体的内部与该挠曲管的轴孔连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风嘴头,其特征在于,该筒端壳体略呈圆管形,其一端与打气筒的筒体固接,另一端由外往内设有一容室,该挠曲管的另一端设有一外径较大的端部,以该端部容置在该筒端壳体的容室内,另外以一限位件锁固在该筒端壳体的另一端,用以将该挠曲管的端部局限在该筒端壳体的容室内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的风嘴头,其特征在于,该筒端壳体与该打气筒的固接端设有一止逆阀。
4.根据权利要求2所述的风嘴头,其特征在于,该限位件是由两片半环形的构件对接组合成环形,环形中间的穿孔供该挠曲管穿通,该挠曲管的端部可在该筒端壳体的容室内移位。
5.根据权利要求2所述的风嘴头,其特征在于,该挠曲管的端部周缘与该筒端壳体的容室内壁形成气密。
6.根据权利要求2所述的风嘴头,其特征在于,该筒端壳体的另一端往外沿伸形成二肩部,该头部壳体可嵌设在该二肩部之间用以定位。
7.一种具挠曲弹性的打气筒风嘴头,其特征在于,包括:
一头部壳体,具有一中空容室,用以供风嘴头构件容置;
一筒端壳体,用以供打气筒的筒体一端固设;
一挠曲管,一端以包射成型方式与该头部壳体气密固接成一体,另一端也以包射成型方式与该筒端壳体气密固接成一体,该头部壳体与该筒端壳体各以一穿孔与该挠曲管的轴孔连通。
