Description

具撓曲彈性的打氣筒風嘴頭
本發明是和打氣筒有關,特別是關於一種具撓曲彈性的打氣筒風嘴頭。
習知的隨車攜行的打氣筒(mini pump)其頭部大都是與筒體固接成一體,此種打氣筒在打氣時容易拉扯到輪胎的氣門嘴,造成氣門嘴與打氣筒頭部鬆脫或是氣門嘴與輪胎內胎的接合處被扯裂的缺失。
為解決上述缺點,遂有一種打氣筒其頭部是連接在一軟管上,該軟管再嵌埋在打氣筒的筒體內,使用時可將該頭部拉伸出來,不用時可將該軟管推入該打氣筒的筒體內,此種結構雖然改善了上述打氣筒的缺點,但是因其管體內部必須設置有容置該軟管的內管,會佔據筒體有效的打氣容積(因該內管只是供該軟管容置,無法形成壓縮空氣的氣缸室),使得此型的打氣筒其打氣的效率較上述的打氣筒差。
本發明的主要目的在於提供一種打氣筒,其風嘴頭具有撓曲彈性,在打氣時較不會拉扯到輪胎的氣門嘴,同時不會佔用筒體(氣缸)的空間,具有較佳的打氣效率者。
為達成上揭目的,依據本發明所述的一種具撓曲彈性的打氣筒風嘴頭,其包含有:一頭部殼體,具有一中空容室,用以供風嘴頭組件容置;一筒端殼體,用以供打氣筒的筒體一端固設;一撓曲管,一端以包射成型方式與該頭部殼體氣密固接成一體,另一端氣密設於該筒端殼體,該頭部殼體具有一穿孔連通其中空容室與該撓曲管的軸孔,該筒端殼體的內部與該撓曲管的軸孔連通。

茲舉三實施例配合圖示詳細說明如下:如第一至五圖所示,本發明第一實施例的風嘴頭(10)包含有:一頭部殼體(11),具有一中空容室(110),用以供一風嘴頭組件(20)容置。該風嘴頭組件(20)可以有各種不同的結構可供實施時選擇,本實施例的組件結構已另案提出申請,容不贅述,下述第二實施例的風嘴頭組件則是另一種專利前案的結構,亦不贅述。
一筒端殼體(13),用以供打氣筒的筒體一端固設。(本實施例未圖示,如第二實施例圖六、七所示)
一撓曲管(15),一端(151)以包射成型方式與該頭部殼體(11)氣密固接成一體,另一端(152)氣密設於該筒端殼體(13),該頭部殼體(11)具有一穿孔(111)連通其中空容室(110)與該撓曲管(15)的軸孔(150),該筒端殼體(13)的內部與該撓曲管的軸孔(150)連通。
該筒端殼體(13)略呈圓管形,其一端(131)與打氣筒的筒體固接,另一端(132)由外往內設有一容室(130),該撓曲管(15)的另一端設有一外徑較大的端部(152),以該端部(152)容置在該筒端殼體(13)的容室(130)內,另外以一限位件(17)鎖固在該筒端殼體(13) 的另一端(132),用以將該撓曲管(15)的端部(152)侷限在該筒端殼體(13)的容室(130)內。
該限位件(17)是由兩片半環形的構件(171)對接組合成環形,環形中間的穿孔供該撓曲管(15)穿通,該撓曲管(15)的端部(152)可在該筒端殼體(13)的容室(130)內移位。該撓曲管(15)的端部(152)周緣與該筒端殼體(13)的容室(130)內壁形成氣密。
該筒端殼體(13)的另一端(132)往外沿伸形成二肩部(133),該頭部殼體(11)可嵌設在該二肩部(133)之間用以定位。本實施例在該撓曲管(15)的包射端部(151)的二側邊各設有二凸耳(153),供該筒端殼體(13)的肩部(133)定位。
不使用時如第二、三圖所示,頭部殼體(11)往筒端殼體(13)靠攏,並被二肩部(133)所夾持定位,要使用時,將頭部殼體(11)往外拉出,如第四、五圖所示,此時頭部殼體(11)與筒端殼體(13)是藉由該撓曲管(15)連接,使得該頭部殼體(11)具有上下左右前後全方位的撓曲彈性,可避免操作打氣筒時拉扯到輪胎的氣門嘴。
如六至九圖所示,是本發明第二實施例的風嘴頭(30),其包含有:一頭部殼體(31),具有一中空容室,用以供一風嘴頭組件(40)容置;一筒端殼體(33),用以供打氣筒的筒體(50)一端固設;一撓曲管(35),一端(351)以包射成型方式與該頭部殼體(31)氣密固接成一體,另一端(352)氣密設於該筒端殼體(33),該頭部殼體(31)具有一穿孔(311)連通其中空容室與該撓曲管(35)的軸孔(350),該筒端殼體(33)的內部(330)與該撓曲管(35)的軸孔(350)連通。本實施例在該筒端殼體(33)與該打氣筒筒體(50)的固接端設有一止逆閥(60)。
如第十、十一圖所示,是本發明第三實施例的風嘴頭(70),其亦包含有:一頭部殼體(71);一筒端殼體(73);以及一撓曲管(75)。其不同點在於該撓曲管(75)的另一端(752)亦是以包射一體成型的方式與該筒端殼體(73)氣密固接成一體。
本發明以精簡的結構達到使風嘴頭具有撓曲彈性,同時又不會犧牲打氣的效率,確實具有增進功效。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種具撓曲彈性的打氣筒風嘴頭,包含有:一頭部殼體,具有一中空容室,用以供風嘴頭組件容置;一筒端殼體,略呈短柱形,其一端與打氣筒的筒體一端固接,另一端由外往內設有一容室;一撓曲管,一端呈環形,套住該頭部殼體的中段,與該頭部殼體呈氣密接合,另一端設有一外徑較大的端部,以該端部容置在該筒端殼體的容室內,該端部周緣與該筒端殼體的容室內壁形成氣密,該頭部殼體具有一穿孔連通其中空容室與該撓曲管的軸孔,該筒端殼體的容室與該撓曲管的軸孔連通;一限位件,鎖固在該筒端殼體的另一端,用以將該撓曲管的端部侷限在該筒端殼體的容室內,使該撓曲管的端部可在該筒端殼體的容室內略為移位而不至脫出該容室外。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述的風嘴頭,其中該筒端殼體與該打氣筒的固接端設有一止逆閥。
  3. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述的風嘴頭,其中該限位件是由兩片半環形的構件對接組合成環形,環形中間的穿孔供該撓曲管穿通。
  4. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述的風嘴頭,其中該筒端殼體的另一端往外沿伸形成二肩部,該頭部殼體可嵌設在該二肩部之間用以定位。
