本发明涉及机用餐具洗涤剂及其制备方法。机用餐具洗涤剂,该机用餐具洗涤剂按重量百分比计由以下组分构成:醇醚糖苷AEG0.5‑3.0%、醇醚羧酸盐AEC 0.5‑3.0%、葡萄糖酸钠3.0‑10.0%、EDTA‑4Na0.5‑3.0%、环氧乙烷‑环氧丙烷反式嵌段共聚物GenifolRPF2520 1.0‑5.0%、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸1.0‑5.0%、氢氧化钠10.0‑30.0%、碳酸钠1.0‑5.0%;余量为水。本发明配方是浓缩机用餐具洗涤剂,能有效清洗各种食物污渍,泡沫少,清洁力强,易冲洗,能快速去除各种食物残渍和油脂,残留少,节约用水。产品性能指标达到了Q/CYK0001的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及机用餐具洗涤剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,洗碗机已广泛使用。根据洗碗机的工作特点,需要使用专用的洗涤剂。普通的餐具洗涤剂因泡沫多,清洁力差,不易冲洗,满足不了洗碗机的要求。人们需要一种泡沫少、清洁效果强、洗后易冲洗的清洁剂来配合洗碗机使用。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的第一个目的是提供机用餐具洗涤剂,本发明的第二个目的是提供上述的机用餐具洗涤剂的制备方法。该机用餐具洗涤剂泡沫少,清洁力强,易冲洗,能快速去除各种食物残渍和油脂,残留少。
