本发明涉及一种高效CIP碱性清洗剂及其制备方法。一种高效CIP碱性清洗剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把改型烷基糖苷AS48和/或醇醚糖苷、乙二醇PO‑EO嵌段共聚物Genapol ED 3060、葡萄糖酸钠、氢氧化钠、尿素、EDTA‑4Na、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷反式嵌段共聚物GenifolRPF2520加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,沉降24小时过滤。本发明是一种复合碱性清洗剂,能适用不同食品生产线的清洗。配方具有良好的清洁能力,是高浓缩CIP清洁剂,能有效清除各种食物污垢。产品质量符合行业标准QB/T4314的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高效CIP碱性清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着食品工业的发展,食品工业用清洗剂需求也随着增加。食品工业用清洗剂主要有酸性和碱性2大类。食品工业用碱性清洗剂的主要作用是溶解食品中的糖类,蛋白质和油脂等有机污垢。因加工的产品不同,食品工业的污垢种类千变万化,生产中所产生的污垢不是以单一成分的形式存在,这些复合污垢不能被单一成分的碱性清洗剂溶解,所以需要使用含有其他助剂的复合碱性清洗剂来提高食品工业的清洗效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的第一个目的是提供一种高效CIP碱性清洗剂,本发明的第二个目的是提供上述的CIP碱性清洗剂的制备方法。本发明是一种复合碱性清洗剂,能适用不同食品生产线的清洗。
为了实现上述的第一个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:

上述的CIP碱性清洗剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把改型烷基糖苷AS48和/或醇醚糖苷、乙二醇PO-EO嵌段共聚物Genapol ED3060、葡萄糖酸钠、氢氧化钠、尿素、EDTA-4Na、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷反式嵌段共聚物GenifolRPF2520加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,沉降24小时过滤。
本发明由于采用上述的技术方案,是一种复合碱性清洗剂,能适用不同食品生产线的清洗。配方具有良好的清洁能力,是高浓缩CIP清洁剂,能有效清除各种食物污垢。产品质量符合行业标准QB/T4314的要求。

一种高效CIP碱性清洗剂,该CIP碱性清洗剂按重量百分比计由以下组分构成:

AS48 0.8 渗透
葡萄糖酸钠 4.0 螯合、缓蚀
EDTA-4Na 3.0 螯合
氢氧化钠 25 去污
MERSOLAT H95 1.5 去污、渗透
尿素 0.4 缓蚀
GenifolRPF2520 0.4 泡沫控制
余量 溶剂
上述的CIP碱性清洗剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把改型烷基糖苷AS48、乙二醇PO-EO嵌段共聚物Genapol ED 3060、葡萄糖酸钠、氢氧化钠、尿素、EDTA-4Na、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷反式嵌段共聚物GenifolRPF2520加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,沉降24小时过滤。
实施例2
一种高效CIP碱性清洗剂,该CIP碱性清洗剂按重量百分比计由以下组分构成:
原料 配方,% 单个组分作用
醇醚糖苷 0.6 渗透
葡萄糖酸钠 3.0 螯合、缓蚀
EDTA-4Na 4.0 螯合
氢氧化钠 30 去污
乙二醇PO-EO嵌段共聚物Genapol ED 3060 2.5 去污、渗透
尿素 0.2 缓蚀
GenifolRPF2520 0.3 泡沫控制
余量 溶剂
上述的CIP碱性清洗剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把醇醚糖苷、乙二醇PO-EO嵌段共聚物Genapol ED 3060、葡萄糖酸钠、氢氧化钠、尿素、EDTA-4Na、GenifolRPF2520加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,沉降24小时过滤。

一种高效CIP碱性清洗剂,该CIP碱性清洗剂按重量百分比计由以下组分构成:
原料 配方,% 单个组分作用

醇醚糖苷 0.2 渗透
葡萄糖酸钠 4.0 螯合、缓蚀
EDTA-4Na 3.0 螯合
氢氧化钠 25 去污
乙二醇PO-EO嵌段共聚物Genapol ED 3060 2.5 去污、渗透
尿素 0.4 缓蚀
GenifolRPF2520 0.4 泡沫控制
余量 溶剂
