背景技术
船舶动力系统是船舶的核心设备,主要由主机、传动系统和推进系统三部分构成。主机包括蒸汽轮机等油机和燃气轮机等;传动系统包括齿轮箱、联轴节、轴系及离合器等;推进器包括螺旋桨、侧向推进器和全向推进器等。船舶动力系统具有双重特点,即军民通用与海陆通用。
船舶齿轮箱是船舶动力系统的主推进传动装置,具有倒顺、离合、减速和承受螺旋桨推力的功能,与主机配套组成船的动力系统,是船舶的重要关键设备。其结构比较复杂,一般由若干组齿轮、轴承、离合器、冷却器、润滑装置及壳体等部分组成。
由于船舶的建造总体朝着大型化方向发展,要求齿轮箱功率大、体积小、功能多样化;同时,船舶工作工况恶劣,现场维修拆卸难度大,另外船用齿轮箱还朝着高承载、高可靠性、安静型、多种传动形成的方向发展。因此对船舶用齿轮箱的使用寿命,承载负荷,日常保养等提出了更高的要求。传动齿轮轴润滑油除要求有良好的抗极压抗磨、冷却和减震性能外,还要具备良好的热氧化安定性、抗乳化、粘温性能,良好抗剪切、抗泡、抗腐蚀、密封材料相容性以及使用寿命长,环境友好;同时还应具有较低的摩擦因素以及降低齿轮传动中的功率损耗。确保齿轮箱正常长周期运转是船舶航行的重要保障。因此对船用齿轮箱润滑油提出了严格的要求。相对于普通工业齿轮箱,船用齿轮箱大多带有液压多片摩擦离合器,船用齿轮箱油除需要满足一般工业齿轮油的性能要求外,还需具有保护离合器的功能。

油性剂是油酸乙二醇酯T403C;
摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451。
金属减活剂是50%的苯三唑衍生物T551与50%的噻二唑衍生物T561复合。
抗氧防腐剂是硼化磷胺酯T3011;
抗泡剂是丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物T912;抗乳化剂是胺与环氧化物缩合物T1001。
防锈剂是质量比30%的苯并三氮唑T206与30%的烯基丁二酸半酯T747与40%石油磺酸钠T702复合;
抗磨剂是质量比50%的酸性磷酸酯胺盐T308与50%的磷酸三甲酚酯T306复合。
本发明的显著优点在于:
本发明组合物除了具有良好的极压抗磨、冷却和减震性能外,还具备良好的热氧化安定性、抗乳化、粘温性能、良好抗剪切、抗泡、抗腐蚀、密封材料相容性以及使用寿命长,环境友好;同时还具有较低的摩擦因素以及降低齿轮传动中的功率损耗。

1.一种环境友好低温高抗湿抗盐雾重负荷船用齿轮箱油组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比20%蓖麻基的癸二酸聚乙二醇酯与80%的茂金属聚α-烯烃复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分质量百分比总和为100%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好低温高抗湿抗盐雾重负荷船用齿轮箱油组合物,其特征在于抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502与50%的二壬基二苯胺T558复合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好低温高抗湿抗盐雾重负荷船用齿轮箱油组合物,其特征在于油性剂是油酸乙二醇酯T403C;摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好低温高抗湿抗盐雾重负荷船用齿轮箱油组合物,其特征在于金属减活剂是50%的苯三唑衍生物T551与50%的噻二唑衍生物T561复合。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好低温高抗湿抗盐雾重负荷船用齿轮箱油组合物,其特征在于抗氧防腐剂是硼化磷胺酯T3011;抗泡剂是丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物T912;抗乳化剂是胺与环氧化物缩合物T1001。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好低温高抗湿抗盐雾重负荷船用齿轮箱油组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比30%的苯并三氮唑T206与30%的烯基丁二酸半酯T747与40%石油磺酸钠T702复合;抗磨剂是质量比50%的酸性磷酸酯胺盐T308与50%的磷酸三甲酚酯T306复合。
