本发明涉及一种米机外表面专用防锈涂料,该防锈涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:树脂35‑45份、三氧化二锑12‑14份、硼酸锌6‑8份、聚乙二醇4‑8份、顺丁烯二酐3‑5份、磷酸三辛酯4‑7份、硅酸铝2‑4份、金属粉10‑12份、滑石粉7‑9份、氧化铁7‑11份和水12‑14份。本发明制备得到的防锈涂料,本发明中加入了金属粉进行调和来增加所制备得到防锈涂料的质量,使得米机表面经过很长一段时间之后仍然不会脱落,防锈时间长,防锈效果好。

背景技术
米机是一种大米生产加工设备,米机的类型包括碾米机、精米机、淘米机和打米机等等,这些米机生产好在出厂前通常需要对表面涂覆涂料,为了防止米机表面氧化生锈,但是现有涂料的保质时间较长,经过一段时间之后铁锈就会脱落,防锈时间短,防锈效果差。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种米机外表面专用防锈涂料,加入了金属粉进行调和来增加所制备得到防锈涂料的质量,使得米机表面经过很长一段时间之后仍然不会脱落,防锈时间长,防锈效果好。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种米机外表面专用防锈涂料,该防锈涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:树脂35-45份、三氧化二锑12-14份、硼酸锌6-8份、聚乙二醇4-8份、顺丁烯二酐3-5份、磷酸三辛酯4-7份、硅酸铝2-4份、金属粉10-12份、滑石粉7-9份、氧化铁7-11份和水12-14份。

本发明的有益效果是:相比现有技术,本发明制备得到的防锈涂料,本发明中加入了金属粉进行调和来增加所制备得到防锈涂料的质量,使得米机表面经过很长一段时间之后仍然不会脱落,防锈时间长,防锈效果好。

所述树脂类型为水性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂。
所述金属粉类型为铁粉和铝粉。
所述水的类型为去离子水。

通过实施一、实施二和实施三各成分制备得到的防锈涂料,相比普通米机用防锈涂料,本发明中加入了金属粉进行调和来增加所制备得到防锈涂料的质量,使得米机表面经过很长一段时间之后仍然不会脱落,防锈时间长,防锈效果好。
