Abstract
本发明是一种纳米银导电涂料,其特征在于,重量组分为:纳米银线0.08‑1份,无水乙醇40‑70份,松油醇20‑46份,消泡剂1份,苯丙乳液0.4‑0.9份,成膜助剂3份,增稠剂1‑2份,流平剂0.5‑2.3份,乙基纤维素2.8‑3.7份,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯4‑8份,本发明提供一种纳米银导电涂料,通过添加银纳米银线,极大地提高了导电涂料的导电率,使得导电涂料有着优异的防霉抗菌性能,添加流平剂、成膜助剂,大大增加了导电涂料的耐热性能,并且有效改善了导电涂料的成膜效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及导电涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种纳米银导电涂料。
背景技术
导电涂料采用含铜、银等微粒作为导电颗粒,通过喷涂等方法使完全绝缘的非金属或非导电表面具有像金属一样的吸收、传导和衰减电磁波的特征,有效实现非金属表面的电联接,具有重要的实用价值。目前使用的导电涂料普遍存在导电率低,防霉抗菌性差,耐热性能、成膜效果均不理想等问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种纳米银导电涂料。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种纳米银导电涂料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料组成:
作为优选,所述的纳米银线采用长度为15-35nm的纳米银线。
作为优选,所述的消泡剂为改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂。
作为优选,所述的成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
作为优选,所述的增稠剂是指丙烯酸酯类或聚氨酯类增稠剂中的任意一种。
作为优选,所述的流平剂是指聚醚改性有机聚硅氧烷和丙烯酸酯的混合物,其重量比为2:1。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供一种纳米银导电涂料,通过添加纳米银线,极大地提高了导电涂料的导电率,使得导电涂料有着优异的防霉抗菌性能,添加流平剂、成膜助剂,大大增加了导电涂料的耐热性能,并且有效改善了导电涂料的成膜效果。
