Abstract
本发明公开了一种高导电率高强度铝合金绞线,由多根铝合金单丝绞合而成,每根铝合金单丝由铝合金材料制成,所述铝合金材料的组分和含量(重量百分比)为:0.40%~0.80%的Si,0.10%~0.30%的Fe,0.001%~0.010%的Cu,0.50%~0.80%的Mg,0~0.01%的Mn,0~0.01%的Cr,0.01%~0.10%的Zn,0.001%~0.010%的Ti,0.01%~0.10%的B,0.03%~0.15%的Ce,0.05%~0.10%的La,0~0.003%的V,0.001%~0.050%的Zr,其余各元素的含量总和≤0.10%,其中其余各元素中的每个单个元素含量≤0.03%,余量为Al。本发明的高导电率高强度铝合金绞线,经实验检测,其导电率达到54.5%IACS~55.0%IACS、强度≥325MPa,与传统铝合金绞线相比,可有效降低线路损耗近4%。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝合金绞线,尤其是涉及一种高导电率高强度铝合金绞线。
背景技术
随着我国国民经济的持续、高速发展,对电力的需求也急剧增加。相对于传统输电用钢芯铝绞线,铝合金绞线具有抗拉强度大、重量轻、无磁滞损耗、耐腐蚀等优点,是一种新型的架空输电线路产品,不仅性能优越又经济耐用,广泛应用于铁路、电力、交通等行业。
铝合金绞线,由多根铝合金单丝绞合而成,每根铝合金单丝由铝合金材料制成,铝合金材料的性能直接决定着铝合金绞线的性能。架空输电线路一方面要求铝合金绞线要具备较高的强度,另一方面要求铝合金绞线要具有较高的导电率,这样才能保证铝合金绞线架空线路即可有效降低输电线路损耗、又能够满足对铝合金绞线强度的要求。但在铝合金绞线生产制备中,其导电率与强度两项性能指标相矛盾,在通过改善铝合金组分配方提高导电率时,其强度会明显降低,反之在提高铝合金绞线强度时其导电率也会降低,如何即能提高铝合金绞线的导电率、又能满足架空线路对铝合金绞线的强度要求成为制约铝合金绞线发展的技术瓶径。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种即具有较高导电率、又能够满足架空输电线路强度要求的高导电率高强度铝合金绞线。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种高导电率高强度铝合金绞线,由多根铝合金单丝绞合而成,每根铝合金单丝由铝合金材料制成,所述铝合金材料的组分和含量(重量百分比)为:0.40%~0.80%的Si,0.10%~0.30%的Fe,0.001%~0.010%的Cu,0.50%~0.80%的Mg,0~0.01%的Mn,0~0.01%的Cr,0.01%~0.10%的Zn,0.001%~0.010%的Ti,0.01%~0.10%的B,0.03%~0.15%的Ce,0.05%~0.10%的La,0~0.003%的V,0.001%~0.050%的Zr,其余各元素的含量总和≤0.10%,其中其余各元素中的每个单个元素含量≤0.03%,余量为Al。
采用上述组分和含量的铝合金材料制备的高导电率高强度铝合金绞线,经实验检测,其导电率达到54.5%IACS~55.0%IACS、强度≥325MPa,本发明在完全满足架空线路对铝合金绞线强度要求的同时,导电率明显提高,与传统铝合金绞线相比,可有效降低线路损耗近4%。

参见图1,本发明一种高导电率高强度铝合金绞线,由多根铝合金单丝1绞合而成,每根铝合金单丝1由铝合金材料制成。所述铝合金材料的组分和含量(重量百分比)为:0.40%~0.80%的Si,0.10%~0.30%的Fe,0.001%~0.010%的Cu,0.50%~0.80%的Mg,0~0.01%的Mn,0~0.01%的Cr,0.01%~0.10%的Zn,0.001%~0.010%的Ti,0.01%~0.10%的B,0.03%~0.15%的Ce,0.05%~0.10%的La,0~0.003%的V,0.001%~0.050%的Zr,其余各元素的含量总和≤0.10%,其中其余各元素中的每个单个元素含量≤0.03%,余量为Al。

1.一种高导电率高强度铝合金绞线,由多根铝合金单丝(1)绞合而成,每根铝合金单丝(1)由铝合金材料制成,其特征在于所述铝合金材料的组分和含量(重量百分比)为:0.40%~0.80%的Si,0.10%~0.30%的Fe,0.001%~0.010%的Cu,0.50%~0.80%的Mg,0~0.01%的Mn,0~0.01%的Cr,0.01%~0.10%的Zn,0.001%~0.010%的Ti,0.01%~0.10%的B,0.03%~0.15%的Ce,0.05%~0.10%的La,0~0.003%的V,0.001%~0.050%的Zr,其余各元素的含量总和≤0.10%,其中其余各元素中的每个单个元素含量≤0.03%,余量为Al。
