本发明提供一种汽车鼓式刹车片内弧面磨削机，用于汽车刹车片内弧面磨削加工使用的设备，在一个龙门架两侧固定有滑轨，其中一侧滑轨设有带伺服电机的垂直丝杠，两侧滑轨上安装有可通过垂直丝杠驱动上下移动的滑板，该滑板上安装有通过外端伺服电机驱动的横向丝杠，在滑板上安装有可通过横向丝杠左右移动的磨削电机，龙门架下方内设置有工件夹具。使用时，可将工具固定在工具夹具上，再通过垂直丝杠和横向丝杠上下左右滑移对工具进行磨削加工。

本发明涉及一种汽车鼓式刹车片磨削机床，具体的说是一种汽车鼓式刹车片内弧面磨削机。
背景技术
汽车刹车片内弧面的磨削加工，在汽车配件生产中是一个比较繁琐的加工工序，主要是其内弧面向内凹进，加工存在着一定的难度，稍不小心就直接影响加工精度。
发明内容
本发明提供一种汽车鼓式刹车片内弧面磨削机床，可以很方便的对内弧面进行磨削加工，且构造简单，操作方便。
本发明包括伺服电机和磨削电机，所采用的技术方案在于：用于汽车刹车片内弧面磨削加工使用的设备，在一个龙门架两侧固定有滑轨，其中一侧滑轨设有带伺服电机的垂直丝杠，两侧滑轨上安装有可通过垂直丝杠驱动上下移动的滑板，该滑板上安装有通过外端伺服电机驱动的横向丝杠，在滑板上安装有可通过横向丝杠左右移动的磨削电机，龙门架下方内设置有工件夹具。
上述技术方案中：磨削电机通过电机座板固定在滑板上。
上述技术方案还包括：在磨削电机的加工机头前端装有吸尘装置。
本发明的有益效果在于：通过上述技术方案，在加工件固定后，可通过垂直丝杠和横向丝杠的旋转让磨削电机很方便的上下左右移动，由此极为灵活的对刹车片内弧面进行磨削加工，解决了现在汽车配件生产中缺乏专用内弧面磨削设备不方便加工刹车片内弧面的问题，设计上非常科学合理，操作使用极为方便。

图1所示：用于汽车刹车片内弧面磨削加工使用的设备，在一个龙门架1两侧固定有滑轨2，其中一侧滑轨2设有带伺服电机6的垂直丝杠3，两侧滑轨2上安装有可通过垂直丝杠3驱动上下移动的滑板4，该滑板4上安装有通过外端伺服电机6驱动的横向丝杠5，在滑板4上安装有可通过横向丝杠5左右移动的磨削电机8，龙门架1下方内设置有工件夹具7。磨削电机8通过电机座板9固定在滑板4上，在磨削电机8的加工机头前端装有吸尘装置10。

1.一种汽车鼓式刹车片内弧面磨削机，包括伺服电机（6）和磨削电机（8），其特征在于：用于汽车鼓式刹车片内弧面磨削加工使用的设备，在一个龙门架（1）两侧固定有滑轨（2），其中一侧滑轨（2）设有带伺服电机（6）的垂直丝杠（3），两侧滑轨（2）上安装有可通过垂直丝杠（3）驱动上下移动的滑板（4），该滑板（4）上安装有通过外端伺服电机（6）驱动的横向丝杠（5），在滑板（4）上安装有可通过横向丝杠（5）左右移动的磨削电机（8），龙门架（1）下方内设置有工件夹具（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车鼓式刹车片内弧面磨削机，其特征在于：磨削电机（8）通过电机座板（9）固定在滑板（4）上。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车鼓式刹车片内弧面磨削机，其特征在于：在磨削电机（8）的加工机头前端装有吸尘装置（10）。
