Abstract
多件式轧制机架,其机架立柱和横向主梁可通过拉力锚或类似件而相互连接,其特征在于:

Description
本发明涉及一个多件式轧制机架,其机架立柱可通过拉力锚或类似件相互连接。用于带平行配置的轧辊轴的轧辊机组的多件式轧制机架公知的有不同的结构形式。还已经建议,(DE-OS 2703252),机架框架由棱形的带有相互直角配置的壁面之本体组成和这些本体然后相互螺栓固紧。
一个特别的轧制机架结构,亦即万能轧制机架,其除了具有带相互平行和水平配置的轧辊轴线的轧辊机组以外,还同时具有带相互平行和垂直配置的轧辊轴线的轧辊机组,现今都是通过一个铸件实现,这一点是第一位的,因为带有垂直辊轴线的轧辊机组必须由在垂直机架立柱侧边向外伸出的附件所支承。
这些万能轧制机架的结构方案不仅需要一个耗费昂贵的并经常出现铸造缺陷的铸造工艺,而且在加工铸造件本身时也同样会导致一个很巨大的花费,因为铸件本体为了制造必需的钻孔加工导引表面都必须经常换位固定。此外,用于加工的几个导引表面是很难接近的和需要应用昂贵的装置。这种万能轧制机架的另一缺陷是,在巨大的和笨重的机架情况下,机架生产地到应用场所的运输特别困难。
本发明任务是,减少这种上述高技术的生产花费和使机架的运输方式简单化。
这一任务是如此解决的,即在一个万能轧制机架情况下,该垂直立柱包括一对单独的上和下边通过横向主梁可连接的机架-侧边件,其分别具有水平的带容纳槽的伸出臂,在容纳槽中可置入水平-横向主梁的侧面突起,该梁同样为独立的并容纳用于垂直轧辊的定位装置。
本发明结构方案允许,两个机架侧边件作为本身相对简单的本体铸造,加工和运输。这些同样适用于横向主梁。如本发明另外规定的,这些如构成垂直立柱的机架的侧边件也可以分别由两个垂直的,中间对称分开的单独的半件构成,这些半件通过拉力锚或收缩环而可相互连接。这种结构还使铸造、加工和运输进一步简单。

在按照图1至3的万能轧制机架中,该轧制机架的垂直立柱包括两个机架侧边件1和2,它们在上边和下边通过横向主梁3和4及5和6并通过拉力锚7,8及9,10而相互连接。该机架侧边件1和2分别具有水平的伸出臂1a,1b及2a,2b,它们具有容纳槽11,其中可从上边来置入带有面突起14a,15a的水平-横向主梁14及15。该容纳槽11具有燕尾形的导引结构11a用于要置入的水平-横向主梁14及15的侧面突起14a及15a。
