根据本发明的优选的实施方案,容器104可由易于微波加热的材料形成,由此向容器104施加微波能量使得容器104被充分加热而烘焙定位在其内部的生面团。该微波可加热材料的示例包括碳化硅和稠密聚氨酯橡胶。
现在转到可控注入器子系统100的描述,能够看出,注入针120可以是任何适合的中空针,优选地具有2.5mm的外径以及1.5mm的内径并且具有尖端132。注入针120限定了与输入歧管134连通的液态烘焙配料通路,多个液态烘焙配料供给管136可以与输入歧管134连接,每个液态烘焙配料供给管136均经由适合的可控泵138与液态烘焙配料供给容器140耦合。
如图1A和1B能够看出的,注入针120优选地沿轴向可移位地安装到直线移位器150上,这沿如箭头151所指示的直线方向移动注入针,注入可旋转地且直线地可移位而接合旋转电动机156的带螺纹的输出轴154的螺母152。应意识到,可以采用任何其它适合的直线移位器。注入针120相对于容器104的轴向可移位安装使得液态烘焙配料102的计算机可控注入容器104的内部,优选地通过注入针120的尖端132可缩回的穿透容器104的至少一个壁部118。优选地,在本发明的该实施方案中,在液态烘焙配料102注入后且在烘焙前,注入针120退出而与容器104接合。更优选地,注入针120在退出之前与水齐平,并且退出发生在通过容器104的旋转的生面团形成之前。
根据本发明的优选的实施方案,液态烘焙配料102在容器104的位于其中的干燥烘焙配料106的顶部水平上方的高度处注入容器104,从而允许液态烘焙配料102由于重力而降落到干燥烘焙配料106上以及干燥烘焙配料106中。
本发明的优选的实施方案的自动按需烘焙系统还优选地包括可控旋转器子组件160,其被构造为能操作以使得其中收容有液态烘焙配料102和干燥烘焙配料106的混合、烘焙与分配容器104可编程地旋转,从而将烘焙配料102和106混合成生面团。
可控旋转器子组件160优选地包括计算机可控旋转电动机162,诸如步进电动机,其具有与容器接合元件166耦合或者与容器接合元件166一体地形成的输出轴164,容器接合元件166诸如为环件,其完全地或者部分地围绕容器104且在其旋转过程中可释放地将容器104保持与其接合,包括在垂直平面中的360度旋转。容器接合元件166优选地包括一个或多个突起或承窝,这使得其在旋转过程中可靠地保持具有对应的承窝或突起的容器,诸如容器104,包括在垂直平面中的360度旋转。
在本发明的可选的实施方案中,注入针120和输入歧管134可以限定与输出轴164共轴的注入路径。在该实施方案中,输出轴164是中空输出轴,注入针120插入输出轴中,容器接合元件166形成在孔口,注入针120通过该孔口注入液态烘焙配料102。
可控旋转器子组件160优选地还通过控制器110来控制,并且优选地能操作以通过容器接合元件166绕输出轴164的如箭头167指示的轴线的前后旋转运动而将液态烘焙配料102和干燥烘焙配料106混合。优选地,控制器110使得可控旋转器子组件160初始地以小幅度旋转,诸如绕垂直轴线+/-20度的幅度,此后,逐级地增加幅度到+/-180度,此后在垂直平面中连续360度旋转。混合的结果除了未混合的烘焙配料之外在容器104内形成生面团。
应意识到,控制器110可操作以仅在接收到容器及其内容物的真实性的指示时才容许旋转器子组件160操作。
值得注意的是,不会由于注入针120穿透以及随后注入针120从容器104的壁部118退回而通过形成在容器104的壁部118优选地为侧壁中的孔口发生从容器104泄漏液态烘焙配料102,这是由于如下原因中的至少之一:
液态烘焙配料102相对快速地吸收进入干燥烘焙配料106,典型地在5-10秒内的注入;
在时间紧随其后的注入过程中,典型地为5-10秒,容器104的旋转幅度使得,任何自由液体不会到达容器104的壁部118中的注入孔口的位置的高度;以及
在垂直平面中的离心旋转力强制全部的烘焙配料,包括任何自由的、未吸收的液体,沿着垂直方向向外而不是侧向。
优选地,控制器110使得可控旋转器子组件160根据预定混合协议操作。预定的混合协议可由用户经由输入设备168来从一个或多个预编程混合协议中选择,或者可以由用户经由输入设备168输入到控制器110中。应意识到,预定的混合协议典型地是所混合的配料和所生产的烘焙产品的函数。一个优选的混合协议将在下文参考图2E-2G进行说明。
本发明的优选的实施方案的自动按需烘焙系统另外优选地包括加热发生器170,该加热发生器170能操作以使得在混合、烘焙与分配容器104中烘焙生面团。
如上所述,控制器110能操作以掌控可控注入器子系统100、可控旋转器子组件160和加热发生器170的操作。下面阐述了优选的注入、混合和加热协议且参考图2A-2H进行说明。
现在参考图2A-2H,这些图是根据一个优选的注入、混合和加热协议在图1的自动按需烘焙系统的操作中的各个阶段的简化图示。
如图2A所看到的,包括干燥烘焙配料106的容器104优选地旋转,如箭头180所示,在垂直平面中进行连续360度旋转的3个完整的旋转。3个旋转典型地花费的时间共为3秒。应意识到干燥烘焙配料的旋转可通过沿顺时针方向或逆时针方向旋转输出轴164来实现。

图2C示出了经由输入歧管134和注入针120将液态烘焙配料102添加到容器104中,这典型地花费共3秒。如上所述,液态烘焙配料102优选地在容器104中的位于其中的干燥烘焙配料106的顶部水平上方的高度注入容器104,从而允许液态烘焙配料102由于重力而降落到干燥烘焙配料106上以及干燥烘焙配料106中。
图2D示出了注入针120从容器104的壁部118退回,这典型地花费1秒。
如图2E所看到的,容器104随后部分地逆时针方向旋转,如箭头182所指示,在图2E的意义上,典型地为20°旋转,然后返回原始水平位置。该部分旋转优选地重复,典型地5次,每个部分旋转典型地花费2秒。
如图2F所看到的,容器104随后部分地顺时针方向旋转,如箭头184所指示,在图2F的意义上,典型地为20°旋转,然后返回到原始水平位置。该部分旋转优选地重复,典型地5次,每个部分旋转典型地花费2秒。
如图2G所看到的,在图2G的意义上,容器104随后优选地如箭头186所示顺时针旋转以及如箭头188所指示逆时针旋转。容器典型地沿第一方向在垂直平面中在连续360°的旋转中旋转5次完整的旋转,然后在沿反向在垂直平面中在连续360°旋转中旋转5次完整的旋转。沿每个方向的5次旋转中的每次旋转典型地花费2秒。
优选地,在此之后沿第一方向在垂直平面中在连续的360°旋转中旋转容器3次完整旋转,然后沿反向在垂直平面中在连续的360°旋转中进行3次完整的旋转。沿每个方向的3次旋转2的每一次旋转典型地花费4秒。
如图2G所看到的,混合的结果是除了未混合的烘焙配料之外在容器104内形成了生面团。
优选地在混合后是加热步骤,典型地是微波加热步骤。加热步骤典型地花费30秒。如图2H中所看到的,结果是容器104中的烘焙产品。
本领域技术人员将意识到,本发明不限于上文所特别显示和描述的。相反,本发明的范围包括了上文所描述的各特征的组合以及子组合,以及在阅读了前面的说明后对于本领域技术人员而言显而易见的且不是现有技术的本发明的修改方案和变型例。
Claims (16)
1.自动按需烘焙系统,包括:
计算机可控注入器,其被配置为能操作以可编程地将液态烘焙配料通过混合、烘焙与分配容器的壁注入所述混合、烘焙与分配容器;
计算机可控旋转器,其被配置为能操作以可编程地旋转收容烘焙配料的所述混合、烘焙与分配容器,从而将所述烘焙配料混合成生面团;
加热发生器,其能操作以使得在所述混合、烘焙与分配容器中烘焙所述生面团;以及
控制器,其能操作以掌控所述计算机可控注入器、所述计算机可控旋转器和所述加热发生器的操作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动按需烘焙系统,并且其中:
所述计算机可控旋转器包括旋转驱动电动机以及与容器支撑件耦合的驱动轴;以及
所述计算机可控注入器,其将所述液态烘焙配料沿着与所述驱动轴大体同轴的注入路径注入。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动按需烘焙系统,并且其中:
所述计算机可控旋转器包括旋转驱动电动机以及与容器支撑件耦合的驱动轴;以及
所述计算机可控注入器,其将所述液态烘焙配料沿着位于所述驱动轴上方的注入路径注入。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的自动按需烘焙系统,并且其中:所述控制器与容器识别子系统相关联且能操作以仅当识别的容器与所述计算机可控注入器可操作接合时才允许所述计算机可控旋转器和所述计算机可控注入器中的至少一个的操作。
5.自动按需烘焙方法,包括:
在混合、烘焙和分配容器中提供干燥烘焙配料;
将液态烘焙配料通过穿透所述混合、烘焙和分配容器的针插入所述混合、烘焙和分配容器;
在所述混合、烘焙和分配容器中将所述液态烘焙配料和所述干燥烘焙配料混合成生面团;
在所述混合、烘焙和分配容器中烘焙所述生面团以生成可食烘焙产品;以及此后
分配所述混合、烘焙和分配容器中的所述可食烘焙产品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的自动按需烘焙方法,并且其中,所述在混合、烘焙和分配容器中提供干燥烘焙配料包括将所述干燥烘焙配料从单个单元储存容器供给到所述混合、烘焙和分配容器。
7.根据权利要求5所述的自动按需烘焙方法,并且其中,所述在混合、烘焙和分配容器中提供干燥烘焙配料包括将所述干燥烘焙配料储存到所述混合、烘焙和分配容器中。
8.根据权利要求5-7中任一项所述的自动按需烘焙方法,并且其中,所述将液态烘焙配料通过穿透所述混合、烘焙和分配容器的针插入所述混合、烘焙和分配容器采用初始地穿透所述混合、烘焙和分配容器的壁、此后将所述液态烘焙配料注入所述容器且此后从所述容器退回的针。
9.根据权利要求5-7中任一项所述的自动按需烘焙方法,并且其中,所述将液态烘焙配料通过穿透所述混合、烘焙和分配容器的针插入所述混合、烘焙和分配容器采用初始地穿透所述混合、烘焙和分配容器的壁、此后将所述液态烘焙配料在所述容器中位于所述干燥配料上方且当前未存在所述干燥配料的位置注入所述容器且此后从所述容器退回的针。
10.根据权利要求9所述的自动按需烘焙方法,并且其中,所述在所述混合、烘焙和分配容器中将所述液态烘焙配料和所述干燥烘焙配料混合成生面团包括初始阶段,在所述初始阶段中,当所述液态烘焙配料和所述干燥烘焙配料均位于所述容器中的所述针穿透所述容器的所述位置下方时,所述液态烘焙配料和所述干燥烘焙配料混合。
11.根据权利要求10所述的自动按需烘焙方法,并且其中,所述在所述混合、烘焙和分配容器中将所述液态烘焙配料和所述干燥烘焙配料混合成生面团包括进一步的阶段,在所述进一步的阶段中,所述生面团初始地形成且大体可流动的液态烘焙配料不再存在于所述混合、烘焙和分配容器中,所述生面团不再总是位于所述容器中所述针穿透所述容器的所述位置下方。
12.与自动按需烘焙系统一起使用或者在自动按需烘焙方法中使用的混合、烘焙和分配容器,所述容器包括可注入烘焙量限定外壳。
13.根据权利要求12所述的混合、烘焙和分配容器,并且还包括用于提供真实性的指示的机器可识别特征。
14.根据权利要求12和13中任一项所述的混合、烘焙和分配容器,并且还包括在容器外侧的接合部,使得所述容器通过旋转器的360度旋转而牢固地接合。
15.根据权利要求12-14中任一项所述的混合、烘焙和分配容器,并且其中,所述容器由包括能易于微波加热的材料的材料形成,由此向所述容器施加微波能量使得所述容器被充分地加热而烘焙定位在其内部的生面团。
16.根据权利要求15所述的混合、烘焙和分配容器,并且其中,所述微波可加热材料包括碳化硅和稠密聚氨酯橡胶中的至少之一。
