Abstract

本发明提供一种铅酸蓄电池非铅板栅制作方法,将作为板栅主体的导电碳毡(布)和作为铅极耳的条形铅皮部分叠放后,用点焊机进行连续点焊。点焊部位碳毡(布)完全被铅液渗透,两者镶嵌连接,形成良好的导电通道,提高电池性能。该方法操作简便规范,适合批量生产。

本发明为一种铅酸蓄电池非铅板栅制作方法,属于铅酸蓄电池制造领域。
背景技术
环境污染的现状,导致在环保方面对铅酸蓄电池产业的要求越来越高,铅对环境的污染是铅酸蓄电池制造产业饱受非议的主要方面。非铅板栅的研制,是解决这一问题的一种很好的方法;
现如今正在在研制的非铅板栅中,以导电碳毡(或称导电碳布)作为蓄电池的板栅主体制作电池占有一定的比例。对导电碳毡(布)作为蓄电池的板栅而言,需要进行铅合金材料的极耳与导电碳毡(布)上边框进行镶嵌形成边框和极耳,以便于传导输出电流。但导电碳毡(布)本身因其孔隙小、疏水性等原因,在极耳连接使用传统的浇铸模式操作时,铅溶液不易进入导电碳毡(布)内部,只在表层形成一层铅皮包熔,严重影响导电效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能使导电碳毡(布)与铅极耳进行渗透镶嵌,形成良好导电通道的铅酸蓄电池非铅板栅制作方法。
本发明的技术方案是:铅酸蓄电池非铅板栅制作方法,以导电碳毡为板栅主体,以铅合金制作的铅皮为导电集流体,其改进之处是所述导电碳毡与铅皮用点焊机进行连续点焊,形成紧密连接,操作如下:
(1)按电池板栅的尺寸对1.5~2.5mm厚度的导电碳毡和0.5~1.5mm厚度的铅皮裁剪下料;
(2)将铅皮与导电碳毡的一边部分叠放,叠放宽度8~15mm;
(3)采用点焊机在叠放部位连续点焊。
进一步的方案是: 所述铅皮为一块,叠放在导电碳毡的一侧,或者铅皮为两块,对称叠放在导电碳毡的两侧;所述点焊操作时,工艺参数为:焊接电流14~15KA,焊接时间0.6~0.7S,压力3.5~4.0kg,焊点间隔6~12mm;所述铅皮与导电碳毡点焊后,将铅皮冲裁成极耳。
本发明提供一种独特的导电碳毡(布)与铅极耳进行镶嵌连接的方法,能够适应各种材质及密度的导电碳毡(布)与铅极耳进行镶嵌连接,点焊部位导电碳毡(布)完全被铅液渗透,形成良好导电通道,提高电池性能。该方法操作规范,适合批量生产。
具体实施方式
1、按电池板栅尺寸裁剪碳毡及铅皮,尺寸如下:
碳毡尺寸:200mm×150mm×2mm;铅皮尺寸:170mm×30mm×1mm;
2、将铅皮与碳毡放置在操作台上,两者部分叠放,两块铅皮对称叠放在碳毡两侧,叠放宽度10mm,铅皮长度两端伸出碳毡外;
3、使用电焊机在铅皮与碳毡叠放部位进行连续均匀的点焊,工艺参数见下表:

1.一种铅酸蓄电池非铅板栅制作方法,以导电碳毡为板栅主体,以铅合金制作的铅皮为导电集流体,其特征是所述导电碳毡与铅皮用点焊机进行连续点焊,形成紧密连接,操作如下:
(1)按电池板栅的尺寸对1.5~2.5mm厚度的导电碳毡和0.5~1.5mm厚度的铅皮裁剪下料;
(2)将铅皮与导电碳毡的一边部分叠放,叠放宽度8~15mm;
(3)采用点焊机在叠放部位连续点焊。
2.按权利要求1所述铅酸蓄电池非铅板栅制作方法,其特征是所述铅皮为一块,叠放在导电碳毡的一侧,或者铅皮为两块,对称叠放在导电碳毡的两侧。
3.按权利要求1所述铅酸蓄电池非铅板栅制作方法,其特征是所述点焊操作时,工艺参数为:焊接电流14~15KA,焊接时间0.6~0.7S,压力3.5~4.0kg,焊点间隔6~12mm。
