本发明公开了一种压缩机刮油环组件，涉及压缩机制造技术领域，包括穿装在活塞杆上的刮油壳，在所述刮油壳一侧设有压盖，所述活塞杆于所述压盖与所述刮油壳一侧的内端面之间设有一对密封环、多对刮油环和隔环；所述密封环由碳纤维制成，所述刮油环由铜合金制成。较之现有技术，本发明可以解决现有气缸内窜油量多的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及压缩机制造技术领域，尤其是一种用于压缩机的刮油环组件。
背景技术
刮油环组件装在活塞杆的靠十字头一端，其目的是将活塞杆上的润滑油刮下，不使这些油通过活塞杆窜至气缸中；传统的压缩机刮油环组件包括穿装在活塞杆上的刮油壳，在所述刮油壳上设有压盖，所述活塞杆于所述压盖与所述刮油壳内底面之间设有多组刮油环组；这种压缩机刮油环组件在使用过程中存在气缸内窜油量过多导致压缩空气中的窜油量大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种压缩机刮油环组件，以解决现有气缸内窜油量过多的问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为：这种压缩机刮油环组件，包括穿装在活塞杆上的刮油壳，在所述刮油壳一侧设有压盖，所述活塞杆于所述压盖与所述刮油壳一侧的内端面之间设有一对密封环、多对刮油环和隔环；所述密封环由碳纤维制成，所述刮油环由铜合金制成。
上述压缩机刮油环组件 技术方案中，更具体的技术方案还可以是：一对所述密封环通过一根销子定位。
进一步的：所述刮油环有两对，每对所述刮油环均通过一根销子定位。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：由于在活塞杆穿装有密封环和刮油环，软硬相间的材质可把活塞杆上的润滑油刮离，防止润滑油上窜至气缸中。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详述：
如图1所示的压缩机刮油环组件包括穿装在活塞杆4上的刮油壳1，在刮油壳1的一侧通过螺栓设有压盖2，于压盖2与刮油壳1一侧的内端面之间的活塞杆4上依次设有一对密封环3、两对刮油环5和隔环6；密封环由碳纤维制成，刮油环5由铜合金制成；一对密封环3通过一根销子定位，每对刮油环5均分别通过一根销子定位。
安装时，由于在活塞杆4穿装有密封环3和刮油环5，软硬相间的材质可把活塞杆4上的润滑油刮离，防止润滑油上窜至气缸中。

Claims (3)

1.一种压缩机刮油环组件，包括穿装在活塞杆（4）上的刮油壳（1），在所述刮油壳（1）一侧设有压盖（2），其特征在于：所述活塞杆（4）于所述压盖（2）与所述刮油壳（1）一侧的内端面之间设有一对密封环、多对刮油环（5）和隔环（6）；所述密封环由碳纤维制成，所述刮油环（5）由铜合金制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压缩机刮油环组件，其特征在于：一对所述密封环通过一根销子定位。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的压缩机刮油环组件，其特征在于：所述刮油环（5）有两对，每对所述刮油环（5）均通过一根销子定位。
