Abstract
本发明涉及化工产品技术领域,公开了一种水性电子产品清洁剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:甲醇2‑5份,乙醇5‑10份,柠檬酸钠1‑3份,乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠1‑2份,仲烷基磺酸钠2‑4份,非离子表面活性剂磷酸酯盐3‑6份,异丙醇2‑5份,消泡剂2‑4份,乙二胺四乙酸1‑3份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2‑4份,N‑羟乙基丙二胺1‑2份,三乙醇胺1‑2份,氢氧化钠2‑5份,羧甲基纤维素1‑2份,去离子水5‑10份。本发明对电子产品上的污渍清洗效果更好,能溶解电气设备表面的较重污垢,又不会对线路板上的材料造成损坏,清洗能力强,同时减少了溶剂的排放和改善工作环境,配方合理,清洗效果好,去污时间快,效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种水性电子产品清洁剂。
背景技术
随着清洗行业的不断发展,为了保证人和设备的安全,电器、仪表、配电柜等清洁要求越来越高。电子产品由于其细小、精密,对其的清洗尤为重要,现有还无专门针对电子产品的清洗产品,且现有的清洗剂清洗效果不理想,且容易对线路板上的材料造成损坏,且现有的清洁剂具有一定的毒副作用。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种水性电子产品清洁剂,很好的解决了上述问题,配方合理,清洗效果好,去污时间快,效率高,不会对电子产品造成损害,同时减少了溶剂的排放和改善工作环境。
本发明的技术方案是一种水性电子产品清洁剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
甲醇2-5份,乙醇5-10份,柠檬酸钠1-3份,乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠1-2份,仲烷基磺酸钠2-4份,非离子表面活性剂磷酸酯盐3-6份,异丙醇2-5份,消泡剂2-4份,乙二胺四乙酸1-3份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2-4份,N-羟乙基丙二胺1-2份,三乙醇胺1-2份,氢氧化钠2-5份,羧甲基纤维素1-2份,去离子水5-10份。
优选的,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
甲醇3份,乙醇6份,柠檬酸钠2份,乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠1.4份,仲烷基磺酸钠2.1份,非离子表面活性剂磷酸酯盐4份,异丙醇4份,消泡剂3份,乙二胺四乙酸2份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2份,N-羟乙基丙二胺2份,三乙醇胺1.5份,氢氧化钠3份,羧甲基纤维素1.8份,去离子水7份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能溶解电气设备表面的较重污垢,又不会对线路板上的材料造成损坏,清洗能力强,去污时间快,效率高,同时减少了溶剂的排放和改善工作环境,配方合理,清洗效果好。

一种水性电子产品清洁剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
甲醇2份,乙醇5份,柠檬酸钠1份,乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠1份,仲烷基磺酸钠2份,非离子表面活性剂磷酸酯盐3份,异丙醇2份,消泡剂2份,乙二胺四乙酸1份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2份,N-羟乙基丙二胺1份,三乙醇胺1份,氢氧化钠2份,羧甲基纤维素1份,去离子水5份。
实施例二:一种水性电子产品清洁剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
甲醇3份,乙醇6份,柠檬酸钠2份,乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠1.4份,仲烷基磺酸钠2.1份,非离子表面活性剂磷酸酯盐4份,异丙醇4份,消泡剂3份,乙二胺四乙酸2份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2份,N-羟乙基丙二胺2份,三乙醇胺1.5份,氢氧化钠3份,羧甲基纤维素1.8份,去离子水7份。
实施例三:一种水性电子产品清洁剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
甲醇5份,乙醇10份,柠檬酸钠3份,乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠2份,仲烷基磺酸钠4份,非离子表面活性剂磷酸酯盐6份,异丙醇5份,消泡剂4份,乙二胺四乙酸3份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺4份,N-羟乙基丙二胺2份,三乙醇胺2份,氢氧化钠5份,羧甲基纤维素2份,去离子水10份。
本发明清洁剂与现有的清洁剂相比,本发明对电子产品上的污渍清洗效果更好,能溶解电气设备表面的较重污垢,又不会对线路板上的材料造成损坏,清洗能力强,同时减少了溶剂的排放和改善工作环境,配方合理,清洗效果好,去污时间快,效率高。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种水性电子产品清洁剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
甲醇2-5份,乙醇5-10份,柠檬酸钠1-3份,乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠1-2份,仲烷基磺酸钠2-4份,非离子表面活性剂磷酸酯盐3-6份,异丙醇2-5份,消泡剂2-4份,乙二胺四乙酸1-3份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2-4份,N-羟乙基丙二胺1-2份,三乙醇胺1-2份,氢氧化钠2-5份,羧甲基纤维素1-2份,去离子水5-10份。
