背景技术
随着生活节奏的加快,一次性的塑料食品盒得到广泛的应用,现有的一次塑料食品盒采用的是聚苯乙烯为原料,经高温熔融后加入乙烷发泡而成,现在的现在的塑料瓶盖大多采用这种方法,但这种材料制成的一次性餐具存在着以下问题:这种塑料瓶盖中的有害物质就会渗入到食物中,对人的肝脏、肾脏及中枢神经系统等造成损害。

本发明目的是提供一种多层次,使用安全的一种绿色环保的复合绿色环保的复合瓶盖及其制作方法。

一种绿色环保的复合绿色环保的复合瓶盖,包括内部结构层,外部保护层;所述外部保护层涂抹在内部结构层表面;
所述内部结构层按重量份计由以下组分组成:
丙烯腈10-20份、丁二烯10-20份、苯乙烯8-15份、聚已二酰已二胺1-3 份、聚癸二酰已二胺1-2份、聚碳酸酯7-15份、酚醛树脂10-25份、氨基树脂15-25份、甲基硅油1-2份、短石棉纤维1-2份、蓖麻油酸锌0.5-1份;
所述外部保护层按重量份计由以下组分组成:
聚苯乙烯15-23份,密胺15-22份,竹炭纤维5-10份,甘蔗渣纤维20-30份,土豆淀粉5-12份,纳米陶土5-12份,碳酸钙12-25份,碳酸氢钠12-25份,增粘剂1-3份。
优选的,所述外部保护层厚度为0.5-1mm。

A、内部结构层制作:
a:内部结构层材料的制备
选取丙烯腈、丁二烯、苯乙烯、聚已二酰已二胺、聚癸二酰已二胺、聚碳酸酯、酚醛树脂、氨基树脂、甲基硅油、短石棉纤维、蓖麻油酸锌等按照一定量进行混合,加入一定量的混合溶剂,采用转速为400r/min的高速散机进行搅拌溶解,当搅拌后液体成乳浊液状时,将液体放入160℃的加热箱中加热3-12小时,使溶剂液体挥发,后将材料取出放置到103℃的保温箱中保温,保证材料的流动性;
b:内部结构层粗胚成型
根据设计图纸将制取出材料倒入磨具中,然后常温放置,冷却成型,制成内部结构层粗胚;
c:内部结构层打磨
根据设计图纸将制成的内部结构层粗胚外部进行打磨成型;
B、外部保护层制作:
将一定量的聚苯乙烯、密胺、竹炭纤维、甘蔗渣纤维、土豆淀粉、纳米陶土、碳酸钙、碳酸氢钠、增粘剂混合后放入311℃的加热箱中加热,并且施加压强为1MPa的压力,促使物质融合,加热加压30-60min制成外部保护层材料;
C、复合:
在制作好的内部结构层表面涂抹上聚乙烯胶,然后将制取好的外部保护层材料涂抹到内部结构层表面,制取制成初始粗瓶盖;
D、外部处理:
对制取好的初始粗瓶盖表面外观,尺寸进行常规处理以达到设计要求。

4.根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保的复合瓶盖的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、内部结构层制作:
a:内部结构层材料的制备
选取丙烯腈、丁二烯、苯乙烯、聚已二酰已二胺、聚癸二酰已二胺、聚碳酸酯、酚醛树脂、氨基树脂、甲基硅油、短石棉纤维、蓖麻油酸锌等按照一定量进行混合,加入一定量的混合溶剂,采用转速为400r/min的高速散机进行搅拌溶解,当搅拌后液体成乳浊液状时,将液体放入160℃的加热箱中加热3-12小时,使溶剂液体挥发,后将材料取出放置到103℃的保温箱中保温,保证材料的流动性;
b:内部结构层粗胚成型
根据设计图纸将制取出材料倒入磨具中,然后常温放置,冷却成型,制成内部结构层粗胚;
c:内部结构层打磨
根据设计图纸将制成的内部结构层粗胚外部进行打磨成型;
B、外部保护层制作:
将一定量的聚苯乙烯、密胺、竹炭纤维、甘蔗渣纤维、土豆淀粉、纳米陶土、碳酸钙、碳酸氢钠、增粘剂混合后放入311℃的加热箱中加热,并且施加压强为1MPa的压力,促使物质融合,加热加压30-60min制成外部保护层材料;
C、复合:
在制作好的内部结构层表面涂抹上聚乙烯胶,然后将制取好的外部保护层材料涂抹到内部结构层表面,制取制成初始粗瓶盖;
D、外部处理:
对制取好的初始粗瓶盖表面外观,尺寸进行常规处理以达到设计要求。
