Abstract

本发明公开了一种高频无铅铁氧体材料的配方,主料的组分及其配比为Fe2O3 46~49mol%、NiO 38~43mol%、ZnO 4.5~6.5mol%、Bi2O3 1~3mol%、其余为CuO;添加物的成分及其质量占主料总质量的百分比为:Co203 0.6~1.0wt%、MgO、1.0~1.5wt%、SiO2 2~4wt%、MnCO3 1~2wt%。本发明用Bi2O3取代PbO,并调整主料Fe2O3、NiO、CuO、ZnO的配比和其他添加物Co2O3、MgO、SiO2的添加量使得材料性能达到和接近含铅材的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及铁氧体材料领域,特别是指一种高频无铅铁氧体材料的配方。
背景技术
传统IFT(中频变压器)用的磁芯,采用的铁氧体材料因为高频性能的需要,使用的铁氧体材料都是含铅材,而欧盟ROHS和我国环保的要求,铅被列入禁用物质,虽然铁氧体行业Pb的使用获得了豁免,但敝司为了环保的考虑.计划开发出一系列的无铅材料。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种高频无铅铁氧体材料的配方。
本发明的高频无铅铁氧体材料的配方,包括主料与添加物,其特征在于:

本发明的有益效果为:
本发明用Bi2O3取代传统铁氧体材料中的PbO,对于有毒元素铅的使用量减少,使得本发明高频无铅铁氧体材料更加绿色环保,无毒无污染,同时,本发明的高频无铅铁氧体材料配方调整了主料Fe2O3、NiO、CuO、ZnO的配比,并结合其他添加物Co2O3、MgO、SiO2、MnCO3的添加量调整,使得材料性能达到和接近含铅材的性能。

具体实施方式
参阅图1-图3所示,为本发明的一种高频无铅铁氧体材料的配方,主料配比为Fe2O346~49mol%、NiO 38~43mol%、ZnO 4.5~6.5mol%、Bi2O3 1~3mol%、其余为CuO;添加物的成分及其质量占主料总质量的百分比为:Co203 0.6~1.0wt%、MgO、1.0~1.5wt%、SiO22~4wt%、MnCO3 1~2wt%。
下表为无铅材料与含铅材料的参数对比:
本发明用Bi2O3取代PbO,并调整主料Fe2O3、NiO、CuO、ZnO的配比和其他添加物Co2O3、MgO、SiO2的添加量使得材料性能达到和接近含铅材的性能。
以上所述仅为本发明的优先实施方式,本发明并不限定于上述实施方式,只要以基本相同手段实现本发明目的的技术方案都属于本发明的保护范围之内。
