技术领域
本发明涉及用于铁精矿的布料漏斗。
背景技术
铁精矿输送包括从过滤机出料经漏斗布料在输送皮带上,由皮带将铁精矿转送至后续设备,最后进入管道输送过程。精矿从漏斗落到输送皮带时,会对皮带形成正面的重力冲击,如果精矿中夹杂大体积的团块,则容易压停皮带,导致生产停滞。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种铁精矿的布料漏斗,能减少精矿对皮带的重力冲击。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
铁精矿的布料漏斗,包括输送皮带和漏斗,所述漏斗从上到下包括依次连通的上斗、中斗和下斗,所述上斗、中斗和下斗均为进口大,出口小的管状,上斗、中斗和下斗流通路径连接形成弯曲的弧形,所述弧形的延伸线与输送皮带上表面相切,且弧形向输送皮带的出料方向偏转,所述下斗的出料口朝向输送皮带的出料方向。
进一步的,所述出料口的最小间隙处为20~40mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本铁精矿的布料漏斗,出料路径为弧形,使精矿的重力势能转化为向前滚动的动能,能减少精矿对皮带的重力冲击,延长皮带机构使用寿命。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
铁精矿的布料漏斗,包括输送皮带4和漏斗,所述漏斗从上到下包括依次连通的上斗1、中斗2和下斗3,所述上斗1、中斗2和下斗3均为进口大,出口小的管状,上斗1、中斗2和下斗3流通路径连接形成弯曲的弧形,所述弧形的延伸线与输送皮带4上表面相切,且弧形向输送皮带4的出料方向偏转,所述下斗3的出料口31朝向输送皮带4的出料方向。
如图1所示,漏斗位于输送皮带4上方,漏斗从上到下包括依次连通的上斗1、中斗2和下斗3,铁精矿从上斗1入口加入,从下斗3的出料口31输出到输送皮带4上,皮带运行将铁精矿运走。
上斗1、中斗2和下斗3流通路径连接形成弯曲的弧形,可以避免物料随重力自由下落,对皮带形成冲击。漏斗的弧形的延伸线与输送皮带4上表面相切,且弧形向输送皮带4的出料方向偏转,物料顺着弧形滚落到输送皮带4上,并且滚动方向与输送皮带4送料方向一致,最大程度减少物料对皮带的冲击损伤。
根据布料的铁精矿一般尺寸,出料口31开口的的最小间隙可以是20~40mm,能保障精矿以适宜的流量流出。

1.铁精矿的布料漏斗,包括输送皮带(4)和漏斗,其特征在于,所述漏斗从上到下包括依次连通的上斗(1)、中斗(2)和下斗(3),所述上斗(1)、中斗(2)和下斗(3)均为进口大,出口小的管状,上斗(1)、中斗(2)和下斗(3)流通路径连接形成弯曲的弧形,所述弧形的延伸线与输送皮带(4)上表面相切,且弧形向输送皮带(4)的出料方向偏转,所述下斗(3)的出料口(31)朝向输送皮带(4)的出料方向。
2.如权利要求1所述的铁精矿的布料漏斗,其特征在于,所述出料口(31)的最小间隙处为20~40mm。
