在若干变型中,啮合联接器60可包括啮合元件62,啮合元件62可固定来与轴64一同旋转,并可在轴64上轴向滑动。轴64可由轴承65和67支撑以旋转并可延伸穿过扭矩传输元件46。齿轮68可与轴64固定来与其一同旋转,而且,齿轮68可与齿轮21啮合,并可有效地啮合来驱动车轴总成5,或由其驱动。齿轮68可为锥齿轮,并可为螺旋锥直角齿轮。齿轮68可为驱动车轴9和11的共用齿轮。啮合元件62可选择性地将从动齿轮组49从如图1所示的轴64断开,并可置入居中的空档位置中。啮合元件62可选择性地由挂档叉63换挡至如图1所示的右边,以选择性地将齿轮组49与轴64连接,以提供高范围的操作,轴64具有来自于齿轮48及与其连接的扭矩传输元件57的输出。啮合元件62可选择性地由挂档叉63换挡至如图1所示的左边,以将齿轮组49与轴64连接以提供低范围的操作,轴64具有来自于承载架54及与其连接的扭矩传输元件58和59的输出。当输入可从齿轮48提供至轴64时,可以保持来自于扭矩传输元件46的转速。当输入可从承载架54提供至轴64时,来自于扭矩传输元件46的转速可降低,且扭矩可增加。
参照图2,与图1中的元件相同的元件以同样的附图标记示出。在若干变型中,产品69可包括电机30,电机30可为车轴9和11提供旋转扭矩或可接收来自于车轴9和11的旋转扭矩输入,例如,用于再生制动。电机30可包括轴34,轴34可延伸穿过壳体61达到齿轮42,齿轮42可与齿轮44啮合。齿轮44可与扭矩传输元件46连接,扭矩传输元件46可包括端75,端75可设置在齿轮48内,并可以可旋转地与其固定,例如,通过花键连接件。齿轮48可与扭矩传输元件57连接,扭矩传输元件57可延伸至邻近啮合联接器60的位置。在啮合联接器60的与扭矩传输元件57相对的侧上,扭矩传输元件59可与承载架54连接,并可以可旋转地与其固定,这可通过中间的扭矩传输元件58来进行。扭矩传输元件58可连接至扭矩传输元件59,并可包括端76,其中端76可延伸越过承载架54,并可与其啮合。承载架54可承载齿轮50和51。齿轮50和51可在齿轮55与齿轮48之间可旋转地啮合。啮合元件62可例如通过可轴向移动的花键连接件连接至轴64,使得啮合元件62和轴64可一同旋转。轴64可与齿轮68连接,齿轮68可与齿轮21啮合来与其一同旋转。齿轮21可固定至保持架17,保持架17的旋转可将旋转传递至小齿轮22和23。小齿轮23在图2的横截面图中示出,可在小齿轮轴18上旋转。小齿轮22和23的旋转可将旋转扭矩传输至侧齿轮24和25,齿轮24和25可分别固定至车轴9和11。
在若干变型中,齿轮21、保持架17、小齿轮22和23以及侧齿轮24和26可装配在差速装置78中。齿轮42和44、齿轮组49和啮合联接器60可装配在动力传输装置32中,动力传输装置32可设置在差速装置78的一侧77上。齿轮组42和44在动力传输装置32内的减速齿轮装置可在动力传输装置32中容易地由油进行润滑,其中啮合接口设置在一位置处。电机30可设置在差速装置78的与侧77相对的侧79上。电机轴34和轴64可彼此平行,且各自都可延伸进差速装置78中。齿轮21可产生用于润滑和冷却电机30的溅油,其中油来自于差速装置78的内部。齿轮44和齿轮68可绕着公共轴线80旋转,这可简化装配。位于与差速装置78相对侧上的电机30和动力传输装置32的分离可提供有利的封装选择。
在若干变型中,啮合联接器60可包括啮合元件62,啮合元件62可为双锥型同步离合器或同步器的中心。环形凹槽70可绕着啮合元件62的外周围进行设置,挂档叉63可接纳入啮合元件62中。范围选择可由致动器(未示出)进行,致动器可移动挂档叉63来在轴64上轴向地移动啮合元件62。啮合联接器可包括反作用力环71和72,反作用力环71和72可固定至相应的扭矩传输元件57和扭矩传输元件59。挡环73可设置在反作用力环71与啮合元件62之间,且挡环74可设置在反作用力环72与啮合元件62之间。摩擦材料可承载在挡环和反作用力环的对应的配合面之间。挂档叉63可换档至如图3所示的左边,以通过挡环71和反作用力环73在啮合元件62与扭矩传输元件59之间传输扭矩。挂档叉可以啮合元件62为中心,以实现如图1所示的空档。挂档叉63可换档至如图4所示的右边,以通过挡环72和反作用力环74在啮合元件62与扭矩传递元件57之间传输扭矩。
参照图1至图3,通过移动挂档叉63,使啮合元件62换档至反作用力环73,挡环71与反作用力环73的旋转啮合可以在承载架54(通过扭矩传输元件58、59)与啮合元件62之间传输扭矩。这可以提供轴64可以由承载架54驱动的模式。提供来自在承载架54处的齿轮组49的输出,其中齿轮55固定,可以提供第一传动比的低档模式。通过移动挂档叉63,使啮合元件62换档至反作用力环74,挡环72与反作用力环74的旋转啮合可以在齿轮48(通过扭矩传输元件57)与啮合元件62之间传输扭矩。这可以提供轴64可以由可以是太阳齿轮的齿轮48驱动的模式。在齿轮48处提供来自齿轮组49的输出可以提供第二传动比的高档模式,传送比低档模式更高的速度传送。如图1所示,挂档叉63可以使啮合元件62在反作用力环73、74之间居中,从而使得可能没有扭矩传输通过啮合联接器60。
车轴总成5可以是车辆的后轴,其中内燃机驱动前轴或者传动轴,并且车轴总成5可以提供混合动力系统。为了有效吸收功率或者部署,电机30可以由车轴总成5驱动,或者可以驱动车轴总成5,而不经过发动机。为了回收来自车轮3、4的制动能,啮合联接器60可以啮合使得电机30可以由车轴总成5驱动。在多个变型中,轴5可以通过驱动来自电机30的车轴总成5以在电动全轮驱动模式下进行操作。通过在后轴处使用电机30,同时通过控制在相关车辆的每个车轴总成处的扭矩来提供改进的稳定性控制,能量回收可能最大化。控制车辆动力学的方法可以通过电机30将再生扭矩分配至车轴总成5来提供。控制车辆动力学的方法可以通过电机30将推进扭矩分配至车轴总成5来提供。通过使用在后轴5处的电机30,电机辅助系统可以增加爬坡坡度,并且可以提供用于低速操纵的电子辅助启动或者蠕变操纵。

Claims (20)
1.一种产品,其包括:与由共用齿轮驱动的第一车轴和第二车轴啮合的差速装置、设置在所述差速装置的第一侧上的电机、从所述电机延伸并进入到所述差速装置中的第一轴,以及设置在所述差速装置的与所述第一侧相对的第二侧上的动力传输装置,第二轴延伸进入所述差速装置和所述动力传输装置中的每一个中,其中所述第一轴和所述第二轴能够旋转地经由所述动力传输装置进行啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的产品,其中所述动力传输装置包括第一齿轮组,所述第一齿轮组具有设置成绕着所述第二轴并相对于所述第二轴进行旋转的第一齿轮,以及与所述第一齿轮旋转地啮合并固定至所述第一轴的第二齿轮。
3.根据权利要求2所述的产品,其进一步包括延伸穿过所述第二轴的轴线,所述第二轴绕所述轴线旋转,其中所述共用齿轮和所述第一齿轮两者均绕所述轴线旋转。
4.根据权利要求2所述的产品,其中所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮是螺旋齿轮,所述第一齿轮大于所述第二齿轮,提供从所述第一轴至所述第二轴的减小旋转速度。
5.根据权利要求2所述的产品,其进一步包括第二齿轮组,所述第二齿轮组具有旋转地固定至所述第一齿轮的第三齿轮、固定以防旋转的第四齿轮以及旋转地啮合在所述第三齿轮与所述第四齿轮之间的至少一个第五齿轮。
6.根据权利要求5所述的产品,其中所述第二轴能够由所述第三齿轮驱动。
7.根据权利要求6所述的产品,其中所述第三齿轮能够通过啮合联接器选择性地与所述第二轴啮合。
8.根据权利要求5所述的产品,其中所述至少一个第五齿轮由承载架承载。
9.根据权利要求8所述的产品,其中所述第二轴能够由所述承载架驱动。
10.根据权利要求9所述的产品,其中所述承载架能够通过啮合联接器选择性地与所述第二轴啮合。
11.一种产品,其包括与至少一个车轴啮合的差速装置;连接至所述至少一个车轴的车轮;与所述至少一个车轴驱动地啮合的第一齿轮;界定轴线的第二轴,所述第二轴能够绕所述轴线旋转,所述第二轴固定地与所述第一齿轮连接;所述第二轴延伸穿过其中的第二齿轮,所述第二齿轮能够相对于所述第二轴旋转;以及与所述第二齿轮驱动地啮合的电机,其中所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮两者均绕所述轴线旋转。
12.根据权利要求11所述的产品,其进一步包括绕所述第二轴延伸的第三齿轮,所述第三齿轮能够相对于所述第二轴旋转;固定以防旋转并且绕所述第三齿轮延伸的第四齿轮;以及旋转地啮合在所述第三齿轮与所述第四齿轮之间的至少一个第五齿轮。
13.根据权利要求12所述的产品,其中所述第二轴选择性地由所述第三齿轮驱动,其中所述第三齿轮能够通过啮合联接器选择性地与所述第二轴啮合。
14.根据权利要求13所述的产品,其中所述至少一个第五齿轮由承载架承载,其中所述第二轴选择性地由所述承载架驱动,且其中所述承载架能够通过所述啮合联接器选择性地与所述第二轴啮合。
15.根据权利要求11所述的产品,其进一步包括混合式全轮驱动模式,其中所述车轴是后轴的一部分,且所述电机驱动所述后轴。
16.根据权利要求11所述的产品,其中所述电机操作为向所述车轴提供牵引扭矩的马达并且操作为向所述车轴提供制动扭矩的发电机。
17.根据权利要求16所述的产品,其中将所述牵引扭矩或制动扭矩分配给所述车轴。
18.根据权利要求17所述的产品,其中所述啮合联接器选择性地啮合以分配所述牵引或制动扭矩。
19.根据权利要求16所述的产品,其进一步包括混合式全轮驱动模式,其中所述车轴是后轴的一部分,且所述电机驱动所述后轴。
20.一种产品,其包括与两者均由第一齿轮驱动的第一车轴和第二车轴啮合的差速装置、旋转地固定至所述第一齿轮的第一轴、具有转子的电机、旋转地固定至所述转子的第二齿轮、与所述第二齿轮啮合的第三齿轮,以及旋转地固定至所述第三齿轮的第四齿轮,所述第四齿轮能够通过啮合联接器选择性地与所述轴啮合;与所述第四齿轮啮合并且承载在承载架上的第五齿轮,所述承载架能够旋转并且通过所述啮合联接器选择性地与所述轴啮合。
