技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰性的铝合金板。
背景技术
目前的金属装饰板的材质有铝、铝合金、铜、不锈钢等，相对铜、不锈钢选择铝合金装饰板物美价廉，轻盈安全便于安装。但光按铝合金板的色泽显得比较单一，应用范围比较小。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种装饰性的铝合金板，它可以使石头纸表面张力更高，更为坚韧、牢固，底层无纺布表面粗糙度更易与铝合金板胶接。
本发明采用了以下技术方案：一种装饰性的铝合金板，它包括复合纸层和装饰铝板，所述的复合纸层包括石头纸层和无纺布层，石头纸层通过粘结层与无纺布层相连接，复合纸层与装饰铝板连接。
所述的粘结层热塑性塑料层。所述的复合纸层与装饰铝板之间为胶接。
本发明具有以下有益效果：采用了以上技术方案后，本发明利用高分子界面化学原理和填充改性技术，经特种工艺加工而成，与植物性的造纸相比，它在整个生产过程无需用水，不需要添加强酸、强碱、漂白粉等众多有机氯化物，去掉蒸煮、洗涤、漂白等污染，杜绝造纸过程中因“三废”而造成的污染。相比单一石头纸本发明专利以环保的石头纸为面纸以无纺纸为底纸中间用热塑性材料为粘结剂因挤出流延的工艺制成复合纸，它比单一的石头纸表面张力更高，更为坚韧、牢固，底层无纺布表面粗糙度亦更易与铝合金板胶接，通过数码打印，将各种木纹，石纹或其他图案用喷墨形式进行打印，相比凹印、丝印，数码印刷不用在前期做任何准备打印工作，无需出菲林制版。全彩一次成像定位精确，使表面彩色图像更清晰，更逼真更富立体感。将这种新颖环保的装饰材料通过胶粘复合工艺粘结在铝合金板上制成一种新颖装饰性铝合金板，广泛应用内墙、吊顶使之具有更美观的观赏性。

在图1中，本发明提供了一种装饰性的铝合金板，它包括复合纸层和装饰铝板4，所述的复合纸层包括石头纸层1和无纺布层2，石头纸层1通过粘结层3与无纺布层2相连接，复合纸层与装饰铝板4连接，粘结层3为热塑性塑料层，所述的复合纸层与装饰铝板4之间为胶接。

1.一种装饰性的铝合金板，其特征是它包括复合纸层和装饰铝板（4），所述的复合纸层包括石头纸层（1）和无纺布层（2），石头纸层（1）通过粘结层（3）与无纺布层（2）相连接，复合纸层与装饰铝板（4）连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装饰性的铝合金板，其特征是粘结层（3）为热塑性塑料层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装饰性的铝合金板，其特征是所述的复合纸层与装饰铝板（4）之间为胶接。
