本发明公开了一种带有木纹纸的铝合金板，它包括面层（1）和底层（2），面层（1）为木纹纸层，底层（2）为无纺布层，在面层（1）与底层（2）之间设有粘结层（3），面层（1）与底层（2）通过粘结层（3）连接后形成复合纸层，复合纸层与装饰铝板（4）连接，在复合纸层与装饰铝板（4）之间设有加强板面（5）。本发明使装饰铝合金板牢度更强，更坚韧，而且表面张力增加。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有木纹纸的铝合金板。
背景技术
目前的金属装饰板的材质有铝、铝合金、铜、不锈钢等，相对铜、不锈钢选择铝合金装饰板物美价廉，轻盈安全便于安装。但光按铝合金板的色泽显得比较单一，应用范围比较小。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种带有木纹纸的铝合金板，它使装饰铝合金板牢度更强，更坚韧，而且表面张力增加。
本发明采用了以下技术方案：一种带有木纹纸的铝合金板，它包括面层和底层，面层为木纹纸层，底层为无纺布层，在面层与底层之间设有粘结层，面层与底层通过粘结层连接后形成复合纸层，复合纸层与装饰铝板连接，在复合纸层与装饰铝板之间设有加强板面。
所述的加强板面为石膏板或硅酸盐板。所述的粘结层为热塑性塑料层。
本发明具有以下有益效果：采用了以上技术方案，本发明木纹纸既环保又因为将木纹纸和无纺布粘贴在一起使之表面张力增加，制作成木纹装饰纸后使之无纺布表面的粗糙度使之与墙面或板面（如石膏板、硅酸盐板）粘结度超过单一的石头纸，复合纸层的牢度更强，更坚韧，在复合纸层与铝板连接后可以使装饰铝合金板牢度更强，更坚韧，而且表面张力增加。本发明利用高分子界面化学原理和填充改性技术，经特种工艺加工而成，与植物性的造纸相比它在整个生产过程无需用水，不需要添加强酸、强碱，漂白粉等众多有机氯化物，去掉蒸煮、洗涤、漂白等污染，杜绝造纸过程中因“三废”而造成的污染。本发明专利以环保的木纹纸为面纸，以无纺布为底纸，中间用热塑性材料作为粘结剂，采用挤出流延的工艺制作而成。这种复合而成的新材料比单层的是脱脂表面能力提高，更为坚韧、牢固。木纹纸系一种表面装饰纸，其花纹时模仿树纹印刷出来的，相对一般的印刷，本发明专利采用数码打印的方式，将各种木纹图案用喷墨形式进行打印，它不同于一般凹印，丝印等印刷方式，无须直接接触被打印的物品，确保打印物品的完整。通过墨水喷射方式打印，不会因热量和压力发生变形，利用电脑直接输出打印方式，也不用在前期作任何准备打印工作，用数码印刷无需菲林制版，全彩一次成像，定位精确，使表面彩色图像更清晰、更逼真、富立体感。

在图1中，本发明提供了一种带有木纹纸的铝合金板，它包括面层1和底层2，面层1为木纹纸层，底层2为无纺布层，在面层1与底层2之间设有粘结层3，面层1与底层2通过粘结层3连接后形成复合纸层，复合纸层与装饰铝板4连接，在复合纸层与装饰铝板4之间设有加强板面5，所述的加强板面5为石膏板或硅酸盐板，所述的粘结层3为热塑性塑料层。

1.一种带有木纹纸的铝合金板，其特征是它包括面层（1）和底层（2），面层（1）为木纹纸层，底层（2）为无纺布层，在面层（1）与底层（2）之间设有粘结层（3），面层（1）与底层（2）通过粘结层（3）连接后形成复合纸层，复合纸层与装饰铝板（4）连接，在复合纸层与装饰铝板（4）之间设有加强板面（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有木纹纸的铝合金板，其特征是所述的加强板面（5）为石膏板或硅酸盐板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有木纹纸的铝合金板，其特征是所述的粘结层（3）为热塑性塑料层。
