本发明公开了一种环保的木纹纸得制作方法,它以环保的木纹纸为面纸,以无纺布为底纸,中间为粘结剂,采用挤出流延的工艺制作而成复合木纹装饰纸,制作成复合木纹装饰纸后使之无纺布表面的粗糙度与墙面或板面粘结,这种复合纸的新材料比单层的是脱脂表面能力提高,更为坚韧、牢固,木纹纸为表面装饰纸,其花纹时模仿树纹印刷出来的,采用数码打印的方式,将各种木纹图案用喷墨形式进行打印。本发明制得的木纹纸牢度更强,更坚韧,而且表面张力增加。

本发明涉及一种环保的木纹纸得制作方法。
背景技术
目前制作墙纸的原材料一般采用木浆牛皮纸,单层木浆牛皮纸的脱脂表面能力差,强度比较低。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种环保的木纹纸得制作方法,它制得的木纹纸牢度更强,更坚韧,而且表面张力增加。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种环保的木纹纸得制作方法,它以环保的木纹纸为面纸,以无纺布为底纸,中间为粘结剂,采用挤出流延的工艺制作而成复合木纹装饰纸,制作成复合木纹装饰纸后使之无纺布表面的粗糙度与墙面或板面粘结,这种复合纸的新材料比单层的是脱脂表面能力提高,更为坚韧、牢固,木纹纸为表面装饰纸,其花纹时模仿树纹印刷出来的,采用数码打印的方式,将各种木纹图案用喷墨形式进行打印。
所述的板面为石膏板或硅酸盐板。所述的粘结剂为热塑性材料。
本发明具有以下有益效果:采用了以上技术方案,本发明木纹纸既环保又因为将木纹纸和无纺布粘贴在一起使之表面张力增加,制作成木纹装饰纸后使之无纺布表面的粗糙度使之与墙面或板面(如石膏板、硅酸盐板)粘结度超过单一的石头纸,复合纸的牢度更强,更坚韧。本发明利用高分子界面化学原理和填充改性技术,经特种工艺加工而成,与植物性的造纸相比它在整个生产过程无需用水,不需要添加强酸、强碱,漂白粉等众多有机氯化物,去掉蒸煮、洗涤、漂白等污染,杜绝造纸过程中因“三废”而造成的污染。本发明专利以环保的木纹纸为面纸,以无纺布为底纸,中间用热塑性材料作为粘结剂,采用挤出流延的工艺制作而成。这种复合而成的新材料比单层的是脱脂表面能力提高,更为坚韧、牢固。木纹纸系一种表面装饰纸,其花纹时模仿树纹印刷出来的,相对一般的印刷,本发明专利采用数码打印的方式,将各种木纹图案用喷墨形式进行打印,它不同于一般凹印,丝印等印刷方式,无须直接接触被打印的物品,确保打印物品的完整。通过墨水喷射方式打印,不会因热量和压力发生变形,利用电脑直接输出打印方式,也不用在前期作任何准备打印工作,用数码印刷无需菲林制版,全彩一次成像,定位精确,使表面彩色图像更清晰、更逼真、富立体感。
