Abstract

本发明公开一种层状金属复合材料,采用四层不同金属材质进行焊接固定,所述四层不同金属材质包括不锈钢基层、镁合金中间层、钛合金中间层和铝合金底层。通过设置四层不同金属材质,可以最大程度的增强材料的强度,防止使用过程中断裂并且最大程度的延长设备的使用寿命。在中间层设置镁合金和钛合金,由于镁合金和钛合金质量轻且强度大,所以不仅能够增强金属强度还能够减轻金属重量。本发明具有强度更高,不易损坏,寿命更长的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属材料技术领域,特别涉及一种层状金属复合材料。
背景技术
现有技术中对于高强度的金属复合材料,一般都是对金属材料进行选择和提炼,使得强度能够增强,但是对于单层的金属复合材料仍然不能够满足高强度的需要。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种强度更高,寿命更长的层状金属复合材料。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种层状金属复合材料,采用四层不同金属材质进行焊接固定,所述四层不同金属材质包括不锈钢基层、镁合金中间层、钛合金中间层和铝合金底层。通过设置四层不同金属材质,可以最大程度的增强材料的强度,防止使用过程中断裂并且最大程度的延长设备的使用寿命。在中间层设置镁合金和钛合金,由于镁合金和钛合金质量轻且强度大,所以不仅能够增强金属强度还能够减轻金属重量。
进一步的,所述铝合金各组分的含量为:铝30-40份,银5-10份,镍20-30份,锰8-16份,锡4-12份,硅24-36份。
进一步的,所述不锈钢各组分的含量为:铬20-30份,镍10-20份,钼2-8份,钛2-8份。
进一步的,所述钛合金各组分的含量为:钛30-40份,铁20-30份,铝20-30份,锌2-8份,铜10-20份,锰10-20份和碳1-5份。
进一步的,所述镁合金各组分的含量为:镁50-60份,硫10-12份,铜2-6份,锰2-6份和碳2-8份。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明通过设置四层不同金属材质,可以最大程度的增强材料的强度,防止使用过程中断裂并且最大程度的延长设备的使用寿命。
2、本发明在中间层设置镁合金和钛合金,由于镁合金和钛合金质量轻且强度大,所以不仅能够增强金属强度还能够减轻金属重量。
具体实施方式

铝合金各组分的含量为:铝35份,银8份,镍26份,锰12份,锡10份,硅30份;不锈钢各组分的含量为:铬26份,镍16份,钼6份,钛6份;钛合金各组分的含量为:钛36份,铁36份,铝36份,锌6份,铜16份,锰16份和碳3份;镁合金各组分的含量为:镁55份,硫11份,铜5份,锰5份和碳6份。

1.一种层状金属复合材料,其特征在于:采用四层不同金属材质进行焊接固定,所述四层不同金属材质包括不锈钢基层、镁合金中间层、钛合金中间层和铝合金底层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种层状金属复合材料,其特征在于:所述铝合金各组分的含量为:铝30-40份,银5-10份,镍20-30份,锰8-16份,锡4-12份,硅24-36份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种层状金属复合材料,其特征在于:所述不锈钢各组分的含量为:铬20-30份,镍10-20份,钼2-8份,钛2-8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种层状金属复合材料,其特征在于:所述钛合金各组分的含量为:钛30-40份,铁20-30份,铝20-30份,锌2-8份,铜10-20份,锰10-20份和碳1-5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种层状金属复合材料,其特征在于:所述镁合金各组分的含量为:镁50-60份,硫10-12份,铜2-6份,锰2-6份和碳2-8份。
