Abstract

本发明公开了手持式磁流变刷抛光机,包括驱动组件和磁流变刷装置;驱动组件包括外壳、电机、旋转超声系统和变幅杆,电机和旋转超声系统固定在外壳内,变幅杆与旋转超声系统连接;磁流变刷装置包括第一永磁铁、第二永磁铁、隔磁板和刷丝,隔磁板固定在第一永磁铁和第二永磁铁之间,隔磁板的中心有存储腔,隔磁板上设有导流孔,第一永磁铁与变幅杆固定连接,刷丝设置在隔磁板外圆周上。本发明的优点是:利用磁流变抛光液从导流孔甩出粘附到刷丝上,形成磁流变刷群,采用旋转超声系统,可以在抛光的同时发生超声波进行辅助抛光,设有存储腔,可以不断给刷丝补充磁流变抛光液,延长了使用时间,磁流变抛光液和超声波同时进行有效提高抛光效率和精度。

技术领域
本发明涉及手持式磁流变刷抛光机。
背景技术
抛光机也称为研磨机,常常用作机械式研磨、抛光及打蜡。其工作原理是:电动机带动安装在抛光机上的海绵或羊毛抛光盘高速旋转,与待抛表面进行摩擦,进而可达到去除漆面污染、氧化层、浅痕的目的。
手持式抛光机一般用于小面积抛光,现有的手持式抛光机由于受到抛光盘的影响抛光精度不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供手持式磁流变刷抛光机,能够有效解决现有手持式抛光机抛光精度不高的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:手持式磁流变刷抛光机,包括驱动组件和磁流变刷装置;
所述驱动组件包括外壳、电机、旋转超声系统和变幅杆,电机固定在外壳内部的后部,旋转超声系统固定在外壳内的前部,旋转超声系统与外壳转动连接,变幅杆一端与旋转超声系统连接;
所述磁流变刷装置包括第一永磁铁、第二永磁铁、隔磁板和刷丝,所述隔磁板固定在第一永磁铁和第二永磁铁之间,隔磁板的中心有存储腔,隔磁板上设有至少两条使存储腔与外界相通的导流孔,所述导流孔沿垂直于变幅杆的轴线设置,第一永磁铁或第二永磁铁与变幅杆的另一端固定连接,所述刷丝设置在隔磁板外圆周上。
优选的,所述刷丝成半弧形,刷丝的一端位于第一永磁铁与隔磁板之间,刷丝的另一端位于隔磁板与第二永磁铁之间;从导流孔甩出的磁流变液能很轻易的粘附在刷丝上。
优选的,第二永磁铁或第一永磁铁上开有与存储腔相通的注液孔,第二永磁铁或第一永磁铁上还设有将注液孔封堵的堵冒;方便加注磁流变抛光液,加注完毕后再利用堵冒封堵。
优选的,旋转超声系统包括内壳和换能器,所述换能器设置在内壳内,内壳与外壳之间设有滚动轴承;使旋转超声系统在正常产生超声波的同时还能传递扭矩。
优选的,所述外壳的尾部设有把手;方便用户操作,便于提携。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:本装置采用磁流变刷,利用磁流变抛光液从导流孔甩出粘附到刷丝上,同时刷丝处于磁场中,磁流变抛光液转为固态形式,形成磁流变刷群,对工件进行抛光,另外还采用旋转超声系统,可以在抛光的同时发生超声波进行辅助抛光,由于设有存储腔,可以不断给刷丝补充磁流变抛光液,延长了使用时间,而采用磁流变抛光液和超声波同时进行有效提高抛光效率和精度。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图2为本发明手持式磁流变刷抛光机的实施例,手持式磁流变刷抛光机,包括驱动组件和磁流变刷装置;
驱动组件包括外壳24、电机1、旋转超声系统和变幅杆21,电机1固定在外壳24内部的后部,旋转超声系统固定在外壳24内的前部,旋转超声系统与外壳24转动连接,变幅杆21一端与旋转超声系统连接,旋转超声系统包括内壳23和换能器25,所述换能器25设置在内壳23内,内壳23与外壳24之间设有滚动轴承22,外壳24的尾部设有把手6;
磁流变刷装置包括第一永磁铁56、第二永磁铁58、隔磁板57和刷丝51,所述隔磁板57固定在第一永磁铁56和第二永磁铁58之间,隔磁板57的中心有存储腔53,隔磁板57上设有至少两条使存储腔53与外界相通的导流孔52,所述导流孔52沿垂直于变幅杆21的轴线设置,第一永磁铁56与变幅杆21的另一端固定连接,所述刷丝51设置在隔磁板57外圆周上,刷丝51成半弧形,最好沿平行磁力线3的方向设置,刷丝51的一端位于第一永磁铁56与隔磁板57之间,刷丝51的另一端位于隔磁板57与第二永磁铁58之间。
为了方便向存储腔53内加注磁流变抛光液4,第二永磁铁58上开有与存储腔53相通的注液孔54,第二永磁铁58上还设有将注液孔54封堵的堵冒55。
使用时,给电机1通电,电机1带动旋转超声系统转动,通过变幅杆21带动磁流变刷装置转动,在磁流变刷装置转动时,由于离心力的作用,存储腔53内的磁流变抛光液4将从导流孔52甩出,甩出的磁流变抛光液4将附着在刷丝51上,由于磁流变抛光液4脱离了隔磁板57,此时将受到第一永磁铁56和第二永磁铁58的磁场作用,由液态转为类固态,对工件进行打磨,同时旋转超声系统产生超声波进一步提升打磨效果。

1.手持式磁流变刷抛光机,其特征在于:包括驱动组件和磁流变刷装置;
所述驱动组件包括外壳(24)、电机(1)、旋转超声系统和变幅杆(21),电机(1)固定在外壳(24)内部的后部,旋转超声系统固定在外壳(24)内的前部,旋转超声系统与外壳(24)转动连接,变幅杆(21)一端与旋转超声系统连接;
所述磁流变刷装置包括第一永磁铁(56)、第二永磁铁(58)、隔磁板(57)和刷丝(51),所述隔磁板(57)固定在第一永磁铁(56)和第二永磁铁(58)之间,隔磁板(57)的中心有存储腔(53),隔磁板(57)上设有至少两条使存储腔(53)与外界相通的导流孔(52),所述导流孔(52)沿垂直于变幅杆(21)的轴线设置,第一永磁铁(56)或第二永磁铁(58)与变幅杆(21)的另一端固定连接,所述刷丝(51)设置在隔磁板(57)外圆周上。
2.如权利要求1所述的手持式磁流变刷抛光机,其特征在于:所述刷丝(51)成半弧形,刷丝(51)的一端位于第一永磁铁(56)与隔磁板(57)之间,刷丝(51)的另一端位于隔磁板(57)与第二永磁铁(58)之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的手持式磁流变刷抛光机,其特征在于:第二永磁铁(58)或第一永磁铁(56)上开有与存储腔(53)相通的注液孔(54),第二永磁铁(58)或第一永磁铁(56)上还设有将注液孔(54)封堵的堵冒(55)。
4.如权利要求1所述的手持式磁流变刷抛光机,其特征在于:旋转超声系统包括内壳(23)和换能器(25),所述换能器(25)设置在内壳(23)内,内壳(23)与外壳(24)之间设有滚动轴承(22)。
5.如权利要求1所述的手持式磁流变刷抛光机,其特征在于:所述外壳(24)的尾部设有把手(6)。
