一种超声波磨头,包括固定座、固定在固定座上的电机、通过轴承设置在固定座内的传动轴、由传动轴带动的磨轮、超声波发生器,传动轴的动力输入轴通过联轴器与电机的输出轴相连,其特征在于超声波发生器固定在传动轴上,在传动轴的动力输入轴上固定有向超声波发生器供电的集电环,对应集电环周边的固定座上设置有与外部电源相连的电刷。本发明与已有技术相比,具有加工效率高、工具磨损少、磨削能耗低、不易造成工件崩裂的优点。

本发明涉及一种磨削装置。
背景技术:
现有的磨头一般由动力传动部分及磨轮构成,通过传动动力带动磨轮高速旋转,以便高速旋转的磨轮对工件进行磨削。此种技术存在加工效率低、工具磨损大、磨削能耗高、易造成工件崩裂的缺点。
发明内容:
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种加工效率高、工具磨损少、磨削能耗低、不易造成工件崩裂的超声波磨头。
本发明是这样实现的,包括固定座、固定在固定座上的电机、通过轴承设置在固定座内的传动轴、由传动轴带动的磨轮、超声波发生器,传动轴的动力输入轴通过联轴器与电机的输出轴相连,其特别之处在于轴承所在的固定座是封闭的腔体,超声波发生器固定在设置有轴承的封闭腔体内的传动轴上,在传动轴的动力输入轴上固定有向超声波发生器供电的集电环,对应集电环周边的固定座内是一封闭的腔体,对应集电环的封闭的腔体上设置有与外部电源相连的电刷。
使用时,电刷通过集电环向超声波发生器供电,使超声波发生器产生超声波,并通过传动轴传递到磨轮上,同时,电机带动磨轮高速旋转,这样,高速旋转的磨轮及查声波同时作用在磨削工件上。采用将集电环固定在传动轴的动力输入轴上并通过电刷的形式向集电环供电,这样,既能有效地向集电环持续供电,同时,与传动轴的动力输入轴直接连接的随传动轴转动的超声波发生器又能直接向传动轴的动力输入轴传递超声波,避免了已有技术的超声波发生器与传动轴不直接紧固连接而使超声波传递减弱、效果不理想的现象的出现,采用封闭的腔体,避免外界的污染物污染超声波发生器及集电环、电刷。
本发明与已有技术相比,由于磨轮磨削是在超声波作用下进行的,因此,具有加工效率高、工具磨损少、磨削能耗低、不易造成工件崩裂的优点。

如图所示,本发明包括固定座2、固定在固定座2上的电机1、通过轴承设置在固定座2内的传动轴7、由传动轴7带动的磨轮8、超声波发生器,传动轴7的动力输入轴6通过联轴器4与电机1的输出轴相连,其特别之处在于轴承所在的固定座2是封闭的腔体,超声波发生器固定在设置有轴承的封闭腔体内的传动轴7上,在传动轴7的动力输入轴6上固定有向超声波发生器供电的集电环5,对应集电环5周边的固定座2内是一封闭的腔体,对应集电环5的封闭的腔体上设置有与外部电源相连的电刷3。

1.一种超声波磨头,包括固定座、固定在固定座上的电机、通过轴承设置在固定座内的传动轴、由传动轴带动的磨轮、超声波发生器,传动轴的动力输入轴通过联轴器与电机的输出轴相连,其特征在于轴承所在的固定座是封闭的腔体,超声波发生器固定在设置有轴承的封闭腔体内的传动轴上,在传动轴的动力输入轴上固定有向超声波发生器供电的集电环,对应集电环周边的固定座内是一封闭的腔体,对应集电环的封闭的腔体上设置有与外部电源相连的电刷。
