As shown in fig. 4 to 5, the catheter mounting device 42 includes a fourth cylinder 425, a fifth cylinder 426 and a third mounting plate 420, a second operating mechanism 421 is fixed on the third mounting plate 420, the second operating mechanism 421 is arranged upwards, a fourth mounting plate 422 is slidably arranged on the second operating mechanism 421, so that the fourth mounting plate 422 can move along with the second operating mechanism 421, the fifth cylinder 426 is fixed under the third mounting plate 420, the fifth cylinder 426 is horizontally arranged, a fourth mounting plate 422 is fixed on a cylinder rod of the fifth cylinder 426, a third operating mechanism 423 is fixed on the fourth mounting plate 422, the third operating mechanism 423 is arranged upwards, a fifth mounting plate 424 is slidably arranged on the third operating mechanism 423, catheter fixing needles 429 are fixed on the fifth mounting plate 424, twelve catheter fixing needles 429 are uniformly and horizontally arranged on the fifth mounting plate 424, a flat needle point 4290 of the twelve catheter fixing needles 429 faces the catheter buffering device 43, the fifth mounting plate 424 drives the catheter fixing needles to move on the third operating mechanism 423, and the catheter fixing needles 429 can relatively move between a regulating box 428 and a catheter fixing needle 429 for penetrating into a regulating box; the fourth cylinder 425 is fixed below the fourth mounting plate 422, the fourth cylinder 425 is horizontally installed, and the fifth mounting plate 424 is fixed on the cylinder rod of the fourth cylinder 425, so that the fourth cylinder 425 can push the fifth mounting plate 424 to move on the third running mechanism 423; a second limit switch 427 is also fixedly arranged on the third mounting plate 420, the second limit switch 427 is arranged on one side of the third mounting plate 420, the two second limit switches 427 are arranged in total, and the second limit switch 427 is used for controlling the stroke of the fourth mounting plate 422; the fourth mounting plate 422 is further provided with an adjusting box placing block 428, the adjusting box placing block 428 is used for placing an adjusting box, and the adjusting box placing block 428 is fixed on the fourth mounting plate 422.

15-16, the first fixing mechanism 430 comprises four serration plates 44, the second fixing mechanism 431 comprises two serration plates 44, V-shaped grooves 440 are uniformly arranged on the serration plates 44, the opening angle of each V-shaped groove 440 is 45-70 degrees, so that a catheter is conveniently placed in each V-shaped groove 440, twelve V-shaped grooves 440 are arranged, each V-shaped groove 440 is upwards, a groove circle 441 is arranged at the bottom of each V-shaped groove 440, the radius of each groove circle 441 is the same as the radius of the outer circle of the catheter, so that the catheter cannot deviate left and right when placed on the serration plates 44, and the distance between every two adjacent V-shaped grooves 440 is the same as the distance between every two adjacent catheter fixing needles 429; the groove rounding 441 on the six serration pieces 44 are all on the same horizontal plane, and the twelve V-shaped grooves 440 on each serration piece 44 are all on the same straight line with the twelve V-shaped grooves 440 on the other serration pieces 44, so that twelve guide pipes can be kept horizontal and the twelve guide pipes can be kept parallel to each other when placed on the first fixing mechanism 430 and the second fixing mechanism 431, thereby facilitating the subsequent installation.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the groove rounding 441 and the catheter fixing needle 429 are on the same horizontal line, so that the catheter fixing needle 429 can pass through the adjusting box more smoothly with the catheter.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the material channel groove 14 of the feeding plate 10 and the adjusting box positioning groove 28 of the discharging device 13 are on the same horizontal line, so that the adjusting box can smoothly enter the discharging device 13 from the feeding plate 10.
As shown in fig. 17 to 18, a flat needle point 4290 is provided on the catheter fixing needle 429, the diameter of the flat needle point 4290 is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the catheter, so that the catheter can be temporarily fixed on the flat needle point 4290, and the front end of the flat needle point 4290 is conical, so that the catheter fixing needle 429 can smoothly perform the inside of the catheter and be fixed on the catheter fixing needle 429; the flat needle point 4290 is provided with two flat surfaces 4291, the two flat surfaces 4291 are symmetrically arranged, and the flat surfaces 4291 can enable the catheter to be easier to separate from the catheter fixing needle 429, so that the phenomenon that the catheter cannot be pulled out by the catheter fixing needle 429 is avoided.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the fifth mounting plate 424 is driven by the fourth cylinder 425 and the third operating mechanism 423 to enable the catheter fixing needle 429 on the fifth mounting plate 424 to pass through the adjusting box 29, the flat needle point 4290 temporarily fixes the catheter on the catheter fixing needle 429, then the fifth mounting plate 424 drives the catheter fixing needle 429 to reversely move on the third operating mechanism 423, so that relative displacement can be generated between the adjusting box placing block 428 and the catheter fixing needle 429, and the catheter passes through the adjusting box 29 under the driving of the catheter fixing needle 429, thus completing the assembly of the catheter and the adjusting box 29.
