Abstract

本发明涉及一种电容器用环氧树脂搅拌装置,包括聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒,聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒的上方设有电机,聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒的中央设有搅拌杆,搅拌杆的外部设置有聚四氟乙烯衬套,聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒的内部设置有多个聚四氟乙烯搅拌叶片,聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒的内壁设置有螺旋形的铁筋,聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒的顶部设置有电磁铁。所述电容器用环氧树脂搅拌装置利用螺旋形铁筋配合电磁铁以及铁质弹簧配合通电线圈,使得环氧树脂中的铁杂质被大幅度除去,该装置又未引入新的金属杂质,使得环氧树脂的绝缘性能显著提高,封装后电容器的击穿电压大幅提高,电容器的质量得到保证。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电容器用环氧树脂搅拌装置,属于电容器技术领域。
背景技术
在电容器制造技术领域,环氧树脂作为电容器的封装材料,环氧树脂将电容芯组完全包裹,使得电容芯组处于完全绝缘的环境中。而环氧树脂中含有较高比例的填料成分,而作为原材料的填料,在生产过程中需要经过长时间的研磨,通常各种研磨加工设备均为铁质设备,这样必然会产生铁杂质;另一方面环氧树脂生产过程中,在铁制反应釜中长时间搅拌同样也会产生铁杂质。由于这些细微铁杂质的存在,必然影响环氧树脂的绝缘性能,铁杂质的存在必然会使封装后电容器的击穿电压大幅降低。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种电容器用环氧树脂搅拌装置,具体技术方案如下:
一种电容器用环氧树脂搅拌装置,包括聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒,聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒的顶部设置有进料口,聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒的底部设置有排料口,聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒的上方设置有电机,聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒的中央设置有搅拌杆,电机带动搅拌杆转动,搅拌杆的外部设置有聚四氟乙烯衬套,聚四氟乙烯衬套和搅拌杆固定连接;所述聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒的内部设置有多个聚四氟乙烯搅拌叶片,聚四氟乙烯搅拌叶片的尾端和搅拌杆固定连接;所述聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒的内壁设置有螺旋形的铁筋,铁筋和聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒固定连接,所述聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒的顶部设置有电磁铁,电磁铁中的磁体和铁筋的顶部固定连接。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述排料口的下方设置有聚氯乙烯软管,聚氯乙烯软管的首端和排料口连通,聚氯乙烯软管的尾端设置有接头,所述聚氯乙烯软管的内部设置有与聚氯乙烯软管相配合的铁质弹簧,聚氯乙烯软管的外部设置有线圈,线圈的左右两侧分别设置有固定环,线圈和聚氯乙烯软管之间通过固定环固定连接。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述铁质弹簧和聚氯乙烯软管之间的配合为过盈配合。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述铁质弹簧的表面电镀一层镍层,所述铁筋的表面电镀一层镍层。
本发明所述电容器用环氧树脂搅拌装置利用螺旋形铁筋配合电磁铁以及铁质弹簧配合通电线圈,使得环氧树脂中的铁杂质被大幅度除去,该装置又未引入新的金属杂质,使得环氧树脂的绝缘性能显著提高,封装后电容器的击穿电压大幅提高,电容器的质量得到保证。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,所述电容器用环氧树脂搅拌装置,包括聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒1,聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒1的顶部设置有进料口11,聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒1的底部设置有排料口18,聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒1的上方设置有电机12,聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒1的中央设置有搅拌杆13,电机12带动搅拌杆13转动,搅拌杆13的外部设置有聚四氟乙烯衬套14,聚四氟乙烯衬套14和搅拌杆13固定连接;所述聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒1的内部设置有多个聚四氟乙烯搅拌叶片15,聚四氟乙烯搅拌叶片15的尾端和搅拌杆13固定连接;所述聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒1的内壁设置有螺旋形的铁筋16,铁筋16和聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒1固定连接,所述聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒1的顶部设置有电磁铁17,电磁铁17中的磁体和铁筋16的顶部固定连接。
环氧树脂从进料口11进入到聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒1中,开启电机12,搅拌杆13和聚四氟乙烯搅拌叶片15转动,同时,电磁铁17通电,使得铁筋16具有磁力,环氧树脂中的铁杂质在磁力的作用下被吸附到铁筋16上,铁筋16为螺旋形,一方面铁筋16不存在拐角,可避免环氧树脂在铁筋16和聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒1的结合处残留,另一方面保证铁筋16和环氧树脂之间有足够的接触面积,提高过滤效率。为进一步提高过滤效率,铁筋16的旋向与搅拌杆13的转向相反,即当铁筋16的旋向为顺时针方向旋向时,搅拌杆13的转向为逆时针,此时,搅拌过程中的环氧树脂和铁筋16之间的撞击更激烈,使得铁杂质更易被吸附。由于聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒1的材质为聚四氟乙烯,再加上聚四氟乙烯衬套14、聚四氟乙烯搅拌叶片15,在搅拌过程中未引入新的铁杂质,使得铁杂质被过滤的效率显著提高。
为进一步提高铁杂质的过滤效果,所述排料口18的下方设置有聚氯乙烯软管2,聚氯乙烯软管2的首端和排料口18连通,聚氯乙烯软管2的尾端设置有接头21,所述聚氯乙烯软管2的内部设置有与聚氯乙烯软管2相配合的铁质弹簧22,聚氯乙烯软管2的外部设置有线圈23,线圈23的左右两侧分别设置有固定环24,线圈23和聚氯乙烯软管2之间通过固定环24固定连接。经过初步过滤的环氧树脂从聚氯乙烯软管2中排到指定容器中,铁质弹簧22不但能保证聚氯乙烯软管2时刻保持畅通,而且当线圈23通电时,线圈23产生磁场,使得铁质弹簧22被磁化,铁质弹簧22还能进一步吸附环氧树脂中的铁杂质。铁质弹簧22为螺旋形结构,能进一步提高铁杂质的过滤效果。采用铁质弹簧22配合线圈23的结构,使得聚氯乙烯软管2仍然能保持足够的灵活度,便于排料,还方便后续拆卸、清洗。
所述铁质弹簧22和聚氯乙烯软管2之间的配合为过盈配合,聚氯乙烯软管2具体弹性,该结构不但方便拆卸铁质弹簧22的安装,而且还能保证铁质弹簧22和聚氯乙烯软管2之间结合牢固。
为避免铁质弹簧22和铁筋16生锈,所述铁质弹簧22的表面电镀一层镍层,所述铁筋16的表面电镀一层镍层。镀镍不但能够避免铁质弹簧22和铁筋16生锈,而且镍层也易被磁化,不影响铁质弹簧22和铁筋16被磁化后的磁力;同时,镍层结构紧密,也能够避免环氧树脂引入新的金属杂质。

1.一种电容器用环氧树脂搅拌装置,其特征在于:包括聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒(1),聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒(1)的顶部设置有进料口(11),聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒(1)的底部设置有排料口(18),聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒(1)的上方设置有电机(12),聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒(1)的中央设置有搅拌杆(13),电机(12)带动搅拌杆(13)转动,搅拌杆(13)的外部设置有聚四氟乙烯衬套(14),聚四氟乙烯衬套(14)和搅拌杆(13)固定连接;所述聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒(1)的内部设置有多个聚四氟乙烯搅拌叶片(15),聚四氟乙烯搅拌叶片(15)的尾端和搅拌杆(13)固定连接;所述聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒(1)的内壁设置有螺旋形的铁筋(16),铁筋(16)和聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒(1)固定连接,所述聚四氟乙烯搅拌筒(1)的顶部设置有电磁铁(17),电磁铁(17)中的磁体和铁筋(16)的顶部固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电容器用环氧树脂搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述排料口(18)的下方设置有聚氯乙烯软管(2),聚氯乙烯软管(2)的首端和排料口(18)连通,聚氯乙烯软管(2)的尾端设置有接头(21),所述聚氯乙烯软管(2)的内部设置有与聚氯乙烯软管(2)相配合的铁质弹簧(22),聚氯乙烯软管(2)的外部设置有线圈(23),线圈(23)的左右两侧分别设置有固定环(24),线圈(23)和聚氯乙烯软管(2)之间通过固定环(24)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电容器用环氧树脂搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述铁质弹簧(22)和聚氯乙烯软管(2)之间的配合为过盈配合。
