Abstract
本发明是一种全天然高纯度固态食用植物灰碱生产设施和方法。本发明的生产设施主要是天然物质过滤器,天然物质过滤器由上面开口的瓷质过滤容器、纱布过滤层、石英砂过滤层、棕片须过滤层、鸡毛藤过滤层、谷壳过滤层组成。本发明的生产方法采用含钾和钠成份高的鹅掌树木和竹头、竹节烧制成植物灰,在瓷质过滤容器内过滤层上放满植物灰,加满纯净冷泉水进行溶解过滤,收集过滤出的植物灰碱水,去掉底层含有结晶体的浊水,倒入铁锅用大火煮沸到呈粘稠状,再用温火翻炒,直到变成红糖态固体即可。本发明采用多重过滤方法,且过滤容器和过滤层物质都是天然的,过滤出的植物灰碱水具有全天然高纯度的效果;采用纯净冷泉水进行溶解过滤,可防止高温将过滤层物质上的杂质和有害物质溶解带入产品中;产品呈固态,运输储存方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食用植物灰碱生产设施和方法,特别是一种全天然高纯度固态食用植物灰碱生产设施和方法。
背景技术
目前,市场上公知的全天然食用植物灰碱是将含钾和钠成份高的树木烧成植物灰后,放到锅里煮沸,再经过浸泡和简单过滤后制成液态产品。用这种方法生产的食用植物灰碱虽然成分是全天然的,但由于过滤方法简单,杂质多,产品纯度较低,不易达到食品添加剂使用标准的要求;由于杂质多,植物灰碱水在锅里煮沸时,很容易起泡沫大量溢出;产品呈液态,运输储存不方便。为此,市场上需要一种能解决以上问题的全天然高纯度固态食用植物灰碱。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种全天然高纯度固态食用植物灰碱生产设施和方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明全天然高纯度固态食用植物灰碱生产设施为天然物质过滤器,天然物质过滤器由上面开口的瓷质过滤容器、纱布过滤层、石英砂过滤层、棕片须过滤层、鸡毛藤过滤层、谷壳过滤层组成,瓷质过滤容器底下侧面上设有出口管;干净的谷壳、鸡毛藤、棕片须、石英砂从下至上分层铺放在瓷质过滤容器内,纱布覆盖在石英砂上,在瓷质过滤容器内形成从上至下的纱布过滤层、石英砂过滤层、棕片须过滤层、鸡毛藤过滤层、谷壳过滤层,全部过滤层厚度占瓷质过滤容器深度的四分之一,其中石英砂过滤层厚度占全部过滤层厚度的五分之二,棕片须过滤层、鸡毛藤过滤层、谷壳过滤层各占全部过滤层厚度的五分之一。
本发明全天然高纯度固态食用植物灰碱生产方法为采用含钾和钠成份高的鹅掌树木和竹头、竹节混合烧制成植物灰;在瓷质过滤容器内过滤层上放满植物灰,加满10-30℃的纯净冷泉水进行溶解过滤,经过2-3小时后,开启瓷质过滤容器出口管,收集过滤出的植物灰碱水;再关闭瓷质过滤容器出口管,加满10-30℃的纯净冷泉水进行溶解过滤,经过2-3小时后,开启瓷质过滤容器出口管,第二次收集过滤出的植物灰碱水;然后将收集的植物灰碱水静置12-15个小时,去掉底层含有结晶体的浊水,倒入铁锅用大火煮沸到呈粘稠状,再用温火翻炒,直到变成红糖态固体即可。
本发明采用纱布过滤、石英砂接触凝聚和吸附、棕片须吸附和过滤、鸡毛藤毛细管吸收、谷壳微孔吸收等多重过滤方法,且过滤容器和过滤层物质都是天然的,过滤出的植物灰碱水具有全天然高纯度的效果;采用纯净冷泉水进行溶解过滤,可防止高温将谷壳、鸡毛藤、棕片须、石英砂等过滤层物质上的杂质和有害物质溶解带入产品中;产品呈固态,运输储存方便。经检验检疫单位检验,本发明产品符合食品添加剂使用标准要求。
本发明产品因含有天然碳酸钾,碳酸钠,是理想的食品疏松剂、肉类嫩化剂。本发明产品还能够起保鲜、防腐、防菌作用,医学用途也非常广泛。如用本发明产品制成的福州肉燕皮薄如纸,其色如玉,一煮即熟,久煮不烂,口感嫩滑清脆,味美香沁,备受消费者喜爱推崇。

根据图1所示,本发明全天然高纯度固态食用植物灰碱生产方法和设施的一种实施例为:
本发明全天然高纯度固态食用植物灰碱生产设施为天然物质过滤器,天然物质过滤器由上面开口的瓷质过滤容器1、纱布过滤层2、石英砂过滤层3、棕片须过滤层4、鸡毛藤过滤层5、谷壳过滤层6组成,瓷质过滤容器1底下侧面上设有出口管7,干净的谷壳、鸡毛藤、棕片须、石英砂从下至上分层铺放在瓷质过滤容器1内,纱布覆盖在石英砂上,在瓷质过滤容器1内形成从上至下的纱布过滤层2、石英砂过滤层3、棕片须过滤层4、鸡毛藤过滤层5、谷壳过滤层6,全部过滤层厚度占瓷质过滤容器1深度的四分之一,其中石英砂过滤层3厚度占全部过滤层厚度的五分之二,棕片须过滤层4、鸡毛藤过滤层5、谷壳过滤层6各占全部过滤层厚度的五分之一。
本发明全天然高纯度固态食用植物灰碱生产方法为采用含钾和钠成份高的鹅掌树木和竹头、竹节按重量比各50%混合烧制成植物灰;在瓷质过滤容器1内过滤层上放满植物灰,加满20℃的纯净冷泉水进行溶解过滤,经过2小时后,开启瓷质过滤容器出口管7,收集过滤出的植物灰碱水;再关闭瓷质过滤容器出口管7,加满20℃的纯净冷泉水进行溶解过滤,经过2小时后,开启瓷质过滤容器出口管7,第二次收集过滤出的植物灰碱水;然后将收集的植物灰碱水静置12个小时,去掉底层含有结晶体的浊水,倒入铁锅用大火煮沸到呈粘稠状,再用温火翻炒,直到变成红糖态固体即可。

1.一种全天然高纯度固态食用植物灰碱生产设施,其特征是天然物质过滤器由上面开口的瓷质过滤容器(1)、纱布过滤层(2)、石英砂过滤层(3)、棕片须过滤层(4)、鸡毛藤过滤层(5)、谷壳过滤层(6)组成,瓷质过滤容器(1)底下侧面上设有出口管(7);全部过滤层厚度占瓷质过滤容器(1)深度的四分之一,其中石英砂过滤层(3)厚度占全部过滤层厚度的五分之二,棕片须过滤层(4)、鸡毛藤过滤层(5)、谷壳过滤层(6)各占全部过滤层厚度的五分之一。
