Abstract

本发明公开了一种含大叶茶提取物的卫生巾及其制备方法,卫生巾的面层含有大叶茶提取物,喷涂量为每片卫生巾0.3~0.8g。本发明采用天然植物成分大叶茶提取物作为卫生巾的附加成分,由于湖南桃源县的桃源大叶与其它常见品种茶叶相比,茶多酚、儿茶素和多糖等有效成分的含量大大提高,比如茶多酚可以从7%提高到20%左右,儿茶素可以从5%提高至16%左右,因此,本发明所述大叶茶提取物中茶多酚和多糖等具有生理活性的成分含量较高,使卫生巾具有一定的杀菌、除异味等作用。另外,大叶茶提取物源自茶叶,其具有茶叶的天然清新茶香,属于消费者较为喜欢的香味类型,具有良好的市场前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工领域,具体涉及一种含大叶茶提取物的卫生巾及其制备方法。
背景技术
“桃源大叶”是卢万俊等人于1969年在湖南省桃源县太平铺乡深山中发现一棵野生大叶茶树后,对该品种进行选育、繁殖和试验示范,并于1992年通过湖南省农作物品种审定委员会审定定名。桃源大叶茶现已成为湖南省桃源县特有的地方优良茶树品种,如何进一步深入开发桃源大叶的下游产品,成为品牌保持活力的一种新思路。
女性用品卫生巾在女性月经来临时使用,随着人们消费观念的转变,卫生巾在实现基本功能的同时如何开发附加功能,成为该产品在市场中具备竞争力的重要原因。
发明内容
基于此,本发明提供一种含大叶茶提取物的卫生巾,所述大叶茶提取物来源于湖南省桃源县的大叶茶,含有较多的茶多酚和多糖等生理活性物质,使卫生巾在实现基本功能的同时能够起到清除异味和灭菌、消炎的作用。另外,本发明还同时提供了上述卫生巾的制备方法。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:
1.一种含大叶茶提取物的卫生巾,卫生巾的面层含有大叶茶提取物。
进一步,所述大叶茶提取物为“桃源大叶”的提取物,喷涂量为每片卫生巾0.3~0.8g。
进一步,所述大叶茶提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取大叶茶的新鲜茶叶进行机械破碎,纤维素酶酶解,机械压榨,过滤,获得滤液;
(2)将步骤(1)获得的滤液进行大孔树脂过柱吸附,同时收集流出液;
(3)将吸附后的大孔树脂用乙醇进行洗脱,获得洗脱液,将洗脱液去乙醇;
(4)将步骤(2)中收集的流出液用乙醇沉淀并过滤,收集滤渣;
(5)将步骤(4)获得的滤渣加入步骤(3)去乙醇后的洗脱液中溶解,浓缩,干燥,即获得大叶茶提取物。
进一步,所述步骤(1)中所述纤维素酶用量按每1g大叶茶加入0.1g酶计,酶活力为3~4.5U/g,酶解温度45℃,酶解pH值为4.8,酶解时间不少于6h。
进一步,所述步骤(2)中大孔树脂为HP-20,AB-8或X-5;步骤(1)得到的滤液稀释后采用动态吸附,流速1-4BV/h,吸附时间2~4h。
进一步,所述步骤(3)中大孔树脂用乙醇动态洗脱,洗脱量为2~3个柱体积,洗脱速率1-4BV/h,乙醇体积浓度30~45%。
进一步,步骤(4)中乙醇沉淀步骤的乙醇用量为终体积的50~75%。
2.含大叶茶提取物的卫生巾的制备方法,将大叶茶提取物灭菌后喷涂于卫生巾面层,干燥即可;大叶茶提取物制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取大叶茶的新鲜茶叶进行机械破碎,纤维素酶酶解,机械压榨,过滤,获得滤液;
(2)将步骤(1)获得的滤液进行大孔树脂过柱吸附,同时收集流出液;
(3)将吸附后的大孔树脂用乙醇进行洗脱,获得洗脱液,将洗脱液去乙醇;
(4)将步骤(2)中收集的流出液用乙醇沉淀并过滤,收集滤渣;
(5)将步骤(4)获得的滤渣加入步骤(3)去乙醇后的洗脱液中溶解,浓缩,干燥,即获得大叶茶提取物。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明采用天然植物成分大叶茶提取物作为卫生巾的附加成分,由于湖南桃源县的桃源大叶与其它常见品种茶叶相比,茶多酚、儿茶素和多糖等有效成分的含量大大提高,比如茶多酚可以从7%提高到20%左右,儿茶素可以从5%提高至16%左右,本发明所述大叶茶提取物经大孔树脂吸附以及乙醇沉淀最终获得,所含茶多酚和多糖等具有生理活性的成分含量较高,使卫生巾具有一定的抑菌、消炎、除异味等作用。另外,大叶茶提取物源自茶叶,其具有茶叶的天然清新茶香,属于消费者较为喜欢的香味类型,具有良好的市场前景。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明技术方案的实施例进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种含大叶茶提取物的卫生巾,卫生巾的面层含有“桃源大叶”的茶叶提取物,将大叶茶提取物灭菌后喷涂于卫生巾面层,喷涂量为每片卫生巾0.3g,喷涂完干燥即可。
其中,大叶茶提取物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)取桃源大叶的茶叶进行机械破碎,破碎后加入纤维素酶酶解,纤维素酶用量按每1g大叶茶加入0.1g酶,酶活力为3~4.5U/g,酶解温度45℃,酶解pH值为4.8,酶解时间不少于6h;酶解完后进行机械压榨,过滤,获得滤液;
(2)将步骤(1)获得的滤液用水10倍稀释,然后采用过量的HP-20大孔树脂过柱吸附,流速1-4BV/h,吸附时间2~4h,同时收集流出液;
(3)将吸附后的大孔树脂用体积分数30%的乙醇进行动态洗脱,洗脱量为2~3个柱体积,洗脱速率1-4BV/h,获得洗脱液后将洗脱液置于旋转蒸发器中在30~40℃条件下旋蒸去除乙醇,将蒸出的乙醇进行回收;
(4)将步骤(2)中收集的流出液用乙醇沉淀,乙醇用量以乙醇占最终溶液体积的75%计;沉淀后过滤并收集滤渣;
(5)将步骤(4)获得的滤渣溶解于步骤(3)去乙醇后的洗脱液中,浓缩,干燥,即获得大叶茶提取物。
实施例2
一种含大叶茶提取物的卫生巾,卫生巾的面层含有“桃源大叶”的茶叶提取物,将大叶茶提取物灭菌后喷涂于卫生巾面层,喷涂量为每片卫生巾0.5g,喷涂完干燥即可。
其中,大叶茶提取物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)取桃源大叶的鲜叶100g进行机械破碎,破碎后采用醋酸缓冲液将pH值调节到4.8,然后加入纤维素酶100g酶解8h,酶活力为3~4.5U/g,酶解温度45℃;酶解完后进行机械压榨,过滤,获得滤液85g;
(2)将85g滤液采用200g的AB-8大孔树脂过柱吸附,流速3BV/h,吸附时间4h,同时收集流出液;
(3)将吸附后的大孔树脂用体积分数30%的乙醇进行动态洗脱,洗脱量为2个柱体积,洗脱速率2BV/h,获得洗脱液后将洗脱液置于旋转蒸发器中在30~40℃条件下旋蒸去除乙醇,将蒸出的乙醇进行回收;
(4)将步骤(2)中收集的流出液用占溶液终体积乙醇沉淀,乙醇用量以乙醇占最终溶液体积的50%计,沉淀后过滤并收集滤渣;
(5)将步骤(4)获得的滤渣溶解于步骤(3)去乙醇后的洗脱液中,浓缩,干燥,即获得大叶茶提取物。
实施例3
一种含大叶茶提取物的卫生巾,卫生巾的面层含有“桃源大叶”的茶叶提取物,将大叶茶提取物灭菌后喷涂于卫生巾面层,喷涂量为每片卫生巾0.8g,喷涂完干燥即可。
其中,大叶茶提取物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)取桃源大叶的鲜叶50g进行机械破碎,破碎后采用醋酸缓冲液将pH值调节到5.8,然后加入纤维素酶5g酶解6h,酶活力为3~4.5U/g,酶解温度45℃;酶解完后进行机械压榨,过滤,获得滤液43g;
(2)将43g滤液采用100g的X-5大孔树脂过柱吸附,流速1BV/h,吸附时间3h,同时收集流出液;
(3)将吸附后的大孔树脂用体积分数45%的乙醇进行动态洗脱,洗脱量为3个柱体积,洗脱速率4BV/h,获得洗脱液后将洗脱液置于旋转蒸发器中在30~40℃条件下旋蒸去除乙醇,将蒸出的乙醇进行回收;
(4)将步骤(2)中收集的流出液用占溶液终体积乙醇沉淀,乙醇用量以乙醇占最终溶液体积的75%计,沉淀后过滤并收集滤渣;
(5)将步骤(4)获得的滤渣溶解于步骤(3)去乙醇后的洗脱液中,浓缩,干燥,即获得大叶茶提取物。
将大叶茶提取物进行抑菌实验,选取金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌为实验对象,用管碟法进行抑菌实验,操作步骤如下:
在无菌条件下,将复壮后的大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌分别接种于试管斜面培养基上,置于37℃培养箱内培养24小时备用。将高压灭菌的琼脂培养基15~20mL倾入灭菌培养皿内,待其凝固后,分别接种大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌,然后将已灭菌的牛津杯等间距置于琼脂表面上,每皿4个,用1mL灭菌注射器将0.1g/mL的大叶茶提取物溶液注入牛津杯内,每杯0.1mL,将平皿盖好,置于37℃恒温培养箱内培养24小时后,测其抑菌圈直径(mm),取平均值,结果见表1。

由表1可知,大叶茶提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均具有较好的抑制作用,表明大叶茶提取物具有抑菌效果。

(1)取大叶茶的新鲜茶叶进行机械破碎,纤维素酶酶解,机械压榨,过滤,获得滤液;
(2)将步骤(1)获得的滤液进行大孔树脂过柱吸附,同时收集流出液;
(3)将吸附后的大孔树脂用乙醇进行洗脱,获得洗脱液,将洗脱液去乙醇;
(4)将步骤(2)中收集的流出液用乙醇沉淀并过滤,收集滤渣;
(5)将步骤(4)获得的滤渣加入步骤(3)去乙醇后的洗脱液中溶解,浓缩,干燥,即获得大叶茶提取物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含大叶茶提取物的卫生巾,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中所述纤维素酶用量按每1g大叶茶加入0.1g酶计,酶活力为3~4.5U/g,酶解温度45℃,酶解pH值为4.8,酶解时间不少于6h。
5.根据权利要求3所述的含大叶茶提取物的卫生巾,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中大孔树脂为HP-20,AB-8或X-5;步骤(1)得到的滤液稀释后采用动态吸附,流速1-4BV/h,吸附时间2~4h。
6.根据权利要求3所述的含大叶茶提取物的卫生巾,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中大孔树脂用乙醇动态洗脱,洗脱量为2~3个柱体积,洗脱速率1-4BV/h,乙醇体积浓度30~45%。
