本发明属于纺织整理剂领域,具体涉及一种含有海泥的多功能羊毛衫整理剂。
背景技术
羊毛衫通常是指用羊毛、羊绒织制的针织衫,因其针路清晰、手感丰满富有弹性、透气吸湿、保暖性较强,延伸性、悬垂性和亲肤性好,穿着舒适,使得羊毛衫在整个服装领域中占有越来越重要的地位,向轻薄化、时尚化和潮流化方向发展,其服用性能也将会变得更加优异。但由于羊毛是天然蛋白质纤维,常被作为细菌和蠕虫的营养来源,在适宜的湿度和温度下,极容易滋生各种细菌、霉菌和蠕虫,通过各种途径传播疾病同时也受其酸性或碱性代谢物的作用而使羊毛衫发生降解、变色、变质,劣化,并挥发令人不快的臭味,给人类健康和环境带来相当的危害。且在防紫外线、除螨杀虫、抗静电、芳香、护肤保键等方面也存在明显欠缺。
近年来,有关羊毛衫的各种新型整理工艺不断脱颖而出,特别是一些功能性整理剂赋予羊毛衫抗菌消臭、防紫外线、除螨杀虫、抗静电、芳香和护肤保健等功能。但多是以单一功能为主,具有两种或两种以上功能的整理剂较少,无法满足人们对羊毛衫同时具备抗菌消臭、防紫外线、除螨杀虫、抗静电、芳香和护肤保健等功能性的要求,因此,本领域迫切需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
海泥是沿海滩涂淤积起来的粘土,属次生粘土。我国是海岸线很长的国家,在沿海滩涂淤积了难以计数的海泥,可谓取之不尽,往复补给,产量高足,没有充分利用,不但浪费资源,还污染了环境。近几年的研究结果显示,海泥具有独特的孔状结构、比表面积大、吸附能力强等特性,富含维生素A、维生素C、维生素E、氨基酸、抗菌素以及铁、镁、锌、钙、硒、锶、锗等矿质元素,同时还含有水藻类、水草和甲壳类等动植物残骸,经过多年淤积已形成对皮肤有益的活性蛋白质和多糖等有机物质,具有独特的抗氧化、抗菌、保健治疗功效[罗红宇等,“浙江秀山海泥营养物质对环境生物抗氧化性能的影响”《海洋与湖沼》2008年第1期]。还具有杀灭皮脂蠕形螨和毛囊蠕形螨两种人体蠕形螨的作用[胡烨等,“秀山海泥浸液对人体蠕形螨的杀灭作用”《中国寄生虫学与寄生虫病杂志》2011年第4期]。在民间也早有用海泥治疗脚癣和真菌感染等皮肤病的应用实例,且效果较好。用海泥洗浴最广为人知的功效是促进新陈代谢、对汗毛孔的污垢及毒素做深层清洁、吸附多余油脂及老化角质,有效清除沉积于皮肤上并阻碍营养吸收过程的脏物,对皮肤过敏性皮炎、疮疹、瘙痒症、虫咬等有一定疗效。此外,矿物质的皮下渗透还有助于缓解关节和肌肉疼痛,对治疗神经痛、类风湿、关节炎、肩周炎等疾病和健体强身、减肥美容均具有独特的辅助作用。
正是基于海泥对人体有诸多的营养、保健和药用价值,以海泥为原料的深加工受到国家的高度重视,近年来,在洗浴、医药、化妆品、保健品等领域以不同的功效起着特殊的作用。但由于海泥腥臊味重,胶体性高,渗透系数小,从而限制了其在纺织整理剂领域的应用。经过对现有文献的检索,并未发现有学者将海泥制成整理剂整理过的羊毛衫同时具备抗菌消臭、防紫外线、除螨杀虫、抗静电、芳香和护肤保健等功能的研究,也未见此方面的文献报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种含有海泥的多功能羊毛衫整理剂,使整理后的羊毛衫既具有抗菌消臭、防紫外线、除螨杀虫、抗静电、散发香气的同时释放营养保健成分,增进人体健康,又保持羊毛衫原有的柔软、蓬松、弹性、光泽、吸湿性和舒适度不变,也为海泥的资源化提供了一个具有优势的方向。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种含有海泥的多功能羊毛衫整理剂,其特征在于,它包括以下重量百分比的原料组成:海泥液6~20%,芳樟叶提取液0.5~3%,兴安升麻根提取液0.3~1.5%,榕树果胶液1.5~3%,茶皂素0.01~1.2%,柔软剂5~15%,丙二醇嵌段聚醚5~10%,十二烷基甜菜碱1.5~3%,去离子水余量,上述原料含量之和为100%;
所述海泥液采用以下方法制备:采集一定量的海泥,送入胶体磨,加水磨成海泥含量为45~55%的泥浆,再加入海泥重量0.2~1.2%的焦磷酸钠和0.5~3%的酒石酸,在恒温水浴锅中搅拌均匀,静置24h,倒出上层泥浆,离心,所得上清液中加入海泥重量0.2~1.2%的鼠李糖脂搅拌均匀,浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.05~1.10浸膏,得到海泥液;
所述芳樟叶提取液采用以下方法制备:采集新鲜芳樟叶,洗净,在50~60℃下烘烤10~30min,粉碎,向其加入鲜芳樟叶6~15倍重量的浓度为60~85wt%的乙醇,室温下浸提1~3h,过滤,得到滤液和滤渣;在滤渣中加入滤渣5~10倍重量的浓度为35~50wt%的乙醇重复以上步骤各一次,合并两次滤液,回收乙醇,真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.05~1.15的浸膏,得到芳樟叶提取液;
所述兴安升麻根提取液采用以下方法制备:采集干燥兴安升麻根,粉碎成3~5mm的碎片,向其加入碎片5~12倍重量的浓度为60~85wt%的乙醇浸泡24h,然后在60~70℃下提取50min,过滤,得到醇提取液和滤渣;再在滤渣中加入碎片3~9倍重量的水,煎煮50min,过滤,得到水提取液,合并醇提取液与水提取液,过D101大孔吸附树脂柱,先用水洗,弃去水洗液,再用浓度为25~85wt%的乙醇洗脱,收集醇洗脱液,减压浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.15~1.25的浸膏,得到兴安升麻根提取液;
所述榕树果胶液采用以下方法制备:采集新鲜榕树果皮,洗净,粉碎成80~100目的细粉,向其加入细粉3~10倍重量的水,用柠檬酸调pH至1.5~3.5,在60~80℃下搅拌1~3h,离心,所得上清液用氢氧化钠调节pH至6.5~7,并加入滤液重量3%的活性炭,在65℃下脱色30min,脱色后趁热过滤,所得滤液真空浓缩至原体积的1/3~1/5,得到榕树果胶液;
所述柔软剂是由重量百分含量2~6%的玳玳花油、0.5~2%的氨基硅油、0.3~1.5%的甲基硅油、1.5~3%的棕榈酸异丙酯和5~20%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚混合并加热至70~90℃,再加入剩余百分含量的去离子水搅拌均匀制得。
本发明采用特定成分及用量的柔软剂,有助于使亲水和/或疏水性质的原料都能充分溶解分散在溶剂中,提高本发明整理剂的综合性能。
本发明的整理剂使用方法,先将羊毛衫按公知技术去油污处理,置于微波反应器内,并加入去离子水至羊毛衫全部淹没,在温度50~60℃、功率500W下微波辐照30s,冷却,自然晾干,然后送入滚动整理机中,使羊毛衫与本发明的整理剂浴比为1∶3~10,在温度60~70℃、速度10r/min下滚动3~5min,取出,用去离子水反复洗涤3~5次,脱水,75~90℃下烘干。本发明的整理剂亦可用于家庭羊毛衫洗涤后浸泡整理。
上述原料中的芳樟叶为樟科樟属植物芳樟的叶片,香气浓郁,富含左旋芳樟醇、樟多酚、樟木脂素、樟叶黄酮、皂苷、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、维生素E、氨基酸、有机酸和挥发油等。挥发油中主要含有苎烯、异松油烯、水芹烯、左旋芳樟醇、香茅醇、丁香烯、花侧柏木烯、黄樟油素、橙花叔醇、金合欢醇等成分。现代药理研究表明,芳樟叶具有较强的抗氧化、驱杀害虫、杀菌止痒的能力以及扩张血管、抗肿瘤等功能[林翔云,“芳樟提取液在家庭卫生领域的应用”《中华卫生杀虫药械》2015年第3期]。
上述原料中的兴安升麻根为毛莨科升麻属植物兴安升麻的根茎,兴安升麻别名窟窿芽根、苦老菜根,其味甘辛苦、性凉,具有清热解毒、升举阳气、发表透疹的功能,据成分分析发现,兴安升麻根中含有升麻醇、异阿魏酸、升麻槭素B、阿魏酸、升麻醇-3-O-β-D-木糖苷、甲基阿魏酸、升麻醇-3-酮、25-O-乙酰基升麻醇、β-谷甾醇等成分。具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗血栓、抗癌症及免疫调节等作用[裴秋燕等,“兴安升麻根茎的化学成分研究”《中草药》2012年第6期]。
上述原料中的榕树果皮为桑科植物榕树果实的皮,微甘;性平,有清热解毒之功效。研究表明,榕树果皮富含蛋白质、脂肪、粗纤维、果胶、总糖、氨基酸、花青素、维生素C及钙、钾、铁、镁、磷、钠、硒、锌等微量元素。有显著的抗菌、抗氧化、抗过敏、抗癌、防辐射、提高免疫力和增进皮肤的光滑度、抑制炎症等作用[陆海南等,“榕树果营养成分研究”《安徽农业科学》2012年第8期]。
上述原料中的茶皂素,又名茶皂苷、茶皂甙等,是由茶树种子中提取出来的一类醣甙化合物,由糖体,甙元及有机酸组成,易溶于水、醇类、有机酸类等有机溶剂,是一种性能优良的天然非离子型表面活性剂。不仅具有良好的乳化、发泡、分散、渗透、润湿等活性作用,而且还具有消炎、止痛、杀菌、止痒等功效,对皮肤真菌有明显抑制作用。
上述原料中的玳玳花是芸香科植物玳玳花的花蕾,别名积壳花、酸橙花,其与枳壳、枳实有相似的药理作用,主要成分是芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯、苧烯、β-蒎烯、松油烯、罗勒烯、月桂烯、长叶烯、石竹烯、α-松油醇、香叶醇、乙酸香叶酯、橙花醇、乙酸橙花酯、β-橙花叔醇和金合欢醇,具有抗氧化、抗病毒、抑菌、杀虫、抗肿瘤等功效[梁呜等,“玳玳花精油成分的研究”《香料香精化妆品》2011年第2期]。
本申请的发明人在研究中发现,芳樟叶的外源香气较高,它与玳玳花组合使用,除了其抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗病毒、杀虫等多种药理活性协同增强之外,还具有显著的去腥增香和透皮促渗协同作用,在使用量相同的情况下,组合使用比单独使用其去腥增香和透皮促渗的能力明显增强。且与香气中间体氨基酸等成分互相有机渗透,有效提高芳樟叶与玳玳花香气含量,既可提高透皮吸收能力,使功效成分和药理活性能够很好的透过皮肤表层而被吸收,进入深层及体循环,使人体得到更多的健康利益。又能有效消除腥臊味及异臭味,从而克服了海泥腥臊味重以及羊毛衫易产生异臭味之难点。
目前,尽管国内外对海泥、芳樟叶、兴安升麻根、榕树果皮、茶皂素、玳玳花的化学成分及药理作用鲜有报道,但对海泥与芳樟叶、兴安升麻根、榕树果皮、茶皂素、玳玳花复配的生物活性和药理活性研究还非常薄弱。本发明通过对海泥与芳樟叶、兴安升麻根、榕树果皮、茶皂素、玳玳花多种途径加工手段,科学合理配伍,使多种生物活性和药理活性互相有机渗透,协同作用,不仅具有各独立组分不具备的特殊性能或功能,而且显著提高了生物利用率,发生实质性的变化,产生了同时具备抗菌消臭、防紫外线、除螨杀虫、抗静电、芳香和护肤保健等功能的一些新特性,这在已有技术中还从未被揭示过。
本发明将海泥、芳樟叶、兴安升麻根、榕树果皮、茶皂素、玳玳花等原料通过多种途径加工手段获得的整理剂,使多种生物活性和药理活性互相有机渗透,协同增效。大大提高了生物效用。经其处理过羊毛衫的防水防油性能优良,亲肤性好,不仅同时具备抗菌消臭、防紫外线、除螨杀虫、抗静电、芳香、护肤保健功能,增进人体健康。而且还具有显著的防皱、防缩性能,使羊毛衫呈现优良的光亮、柔软、平整、滑爽、丰满、增艳等风格并能够保持体系长期稳定,作用持久,效果更好。经测试:用本发明的整理剂处理羊毛衫,所制得的羊毛衫螨虫、霉虫杀灭率达99%,紫外线屏蔽率均达到93%,UPF值>38;尤其对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌等都有较强的抑制作用,抑菌率在97%以上。
本发明方法工艺简单,处理温度低,能耗少,不会引起环境污染,适于大规模生产,且海泥资源得到充分利用,为海泥的资源化提供了一个具有优势的方向,其具有可预期的较为巨大的经济和社会效益。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。但这些实施例仅限于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明中,若非特指,所有的设备、原料和助剂等均可从市场购得或是本行业常用的,所有的百分比、份均为重量单位。
以下实施例中各项性能指标,均采用以下测试方法及标准:
一、抗菌测试:按照国家标准GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》的方法进行测试,样品的抗菌性能通过抑菌率进行评价,计算公式为:
XS=(A-B)/A
式中:XS为抑菌率(%);A为被试样品振荡前平均菌落数;B为被试样品振荡后平均菌落数,如果振荡后的平均菌落数大于振荡前的平均菌落数,抑菌率按0计算。
二、防紫外线测试:按照国家标准GB/T18830-2009《纺织品防紫外线性能的评定》,使用美国Labsphere(蓝菲光学)UV-2000F纺织物防晒指数分析仪测试混纺织物的紫外线防护系数UPF及紫外线透过率T。当织物的UPF>30,T(UVA)<5%时,该织物属于防紫外线产品。
三、防螨性能测试:参照日本1993年制定的《防螨评价方法和标准》,采用增殖抑制效果判定试验,将织物样品粘贴在直径45mm,高度15mm的玻璃容器底部,调整螨虫饲料中螨虫的数量至20~80个/0.1g,取0.1g放入容器中,将容器放入经调湿处理的用于保存食品的密闭的塑料器皿内,放入25±2℃的恒温箱中,经过需要的时间后,将试样用水洗,并用盐水浮选法计算存活的螨虫数量。
增殖抑制率的计算公式为:
增殖抑制率(%)=(空白试片存活螨虫数量-防螨抗菌织物存活螨虫数量)/空白试片存活螨虫数量。
实施例一
1.制备方法及步骤:
①制备海泥液:采集一定量的浙江舟山秀山滩涂海泥,送入胶体磨,加水磨成海泥含量为45%的泥浆,再加入海泥重量0.9%的焦磷酸钠和0.7%的酒石酸,在恒温水浴锅中搅拌均匀,静置24h,倒出上层泥浆,离心,所得上清液中加入海泥重量0.5%的鼠李糖脂搅拌均匀,浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.05浸膏,得到海泥液;
②制备芳樟叶提取液:采集新鲜芳樟叶,洗净,在50℃下烘烤20min,粉碎,向其加入新鲜芳樟叶8倍重量的浓度为65wt%的乙醇,室温下浸提1h,过滤,得到滤液和滤渣,在滤渣中加入滤渣6倍重量的浓度为45wt%的乙醇重复以上步骤各一次,合并两次滤液,回收乙醇,真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.15的浸膏,得到芳樟叶提取液;
③制备兴安升麻根提取液:采集干燥兴安升麻根,粉碎成3mm的碎片,向其加入碎片10倍重量的浓度为65wt%的乙醇浸泡24h,然后在65℃下提取50min,过滤,得到醇提取液和滤渣;再在滤渣中加入碎片7倍重量的水,煎煮50min,过滤,得到水提取液,合并醇提取液与水提取液,过D101大孔吸附树脂柱,先用水洗,弃去水洗液,再用浓度为35wt%的乙醇洗脱,收集醇洗脱液,减压浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.20的浸膏,得到兴安升麻根提取液;
④制备榕树果胶液:采集新鲜榕树果皮,洗净,粉碎成90目的细粉,向其加入细粉7倍重量的水,用柠檬酸调pH至2.5,在80℃下搅拌1h,离心,所得上清液用氢氧化钠调节pH至6.5,并加入滤液重量3%的活性炭,在65℃下脱色30min,脱色后趁热过滤,所得滤液真空浓缩至原体积的1/3,得到榕树果胶液;
⑤制备柔软剂:称取玳玳花油3.5kg、氨基硅油0.9kg、甲基硅油1.1kg、棕榈酸异丙酯3kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15kg混合并加热至85℃,再加入76.5kg的去离子水搅拌均匀,得到柔软剂;
⑥制备整理剂:称取海泥液13kg、芳樟叶提取液1.8kg、兴安升麻根提取液0.9kg、茶皂素0.5kg、柔软剂10kg、丙二醇嵌段聚醚7kg、十二烷基甜菜碱1.6kg、去离子水62.7kg加入搅拌器中搅拌10min,随后加热至70℃,静置反应30min,再用滴液漏斗以1mL/min速度滴加入榕树果胶液2.5kg,滴加完毕后,升温度至100℃,回流反应30min,冷却,备用。
榕树果胶液2.5kg,
3.使用方法:
先将羊毛衫按公知技术去油污处理,置于微波反应器内,并加入去离子水至羊毛衫全部淹没,在温度50℃、功率500W下微波辐照30s,冷却,自然晾干,然后送入滚动整理机中,再加入本发明的整理剂,使羊毛衫与本发明的整理剂浴比为1∶5,在温度60℃、速度10r/min下滚动5min,取出,用去离子水反复洗涤3次,脱水,85℃下烘干。经测试:UPF值152,UVA透过率1.32%,螨虫、霉虫杀灭率达99%,金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率97.3%,大肠杆菌的抑菌率96.5%,白色念珠菌的抑菌率96.7%。
实施例二
1.制备方法及步骤:
①制备海泥液:采集一定量的山东东营渤海滩涂海泥,送入胶体磨,加水磨成海泥含量为50%的泥浆,再加入海泥重量1.2%的焦磷酸钠和0.9%的酒石酸,在恒温水浴锅中搅拌均匀,静置24h,倒出上层泥浆,离心,所得上清液中加入海泥重量0.7%的鼠李糖脂搅拌均匀,浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.10浸膏,得到海泥液;
②制备芳樟叶提取液:采集新鲜芳樟叶,洗净,在55℃下烘烤15min,粉碎,向其加入鲜芳樟叶9倍重量的浓度为75wt%的乙醇,室温下浸提2h,过滤,得到滤液和滤渣,在滤渣中加入滤渣8倍重量的浓度为35wt%的乙醇重复以上步骤各一次,合并两次滤液,回收乙醇,真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.05的浸膏,得到芳樟叶提取液;
③制备兴安升麻根提取液:采集干燥兴安升麻根,粉碎成5mm的碎片,向其加入碎片9倍重量的浓度为75wt%的乙醇浸泡24h,然后在70℃下提取30min,过滤,得到醇提取液和滤渣;再在滤渣中加入碎片6倍重量的水,煎煮50min,过滤,得到水提取液,合并醇提取液与水提取液,过D101大孔吸附树脂柱,先用水洗,弃去水洗液,再用浓度为50wt%的乙醇洗脱,收集醇洗脱液,减压浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.15的浸膏,得到兴安升麻根提取液;
④制备榕树果胶液:采集新鲜榕树果皮,洗净,粉碎成100目的细粉,加入细粉9倍重量的水,用柠檬酸调pH至1.5,在65℃下搅拌2h,离心,所得上清液用氢氧化钠调节pH至7,并加入滤液重量3%的活性炭,在65℃下脱色30min,脱色后趁热过滤,所得滤液真空浓缩至原体积的1/5,得到榕树果胶液;
⑤制备柔软剂:称取玳玳花油4.5kg、氨基硅油1.2kg、甲基硅油0.8kg、棕榈酸异丙酯2.5kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚16kg混合并加热至75℃,再加入75kg的去离子水搅拌均匀,得到柔软剂;
⑥制备整理剂:称取海泥液15kg、芳樟叶提取液2kg、兴安升麻根提取液1.2kg,茶皂素0.9kg、柔软剂12kg、丙二醇嵌段聚醚8kg、十二烷基甜菜碱2.3kg、去离子水56.8kg加入搅拌器中搅拌10min,随后加热至75℃,静置反应25min,再用滴液漏斗以1mL/min速度滴加入榕树果胶液1.8kg,滴加完毕后,升温度至100℃,回流反应30min,冷却,备用。
2.使用方法:
先将羊毛衫按公知技术去油污处理,置于微波反应器内,并加入去离子水至羊毛衫全部淹没,在温度60℃、功率500W下微波辐照30s,冷却,自然晾干,然后送入滚动整理机中,再加入本发明的整理剂,使羊毛衫与本发明的整理剂浴比为1∶6,在温度70℃、速度10r/min下滚动3min,取出,用去离子水反复洗涤4次,脱水,90℃下烘干。经测试:UPF值173,UVA透过率1.15%,螨虫、霉虫杀灭率达99%,金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率98.3%,大肠杆菌的抑菌率97.4%,白色念珠菌的抑菌率97.6%。

Claims (1)

1.一种含有海泥的多功能羊毛衫整理剂,其特征在于,它包括以下重量百分比的原料组成:海泥液6~20%,芳樟叶提取液0.5~3%,兴安升麻根提取液0.3~1.5%,榕树果胶液1.5~3%,茶皂素0.01~1.2%,柔软剂5~15%,丙二醇嵌段聚醚5~10%,十二烷基甜菜碱1.5~3%,去离子水余量,上述原料含量之和为100%;
所述海泥液采用以下方法制备:采集一定量的海泥,送入胶体磨,加水磨成海泥含量为45~55%的泥浆,再加入海泥重量0.2~1.2%的焦磷酸钠和0.5~3%的酒石酸,在恒温水浴锅中搅拌均匀,静置24h,倒出上层泥浆,离心,所得上清液中加入海泥重量0.2~1.2%的鼠李糖脂搅拌均匀,浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.05~1.10浸膏,得到海泥液;
所述芳樟叶提取液采用以下方法制备:采集新鲜芳樟叶,洗净,在50~60℃下烘烤10~30min,粉碎,向其加入鲜芳樟叶6~15倍重量的浓度为60~85wt%的乙醇,室温下浸提1~3h,过滤,得到滤液和滤渣;在滤渣中加入滤渣5~10倍重量的浓度为35~50wt%的乙醇重复以上步骤各一次,合并两次滤液,回收乙醇,真空浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.05~1.15的浸膏,得到芳樟叶提取液;
所述兴安升麻根提取液采用以下方法制备:采集干燥兴安升麻根,粉碎成3~5mm的碎片,向其加入碎片5~12倍重量的浓度为60~85wt%的乙醇浸泡24h,然后在60~70℃下提取50min,过滤,得到醇提取液和滤渣;再在滤渣中加入碎片3~9倍重量的水,煎煮50min,过滤,得到水提取液,合并醇提取液与水提取液,过D101大孔吸附树脂柱,先用水洗,弃去水洗液,再用浓度为25~85wt%的乙醇洗脱,收集醇洗脱液,减压浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.15~1.25的浸膏,得到兴安升麻根提取液;
所述榕树果胶液采用以下方法制备:采集新鲜榕树果皮,洗净,粉碎成80~100目的细粉,向其加入细粉3~10倍重量的水,用柠檬酸调pH至1.5~3.5,在60~80℃下搅拌1~3h,离心,所得上清液用氢氧化钠调节pH至6.5~7,并加入滤液重量3%的活性炭,在65℃下脱色30min,脱色后趁热过滤,所得滤液真空浓缩至原体积的1/3~1/5,得到榕树果胶液;
所述柔软剂是由重量百分含量2~6%的玳玳花油、0.5~2%的氨基硅油、0.3~1.5%的甲基硅油、1.5~3%的棕榈酸异丙酯和5~20%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚混合并加热至70~90℃,再加入剩余百分含量的去离子水搅拌均匀制得。
