阴寒之邪，如寒、湿、浊等，可阻滞气机，凝涩血脉，而成血瘀，即《素问·举痛论》所言“寒气入经而稽迟，泣而不行”。阳热之邪，如风、热、毒等，则或扰动肾络，血溢脉外，而见尿血，而“离经之血为瘀血”；或耗灼阴津，营阴黏滞而成瘀。《叶香岩外感温热篇》即言“入血就恐耗血动血，直须凉血散血”，“血不自行，随气而行，气滞于中，因血停积，凝而不散”（《不居集》）。各种原因所致气滞、气虚、阳虚，气不统血，血失温运，均可致血失流畅，脉络瘀阻，而成血瘀之证。且慢性肾脏病病程缠绵，久病入络，瘀血内结；瘀血阻滞，肾之封藏失职，精微下泄，则见蛋白尿；肾络不和，血溢脉外，渗于膀胱，则见尿血；瘀血内停，肾之主水功能失职，津液输布、转输失常，血病及水而致水肿；瘀血久滞，肾司二便功能失常，开合失司，浊毒内生而变生诸证。瘀血既是各种病因交织的病理产物，也是引起慢性肾脏病发生、进展的关键病理因素。
近年来慢性肾脏病(CKD)患病率日益增高，常易合并心血管病而导致病死率、致残率高，形势严峻。在整个慢性肾脏病的过程中始终存在着血瘀的病理变化，反之瘀血的产生将进一步损伤肾脏，使其迁延难愈，因而活血化瘀法应贯穿其治疗的始终。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种治疗慢性肾脏病血瘀证的中药组合物，本中药组合物具有活血化瘀、益气通络，改善微循环，同时具有调节代谢，增强机体免疫能力和抑制炎症反应之功效，治疗慢性肾脏病血瘀证疗效好，见效快。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种治疗慢性肾脏病血瘀证的中药组合物，其特征在于，由下列原料药组成，各组分的重量份为：黄芪28-32、川芎9-11、当归9-11、丹参14-16、地龙9-11、全蝎1-3、泽兰9-11、六月雪9-11、茯苓9-11、山药9-11、仙灵脾9-11、陈皮14-16、山楂14-16。
所述的治疗慢性肾脏病血瘀证的中药组合物，其特征在于，由下列原料药组成，各组分的重量份为：黄芪30、川芎10、当归10、丹参15、地龙10、全蝎2、泽兰10、六月雪10、茯苓10、山药10、仙灵脾10、陈皮15、山楂15。
所述的治疗慢性肾脏病血瘀证的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）按配方比例称取各组分原料；
（2）用黄酒将地龙浸泡6-7天，地龙和黄酒的重量比为1:2-3，然后将地龙和黄酒一起研磨成浆，得地龙浆；
(3) 将全蝎焙干，喷红酒，然后进行超微粉碎，得到全蝎超细粉，备用；
（4）将配方中的其余原料药干燥混合粉碎，然后过60目筛，向粗粉中加入粗粉质量4-6%的蜂蜜、1%的大麦芽粉、1%的红豆粉、150%的纯净水，配制培养基，并于121 ℃灭菌20 min，冷却后，按1％接种量接种嗜酸乳杆菌、按3%接种量接种酵母，在温度为35-36 ℃的条件下，发酵24-36h，发酵结束后，在50-55℃条件下干燥，得到发酵混合粉；
（5）向步骤（4）得到发酵混合粉中加8-10倍量的乙醇回流提取2-3次，每次3-4h，合并滤液，得到发酵提取液，减压回收乙醇至无醇味得发酵提取浸膏；
（6）乙醇回流提取后的药渣加8-10倍量的水煎煮2-3次，每次1-1.5h ,合
并水煎液，浓缩至50-60℃相对密度为1.1-1.2的浸膏；
（7）将步骤（2）的地龙浆、步骤（5）发酵提取浸膏、步骤（6）水提浸膏及步骤（3）的获得的超细粉，混合均匀，按要求进行真空包装。
用量：一日三次， 每次3-4g，温开水送服，15天为一疗程。
有益效果

具体实施方式
一种治疗慢性肾脏病血瘀证的中药组合物，由下列原料药组成，各组分的重量（g）为：
黄芪30、川芎10、当归10、丹参15、地龙10、全蝎2、泽兰10、六月雪10、茯苓10、山药10、仙灵脾10、陈皮15、山楂15。
制备方法：
（1）按配方比例称取各组分原料；
（2）用黄酒将地龙浸泡6-7天，地龙和黄酒的重量比为1:2-3，然后将地龙和黄酒一起研磨成浆，得地龙浆；
(3) 将全蝎焙干，喷红酒，然后进行超微粉碎，得到全蝎超细粉，备用；

典型病例
1、 李道美，女65岁。2015年11月6日初诊，因“现双下肢水肿3天蛋白尿1天”入诊，入院查尿蛋白：3+ 。24h尿蛋白定量2.75g/d，血生化：低蛋白血症，高脂血症诊断为肾病综合症。予以常规治疗的基础上，在同时服用本发明的中药组合物，一日三次， 每次3-4g，温开水送服，1周后，患者水肿明显消退，小便量增多，之前轻度胸闷症状亦减弱，复查尿蛋白：+24小时尿蛋白定量0.8g。后复诊半年期间，未出现水肿，纳差，胸闷，尿蛋白“- ~ + ”。
2、束某，男，58岁，2013年11月18日初诊，因“反复腰痛乏力3年，伴恶心1周”就诊当地医院初诊“慢性肾小球炎；经相关治疗病情时有反复， 症状再发，故来我院刻下症：腰酸腰痛，肢冷，面色少年，食欲减弱，恶心纳差，夜尿频多，舌质淡黯有齿印，苔白糙，脉细涩，查BP：160/%mmhg.尿蛋白+，潜血+++，199BUN：7.9mmoL/L,肾小球滤过率48ml/min。血RT：Hb：100g/L。 西医诊断为：慢性肾脏病3期，肾性高血压，肾性贫血。中医诊断：溺毒，证属脾肾两虚夹瘀，治以健脾温肾阳，化瘀利水，服用本发明的中药组合物，一日三次， 每次3-4g，温开水送服，其余予以降压纠正贫血等常规治疗。随后患者门诊随访多次，均以上方基础随证加减，连服60天。复诊：尿蛋白-，潜血+ ，BUN：6.6mmoL/L。Scr：10g nmoL/L。随访2年期间，血肌酐一直波动在正常范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗慢性肾脏病血瘀证的中药组合物，其特征在于，由下列原料药组成，各组分的重量份为：黄芪28-32、川芎9-11、当归9-11、丹参14-16、地龙9-11、全蝎1-3、泽兰9-11、六月雪9-11、茯苓9-11、山药9-11、仙灵脾9-11、陈皮14-16、山楂14-16。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗慢性肾脏病血瘀证的中药组合物，其特征在于，由下列原料药组成，各组分的重量份为：黄芪30、川芎10、当归10、丹参15、地龙10、全蝎2、泽兰10、六月雪10、茯苓10、山药10、仙灵脾10、陈皮15、山楂15。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗慢性肾脏病血瘀证的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）按配方比例称取各组分原料；
（2）用黄酒将地龙浸泡6-7天，地龙和黄酒的重量比为1:2-3，然后将地龙和黄酒一起研磨成浆，得地龙浆；
(3) 将全蝎焙干，喷红酒，然后进行超微粉碎，得到全蝎超细粉，备用；
（4）将配方中的其余原料药干燥混合粉碎，然后过60目筛，向粗粉中加入粗粉质量4-6%的蜂蜜、1%的大麦芽粉、1%的红豆粉、150%的纯净水，配制培养基，并于121 ℃灭菌20 min，冷却后，按1％接种量接种嗜酸乳杆菌、按3%接种量接种酵母，在温度为35-36 ℃的条件下，发酵24-36h，发酵结束后，在50-55℃条件下干燥，得到发酵混合粉；
（5）向步骤（4）得到发酵混合粉中加8-10倍量的乙醇回流提取2-3次，每次3-4h，合并滤液，得到发酵提取液，减压回收乙醇至无醇味得发酵提取浸膏；
（6）乙醇回流提取后的药渣加8-10倍量的水煎煮2-3次，每次1-1.5h ,合
并水煎液，浓缩至50-60℃相对密度为1.1-1.2的浸膏；
（7）将步骤（2）的地龙浆、步骤（5）发酵提取浸膏、步骤（6）水提浸膏及步骤（3）的获得的超细粉，混合均匀，按要求进行真空包装。
