“药食同源”是《黄帝内经》的思想,有些药食两用的东西,药物和食物的界限不用清楚划分,以食为药,以药为食。人们在享受美食的过程中,不知不觉祛除病痛,避免了打针、吃药甚至手术之苦。
所以,开发一种符合“药食同源”思想的红皮花生麻糖能迎合大众对美食和药补的需要。现有技术中尚未见有红皮花生麻糖的相关报道。

本发明提供一种红皮花生麻糖,其是以红皮花生、藤茶、芝麻为主要原料,还添加含有多种具有补血养气作用的中药成分的中药粉,具有很好的补血养气作用,营养丰富,全天然原生态,对人体无毒副作用,食用方便,能长期食用,具有广阔的市场前景。

一种红皮花生麻糖,由以下重量份的原料制成:红皮花生20-80份、藤茶0.5-3份、中药粉10-30份、芝麻1-5份和白砂糖0.5-3份。

(3)将红皮花生置于打浆机中,加入藤茶提取液,打浆,即得到藤茶红皮花生浆;
(4)再将中药粉混合均匀,将其浸泡于自来水中,加热至80-85℃,加入步骤(3)得到的藤茶红皮花生浆,继续加热2h,待冷却后,过滤,得到藤茶红皮花生浆中药混合液;
(5)将白砂糖加入步骤(4)得到藤茶红皮花生浆中药混合液中,加热,文火慢慢熬,待糖汁能拉出细丝时,加入步骤(1)炒熟的芝麻,搅拌均匀后盛出来放入准备好的容器中按压平,压紧;定型后趁热切开,即得到红皮花生麻糖。

(4)再将中药粉混合均匀,将其浸泡于自来水中,加热至80-85℃,加入步骤(3)得到的藤茶红皮花生浆,继续加热2h,待冷却后,过滤,得到藤茶红皮花生浆中药混合液;所述的自来水的加入量为中药粉质量的1倍;
(5)将白砂糖加入步骤(4)得到藤茶红皮花生浆中药混合液中,加热,文火慢慢熬,待糖汁能拉出细丝时,加入步骤(1)炒熟的芝麻,搅拌均匀后盛出来放入准备好的容器中按压平,压紧;定型后趁热切开,即得到红皮花生麻糖。
实施例2:
一种红皮花生麻糖,由以下重量份的原料制成:红皮花生80份、藤茶3份、中药粉30份、芝麻5份和白砂糖3份;所述的中药粉的制备方法为:按重量份称取巴戟天30份、黄芪20份、猪苓20份、远志25份、枳壳30份、胡索35份、党参20份、夜交藤15份、山楂50份、牛膝20份和杜仲15份,混合粉碎,加入5倍清水,大火烧开后转文火熬煮1h后,过滤,滤液经喷雾干燥,过80目筛,即得中药粉。
所述的红皮花生麻糖的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将芝麻炒熟,盛出晾凉,备用;
(2)先将藤茶中加入自来水,先煮沸,然后再文火加热2-3h,过滤弃去滤渣,得到藤茶提取液;所述的自来水的加入量为藤茶质量的5倍;
(3)将红皮花生置于打浆机中,加入藤茶提取液,打浆,即得到藤茶红皮花生浆;
(4)再将中药粉混合均匀,将其浸泡于自来水中,加热至80-85℃,加入步骤(3)得到的藤茶红皮花生浆,继续加热2h,待冷却后,过滤,得到藤茶红皮花生浆中药混合液;所述的自来水的加入量为中药粉质量的2倍;

实施例3:
一种红皮花生麻糖,由以下重量份的原料制成:红皮花生40份、藤茶2份、中药粉20份、芝麻3份和白砂糖2份;所述的中药粉的制备方法为:按重量份称取巴戟天10份、黄芪15份、猪苓15份、远志20份、枳壳20份、胡索25份、党参15份、夜交藤10份、山楂30份、牛膝15份和杜仲10份,混合粉碎,加入4.5倍清水,大火烧开后转文火熬煮1h后,过滤,滤液经喷雾干燥,过80目筛,即得中药粉。
所述的红皮花生麻糖的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

实施例4:临床效果
本发明以营养性贫血为例,选取确诊的300例临床病例,在确诊的观察对象中,无其他严重疾病,男性150人,平均年龄58岁;女性150人,平均年龄46岁,平均分为3组,分别服用实施例1-3所述方法制备的红皮花生麻糖。
诊断营养性贫血的标准为:
脸色萎黄,面无血色,口唇发白;头晕眼花,腰膝酸软;倦怠乏力,失眠多梦,精神不集中;易疲劳,易感冒,免疫力下降;时伴有心慌、心悸、气短。血红蛋白偏低:即Hb≤110g/L(男性),Hb≤100g/L(女性)。
疗效判定:
(1)显效:症状明显改善,血红蛋白恢复正常,即Hb>120g/L(男性),Hb>100g/L(女性)。脸色好转,面部逐渐开始透有红润;睡眠质量改善,睡眠时间延长;体质增强,抵抗力增强;头晕乏力、心慌气短等症状明显减轻或消失。
(2)有效:各症状有所缓解,Hb上升但仍未达标准值,面色、睡眠、体力、免疫力等有一定程度的改善。
(3)无效:症状无改善。
试验时,停服其他药物和保健品,服用本发明具体实施例1-3所述的方法制备的产品,每天早上、晚上各服用1次,每次100克,连续服用2个月。
表1本发明的红皮花生麻糖治疗营养性贫血的临床效果
从表1可以看出,3组患者在分别服用本发明的红皮花生麻糖2个月后,3组患者的有效率均在90%以上。

1.一种红皮花生麻糖,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:红皮花生20-80份、藤茶0.5-3份、中药粉10-30份、芝麻1-5份和白砂糖0.5-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的红皮花生麻糖,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:红皮花生20-80份、藤茶0.5-3份、中药粉10-30份、芝麻1-5份和白砂糖1-2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的红皮花生麻糖,其特征在于,所述的中药粉的制备方法为:按重量份称取巴戟天5-30份、黄芪10-20份、猪苓5-20份、远志10-25份、枳壳10-30份、胡索10-35份、党参5-20份、夜交藤5-15份、山楂20-50份、牛膝5-20份和杜仲5-15份,混合粉碎,加入4-5倍清水,大火烧开后转文火熬煮1h后,过滤,滤液经喷雾干燥,过80目筛,即得中药粉。
4.一种根据权利要求1或2所述的红皮花生麻糖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将芝麻炒熟,盛出晾凉,备用;
(2)先将藤茶中加入自来水,先煮沸,然后再文火加热2-3h,过滤弃去滤渣,得到藤茶提取液;
(3)将红皮花生置于打浆机中,加入藤茶提取液,打浆,即得到藤茶红皮花生浆;

(5)将白砂糖加入步骤(4)得到藤茶红皮花生浆中药混合液中,加热,文火慢慢熬,待糖汁能拉出细丝时,加入步骤(1)炒熟的芝麻,搅拌均匀后盛出来放入准备好的容器中按压平,压紧;定型后趁热切开,即得到红皮花生麻糖。
5.根据权利要求4所述的红皮花生麻糖的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的自来水的加入量为藤茶质量的3-5倍。
6.根据权利要求4所述的红皮花生麻糖的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述的自来水的加入量为中药粉质量的1-2倍。
