Abstract
本发明公开了一种玉米种子的抗旱处理方法,包括以下步骤:将玉米种子与其重量2‑4%的聚丙烯酸钠混合,加入到混合料重量47‑50倍的去离子水中,在30‑40℃下保温搅拌10‑15分钟,加入上述体系重量2‑3%的海藻酸钙、1‑2%的焦磷酸钠,搅拌至常温,出料,将种子水洗2‑3次,常温干燥,与其重量3‑4%的抗旱处理剂混合进行拌种,即可;本发明将种子与抗旱处理剂混合拌种,加入的聚丙烯酰胺可以有效的提高玉米种子的保水性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及种子处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种玉米种子的抗旱处理方法。
背景技术
由于当前种传病害的多样性和复杂性,种子处理不是单单某一种方法就可以解决的。它可能需要两种,甚至多种方法的联合使用,才能最终保证种子处理的效果更好、更持久。种子处理从以前简单的保护种子,到今天的广谱的防治病虫为害,同时又要保证种子的高活力和营养需求,增加种子的抗逆能力,确保处理后种子拥有更高的品质,这些都需要更多的技术创新和方法改进。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种玉米种子的抗旱处理方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种玉米种子的抗旱处理方法,包括以下步骤:
将玉米种子与其重量2-4%的聚丙烯酸钠混合,加入到混合料重量47-50倍的去离子水中,在30-40℃下保温搅拌10-15分钟,加入上述体系重量2-3%的海藻酸钙、1-2%的焦磷酸钠,搅拌至常温,出料,将种子水洗2-3次,常温干燥,与其重量3-4%的抗旱处理剂混合进行拌种,即可;
所述的抗旱处理剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
腐植酸1-2、过磷酸钙0.4-1、硼酸2-3、甲基纤维素3-4、烟叶渣10-15、高岭土粉14-20、剑麻纤维2-3、三乙醇胺0.1-0.2、聚丙烯酰胺0.4-1、锯末5-7、抗坏血酸钙0.7-1、4-6%的双氧水10-14;
所述的抗旱处理剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述锯末磨成细粉,加入到其重量36-40倍的去离子水中,加入腐植酸,升高温度为37-40℃,密封保温1-2小时,滴加上述4-6%的双氧水,滴加完毕后加入上述甲基纤维素,搅拌均匀,得纤维分散液;
(2)将上述剑麻纤维、高岭土粉混合,加入到混合料重量20-27倍的去离子水中,打磨成浆,加入上述三乙醇胺,在65-70℃下保温搅拌10-15分钟,加入上述抗坏血酸钙,搅拌至常温,得醇胺分散液;
(3)将上述烟叶渣、硼酸混合,在50-60℃下保温搅拌10-14分钟,加入到混合料重量24-30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为70-75℃,加入上述聚丙烯酰胺,保温搅拌20-30分钟,得酰胺分散液;
(4)将上述纤维分散液、醇胺分散液、酰胺分散液混合,搅拌均匀,加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀,喷雾干燥,即得所述抗旱助剂。
本发明的优点是:
本发明将种子与抗旱处理剂混合拌种,该处理剂利用醇胺分散液、酰胺分散液将各有益原料分散到纤维与高岭土层间,不仅具有良好的保水性,还有一定的缓释功效,种子在土壤中种植后,由于本发明的处理剂的高岭土层间具有一定的粘接性,还可以对重金属起到一定的吸附效果,从而降低玉米的污染,提高成品的品质。
具体实施方式
一种玉米种子的抗旱处理方法,包括以下步骤:
将玉米种子与其重量2%的聚丙烯酸钠混合,加入到混合料重量47倍的去离子水中,在30℃下保温搅拌10分钟,加入上述体系重量2%的海藻酸钙、1%的焦磷酸钠,搅拌至常温,出料,将种子水洗2次,常温干燥,与其重量3%的抗旱处理剂混合进行拌种,即可;
所述的抗旱处理剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
腐植酸1、过磷酸钙0.4、硼酸2、甲基纤维素3、烟叶渣10、高岭土粉14、剑麻纤维2、三乙醇胺0.1、聚丙烯酰胺0.4、锯末5、抗坏血酸钙0.7、4%的双氧水10;
所述的抗旱处理剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述锯末磨成细粉,加入到其重量36倍的去离子水中,加入腐植酸,升高温度为37℃,密封保温1小时,滴加上述4%的双氧水,滴加完毕后加入上述甲基纤维素,搅拌均匀,得纤维分散液;
(2)将上述剑麻纤维、高岭土粉混合,加入到混合料重量20倍的去离子水中,打磨成浆,加入上述三乙醇胺,在65℃下保温搅拌10分钟,加入上述抗坏血酸钙,搅拌至常温,得醇胺分散液;
(3)将上述烟叶渣、硼酸混合,在50℃下保温搅拌10分钟,加入到混合料重量24倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为70℃,加入上述聚丙烯酰胺,保温搅拌20分钟,得酰胺分散液;
(4)将上述纤维分散液、醇胺分散液、酰胺分散液混合,搅拌均匀,加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀,喷雾干燥,即得所述抗旱助剂。

1.一种玉米种子的抗旱处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将玉米种子与其重量2-4%的聚丙烯酸钠混合,加入到混合料重量47-50倍的去离子水中,在30-40℃下保温搅拌10-15分钟,加入上述体系重量2-3%的海藻酸钙、1-2%的焦磷酸钠,搅拌至常温,出料,将种子水洗2-3次,常温干燥,与其重量3-4%的抗旱处理剂混合进行拌种,即可;
所述的抗旱处理剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
