Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及诸如瓶子的容器的制造,所述容器是通过吹塑成型或者拉伸吹塑成型从由塑料(主要热塑性塑料,例如PET)材料制成的预成型件(preform)生产的。更具体地而不是排他地,本发明涉及热填充容器的工艺,即,利用可热灌注的产品(一般为液体)填充容器的工艺,术语“热”意味着产品的温度高于其中制造容器的材料的玻璃态转变温度。一般地,以包含在大约85℃和大约100℃之间的温度(一般在90℃)的产品进行PET容器(其玻璃态转变温度为大约80℃)的热填充。
背景技术
美国专利申请号No.2008/0047964(Denner等人,转让给CO2PAC)公开了一种包括位于容器的底部中的压力板的容器。根据Denner,所述压力板可在向外倾斜位置和向内倾斜位置之间运动以补偿容器内部压力的变化。为了减轻容器内部的全部或者一部分真空力,在容器已经被盖好并且冷却之后,通过机械式推动器使压力板移离该向外倾斜位置,以便迫使压力板进入向内倾斜位置。
在所述容器上进行的试验示出了,一旦被内翻到向内倾斜位置,压力板不会保持其位置而是倾向于在内容物的压力下往回沉。最后,在内容物已经冷却之后,容器已经损失了很多刚性并且因此当被握在手里时感觉柔软。当堆叠或者用托板装载容器时,对于下方的容器存在因上方容器的重量而弯曲的风险,并且由此对于整个托板存在坍塌的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种具有更高稳定性的容器。
本发明的另一目的是提出一种设置有能保持内翻位置的可内翻式膜片(invertible diaphragm)的容器。
因此,提供了一种由塑料材料制成的容器,其设置有包括形成支撑凸缘的支座环形部(standing ring)和从所述支座环形部延伸至中心部分的膜片的基座,所述膜片能够保持在向外倾斜位置中,
其中膜片在外部接合部处连接至支座环形部,所述外部接合部形成膜片相对于支座环形部的外部关节式联接部;
其中膜片在内部接合部处连接至中心部分,所述内部接合部形成膜片相对于中心部分的内部关节式联接部;
由此所述膜片可相对于所述支座环形部内翻至向内倾斜位置;
并且,其中所述中心部分至少在邻近于所述内部接合部的环状区段中具有大于所述膜片的厚度。
邻近内部接合部的更大厚度的区段在内翻位置提供了刚性,其防止膜片往回下沉。由此,容器内部的压力被保持为高位值以给容器提供高刚性。
根据各个实施例,单独地或者组合地采取:
-整个中心部分具有大于所述膜片的厚度;
-所述中心部分具有邻近于所述内部接合部的更大厚度的环状区段和比所述环状区段更薄并且从其内部边缘向上突出的中心凹部;
-所述膜片具有厚度T1,并且所述中心部分至少在邻近于所述内部接合部的环状区段中具有厚度T2,以使得:T2≥1.5·T1
-所述中心部分至少在邻近于所述内部接合部的环状区段中的厚度T2使得:T2≥2·T1
-所述支座环形部是设有截头圆锥形内壁的高的支座环形部,其顶端形成了外部接合部或者外部关节式联接部,由此在向外倾斜位置,所述中心部分保持在支座环形部上方。

图1示出了适用于填充有热产品(诸如,茶、果汁或者运动饮料)的容器1。
容器1包括上部开口的圆筒形带螺纹的上部部分或者颈部2,所述上部部分或者颈部在其下端处终止于在更大直径的支撑颈圈状部3。在颈圈状部3下方,容器1包括肩部4,所述肩部通过长度较短的圆筒形上端部分连接至颈圈状部3。
在所述肩部4下方,所述容器1具有壁部分5,所述壁部分是围绕容器主轴线X的基本上圆筒形的。如图1和图2中所描绘的,壁部分5包括能抵抗应力的环形增强肋条6,否则所述应力倾向于使壁部分5变成当在水平剖面中观察时的椭圆形(所述变形是标准的并且被称为成椭圆化)。
在所述壁部分5的下端处,所述容器1具有基座7,所述基座封闭所述容器1并且允许所述容器1被放置在诸如桌子的平坦表面上。
所述容器基座7包括支座环形部8、中心部分10和从所述支座环形部8延伸至所述中心部分10的膜片11,所述支座环形部形成了在基本上垂直于主轴线X的平面中延伸的支撑凸缘9。
所述膜片11在外部接合部12处连接至所述支座环形部8并且在内部接合部13处连接至所述中心部分10。所述外部接合部12和内部接合部13两者都优选是弯曲的(或者倒圆的)。
所述容器1是由包括无变化的颈部2、圆筒形的壁14A和倒圆的底部14B的预成型件14(图1中的点线)吹塑模制成型的。
所述容器1以膜片11保持在向外倾斜位置的方式吹塑模制成,其中在所述向外倾斜位置中,所述内部接合部13位于所述外部接合部12下方(所述容器1通常以颈部向上地保持)。所述膜片11具有厚度T1。
所述外部接合部12形成了所述膜片11关于所述支座环形部8的外部关节式联接部并且所述内部接合部13形成了所述膜片11关于所述中心部分10的内部关节式联接部,由此所述膜片11可相对于所述支座环形部8从向外倾斜位置内翻至向内倾斜位置,其中在所述向内倾斜位置,所述内部接合部13位于所述外部接合部12上方(以图2、图3和图4上的点线示出)。
在附图上所描绘的优选实施例中,所述支座环形部8是高的支座环形部,即,所述支座环形部设有截头圆锥形内壁15,所述内壁顶端形成了所述外部接合部12(并且因此形成了与所述膜片11的外部关节式联接部),由此在所述膜片11的向外倾斜位置,所述中心部分10保持在所述支座环形部8上方。
所述容器1在吹塑模具16中吹塑模制而成,所述模具设置有由至少两个部分或者壳体17A、17B制成的侧壁和具有上表面19的模具基座18,所述上表面形成了包括支撑凸缘9、内壁15、膜片11和中心部分10的容器基座7的相反芯座(counter print)。所述侧壁17A、17B与所述模具基座18一起形成了具有容器1的形状的模制空腔20。
所述模具基座18可在收回位置(图5)和升起位置(图6)之间相对于侧壁17A、17B运动,在所述收回位置,上表面19在待被模制的容器基座7下方延伸,在所述升起位置,上表面19封闭所述空腔并在待被吹塑模制的容器基座7的准确放置处延伸。
这在吹塑模制期间提供了容器基座7的材料的过度拉伸(相对于壁部分5的材料),由此预成型件14的材料首先被拉伸超过处于模具基座18的收回位置的容器基座7的最终位置,并且然后模具基座18被移动至其升起位置以便向上推动被拉伸材料以形成容器基座7的最终形状。被如此拉伸的材料具有增大的结晶度,且尽管其厚度薄也具有很好的机械特性。
然而,在目前的情况下,至少在邻近于内部接合部13(即,邻近于与膜片11的内部关节式联接部)的环状区段21(其中所述中心部分10具有厚度T2)中防止所述中心部分10被过拉伸。
这通过预成型件14的特定加热来实现,其在壁14A和底部14B的周边部分(对应于支座环形部8和膜片11)中被以比底部14B的中心(对应于中心部分10)更高的温度来加热。
所述选择性加热可借助于配备有精确冲击加热源的加热单元来实现。
因此,在中心部分10中,至少环状区段21在吹塑模制期间和在模具基座18的升起运动期间仍然是非定形的并且具有大于膜片11的厚度T1的厚度T2。在优选实施例中,厚度T2使得T2≥1.5·T1,并且甚至优选T2≥2·T1。
在图1和图2中所描绘的一个实施例中,整个中心部分10具有大于膜片11的厚度。在图3和图4中所描绘的替代实施例中,仅环状区段21具有更大的厚度,而位于所述环状区段21内部的中心区段22比所述环状区段21薄。在图3的实施例中,中心区段22是扁平的。在图4的实施例中,所述中心区段22形成了从所述环状区段21的内部边缘向上突出的中心凹部。
在容器1已经被填充有产品并且盖住之后,所述膜片11的内翻可机械地实现(例如,利用安装在千斤顶上的推动器)以便补偿由产品的冷却所产生的真空或者增大其内部压力,并且给壁部分5提供刚性。
整个中心部分10的环状区段21(在图1和图2的实施例中)在膜片11的内翻位置(在图2、图3和图4的点线处)提供了拱顶变硬和锁定功能,其防止在容器1的内容物的压力下往回下沉并转到其初始位置(即,向外倾斜位置)。

其中所述膜片(11)在内部接合部(13)处连接至所述中心部分(10),所述内部接合部形成所述膜片(11)相对于所述中心部分(10)的内部关节式联接部;
由此所述膜片(11)能相对于所述支座环形部(8)内翻至向内倾斜位置;
由此所述中心部分(10)具有大于所述膜片(11)的厚度,其特征在于,所述中心部分(10)具有邻近于所述内部接合部(13)的更大厚度的环状区段(21),所述中心部分(10)具有中心凹部(22),所述中心凹部比所述环状区段(21)薄并且从所述环状区段(21)的内部边缘向上突出。
