Abstract

有绕组定子铁芯槽盖纸压平工具包括压平头、手柄,压平头的齿顶圆直径Φ1等于定子铁芯内圆直径Φ加1.5mm,压平头的齿根圆直径Φ2等于定子铁芯内圆直径Φ减1mm,压平头的齿数等于定子槽数,齿宽B等于定子槽口宽B1减0.2~0.3mm,齿面均为圆弧过度,压平头的中心加工有M16的螺纹,压平头端部加工有5×30°倒角,具有导向保护作用,手柄一端滚花处理,另一端加工有一段M16的螺纹,压平头与手柄通过M16的螺纹装配在一起,在不破坏槽盖纸绝缘的前提下,对定子铁芯中所有的槽盖纸能一次性完成压平工作,提高了生产效率,保证了产品质量。

有绕组定子铁芯槽盖纸压平工具
技术领域
本发明涉及中小型三相异步电动机有绕组定子铁芯的制造领域,特别适用于槽盖纸装配到有绕组定子铁芯的过程。
背景技术
电动机的有绕组定子铁芯(图6)一般包括定子铁芯和绕组,绕组手工嵌入定子铁芯中,定子铁芯的槽口用槽盖纸封住(图7),槽盖纸应不凸出定子铁芯内圆表面。有绕组定子铁心端部经过整形达到图纸要求。在端部整形过程中,铁芯中的槽盖纸由于受力经常会凸出定子铁芯内圆表面。后续工作需要对突出的槽盖纸进行压平,以达到图纸要求。原来,操作者一般使用压纸板(图8)进行压平工作,每个槽都需要进行压平工作,操作繁琐、效率低下,而且压纸板经常对槽盖纸造成破坏,对产品质量造成影响。
发明内容
有绕组定子铁芯槽盖纸压平工具(图1),包括压平头、手柄,其特征是:压平头的齿根圆直径Φ2(图2)等于定子铁芯内圆直径Φ(图6)减1mm,齿顶圆直径Φ1(图2)等于定子铁芯内径Φ(图2)加1.5mm,压平头的齿数等于定子槽数,压平头的齿宽B(图2)等于定子槽口宽B1(图7)减0.2~0.3mm,齿面均为圆弧过度,中心加工有M16的螺纹,压平头端部加工有5×30°倒角(图3),具有导向保护作用;手柄(图4)一端滚花处理,另一端加工有一段M16的螺纹;压平头与手柄通过M16的螺纹装配在一起。
本发明的有益效果是:
在保证槽盖纸绝缘的前提下,对定子铁芯中所有的槽盖纸能一次性完成压平工作,提高了生产效率,保证了产品质量。

具体实施方式
1.按图2压平头主视图和图3压平头左视图,加工本发明的压平头;按图4加工本发明的手柄;按图1本发明装配示意图,将压平头和手柄装配到位。
2.如图5本发明使用示意图所示,将压平头有倒角一端朝向有绕组定子铁芯(图6),压平头的齿与有绕组定子铁芯的槽口对齐,借助手柄(图4)将压平头(图2)从有绕组定子铁芯(图6)的一端推到另一端,槽盖纸3(图7)在压平头(图2)的压力作用下,一次性完成了定子铁芯1(图7)所有的槽盖纸3(图7)的压平工作,达到了槽盖纸3(图7)包裹绕组2(图7)的绝缘作用。

1.有绕组定子铁芯槽盖纸压平工具包括压平头、手柄,其特征是:压平头的齿根圆直径Φ2等于定子铁芯内圆Φ减1mm,齿顶圆直径Φ1等于定子铁芯内径Φ加1.5mm,压平头的齿数等于定子槽数,齿宽B等于定子槽口宽B1减0.2~0.3mm,齿面均为圆弧过度,压平头中心加工有M16的螺纹,压平头端部加工有5×30°倒角,具有导向保护作用,手柄一端滚花处理,另一端加工有一段M16的螺纹,压平头与手柄通过M16的螺纹装配在一起。
