本发明是一种人造刨花板它是以现有生产刨花
板的原料为基料，以一定比例的稻壳作辅料，经混合
搅拌，拌胶、铺装、热压成型、冷却、锯边等工序即可获
得本刨花板。它的各项性能指标仍达到或超过国家
木质刨花板标准。
Description
本发明涉及一种人造刨花板，特别是含有稻壳原料的刨花板。
1990年中国林业科学研究院出版的《木材工业》第四卷第三期第四十页载有联邦德国比松公司研究中心的恩斯特·伯林克曼所著的《以一年生植物作为生产刨花板的原料》一文，文中结论：即使稻壳原料免费供应，免费运输到生产刨花板的工厂门口，也很难保证经济合理的生产。
本发明的任务是用人们视为废物的稻壳为原料生产刨花板。
本发明的任务是以如下方式完成的：以现有生产刨花板的原料为基料、以一定比例的稻壳作辅料、参考现有人造刨花板的生产工艺，生产含有稻壳的刨花板。
此种刨花板由于使用了价格低廉的稻壳原料，其制造成本明显降低，而各项性能指标仍达到或超过国家木质刨花板标准。
以下对本发明最佳实施方案进行描述。
将竹制品厂的竹粉、竹绒、节材等下脚料竹纤维首先加工成通常制刨花板原料的合适长度，若是竹粉、可省去这道工序，然后经运输机送入干燥机干燥到合适的含水量，再进行风选并与干燥好了的稻壳按一定比例混合搅拌，最后经拌胶、铺装、热压成型、冷却、锯边工序，即可获得本发明刨花板。上述竹纤维当然能用竹材制成，但刨花板成本会提高。

1、一种人造刨花板，其特征是内含有稻壳。
2、按权利要求1所述的人造刨花板，其特征是基料是竹纤维。
