Abstract
一种有竹纤维的人造刨花板是一种人造纤维板，它的生产工艺和成本基本与木质纤维板和芦苇纤维板相同，所不同的是在生产过程中加入有竹质纤维或竹粉纤维。这种人造刨花板静曲强度和抗拉强度达到甚至超过天然木质板，完全可取代天然木材板，甚至可以代替胶木板和塑料板。
Description
本发明涉及一种人造刨花板，特别是有竹纤维的人造刨花板。
由东北林学院主编、中国林业出版社出版、全国高等林业院校试用教材、1988年5月第三次印刷的《刨花板制造学》的书中介绍了以木材为主要原料生产刨花板的工艺和技术;在专利申请号为90106117.4专利申请文件中介绍了以芦苇为原料生产人造刨花板的工艺和技术。这两种人造刨花板都是理想的代木板材，但由于静曲强度、抗拉强度的物理性能仅能接近天然木材的型材，这就限制了这两种刨花板的应用范围。为提高人造刨花板的物理性能，近两年有人试制高静曲强度、高抗拉强度的纯竹质刨花板，由于纯竹制刨花板受原材料来源的限制，特别是它的弹性小、易变形、加工困难，给生产厂和用户带来了一些不便，现仍停留在实验阶段。
本发明的任务在于提高现有人造刨花板的质量，使其静曲强度和抗拉强度达到甚至超过天然木质型材、而其他制造工艺和使用性能与现有人造刨花板基本相同。
本发明的任务是以如下方式完成的：参照木质和芦苇人造刨花板的生产工艺，根据用户对刨花板物理性能的需要，在木质刨花或芦苇刨花原材料中适当加入竹质纤维或竹粉纤维。
这种有竹纤维的刨花板的物理和使用性能达到甚至优于天然木质型材，完全可取代天然木材、甚至还可代替胶木板或塑料板。
以下对本发明进一步详细叙述。
生产这种竹纤维人造刨花板，其竹纤维最好选用竹制品加工厂的竹粉、竹绒、节材等下脚料，可充分利用竹制品厂的废料，节省竹纤维切断、刨片、打磨几道工序或减少这几道工序的工时。加入勿需切断、刨片、打磨的竹纤维，既省时，又省工。这样不仅降低了人造刨花板的制造成本，而且明显地提高了产品质量。
