本发明涉及一种环保地板板材，包括板材本体，所述板材本体包括由上至下依次层叠的耐磨层、竹纤维层和基板，所述基板为松树板，所述板材本体四周设置为圆弧结构，所述耐磨层为含有氢氧化铝超细粉末和石墨烯粉末的三聚氰胺浸渍纸。相对现有技术，本发明的含有氢氧化铝超细粉末和石墨烯粉末的三聚氰胺浸渍纸能提升强度和耐磨性，竹纤维层环保，松树板制成的基板，强度大。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保地板板材。
背景技术
造成装修污染有两大因素，一是没有使用环保板材或绿色材料，二是施工程序没有做到位。目前，污染源主要来自于人造板材(经销商称环保板材)、油漆、胶合剂以及家具。
现有技术中的环保板材的甲醛含量标准要相差好几倍。而在施工中，若板材不作任何处理不仅不是环保板材，若直接做成橱柜、书架，甲醛挥发量会相当厉害，强度低。所以有必要对这些问题进行解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环保地板板材，所要解决的技术问题是：甲醛挥发量会相当厉害，强度低。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：一种环保地板板材，包括板材本体，所述板材本体包括由上至下依次层叠的耐磨层、竹纤维层和基板，所述基板为松树板，所述板材本体四周设置为圆弧结构，所述耐磨层为含有氢氧化铝超细粉末和石墨烯粉末的三聚氰胺浸渍纸。
进一步，所述耐磨层、竹纤维层和基板之间通过粘贴剂固定连接。
本发明的有益效果是：含有氢氧化铝超细粉末和石墨烯粉末的三聚氰胺浸渍纸能提升强度和耐磨性，竹纤维层环保，松树板制成的基板，强度大。

如图1所示，一种环保地板板材，包括板材本体，所述板材本体包括由上至下依次层叠的耐磨层1、竹纤维层2和基板3，所述基板3为松树板，所述板材本体四周设置为圆弧结构，所述耐磨层1为含有氢氧化铝超细粉末和石墨烯粉末的三聚氰胺浸渍纸。
上述实施例中，所述耐磨层1、竹纤维层2和基板3之间通过粘贴剂固定连接。
本发明的含有氢氧化铝超细粉末和石墨烯粉末的三聚氰胺浸渍纸能提升强度和耐磨性，竹纤维层环保，松树板制成的基板3，强度大。

1.一种环保地板板材，其特征在于：包括板材本体，所述板材本体包括由上至下依次层叠的耐磨层、竹纤维层和基板，所述基板为松树板，所述板材本体四周设置为圆弧结构，所述耐磨层为含有氢氧化铝超细粉末和石墨烯粉末的三聚氰胺浸渍纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种环保地板板材，其特征在于：所述耐磨层、竹纤维层和基板之间通过粘贴剂固定连接。
