本发明涉及一种装饰板，主要由耐磨层、装饰层、基材层和平衡层组成，所述基材层的下表面附着平衡层，所述装饰层位于所述基材层之上，所述耐磨层覆盖在最上层；所述装饰层的下表面与基材层之间通过粘胶层粘合。本发明的优点在于省去了将装饰层浸渍树脂或胶水的步骤，在装饰层与基材层之间直接用胶膜纸粘合，节省材料，方便工艺，并可以按要求制作成各种尺寸的装饰板。装饰层采用写真纸、喷绘纸或者印刷纸，可以满足人们个性仳装饰的需求。本发明结构简单，成本经济，可广泛应用于家庭或公共场合的装饰板材中。

一种装饰板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰板，特别是一种用于地板、家具板和移门板的装饰板，属于装饰材料技术领域。
背景技术
目前，市面上常用的一种装饰板材存在着许多缺陷，该板由表面层、装饰层、基础层和平衡层构成并且经高温压制成板材，其中，装饰层采用木纹纸或天然实木。然而，木纹纸需要经密胺树脂或是胶水浸渍，工艺繁复，不利于表层的处理，并且木纹纸无法形成时尚的装饰效果；而利用天然实木作为装饰层，消耗木材，浪费严重。因此，有必要对其做进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有装饰板工艺繁复，只能大面积制作的缺点，提出一种工艺方便、结果简单、可以形成理想装饰效果的新型装饰板。
为了达到以上目的，本发明的装饰板主要由耐磨层、装饰层、基材层和平衡层组成；所述基材层的下表面附着平衡层，所述装饰层位于所述基材层之上，所述耐磨层覆盖在最上层，所述装饰层的下表面与基材层之间通过粘胶层粘合。所述喷绘层的上表面与耐磨层之间通过粘胶层粘合。
本发明的典型结构中，所述耐磨层为三聚氢胺、三氧化二铝等，所述粘合层为胶膑纸或者类似胶纸的材料，所述喷绘层可以由写真、喷绘或者印刷等各种方式形成，所述装饰层为写真纸、喷绘纸、印刷纸，所述基材层为高密度板、中密度板、刨花板等，所述平衡层为起平衡作用的一层纸，如牛皮纸。
本发明的优点在于省去了将装饰层浸渍树脂或胶水的步骤，在装饰层与基材层之间直接用胶膜纸粘合，节省材料，方便工艺，并可以按要求制作成各种尺寸的装饰板。装饰层采用写真纸、喷绘纸及印刷纸，例如人像、图案或风景画作为装饰层，可以满足人们个性化装饰的需求。本发明结构简单，成本经济，可广泛应用于家庭或公共场合的装饰板材中。

以下通过实施例，对本发明进行更为详细的说明，但只要在本发明的要旨范围内，并不仅限于以下实施例。
本实施例的结构如图1所示，本发明的装饰板主要由耐磨层1、装饰层3、基材层5和平衡层6组成；所述基材层5的下表面附着平衡层6，所述装饰层3位于所述基材层5之上，所述耐磨层1覆盖在最上层；所述装饰层3的上表面与耐磨层1之间夹有喷绘层2，所述装饰层3的下表面与基材层5之间通过粘胶层4粘合。其中，所述装饰层为写真纸、喷绘纸及印刷纸，例如人像、图案或风景画等，满足人们个性化装饰的需要。所述粘合层为胶膜纸，一种起到粘贴作用的纸，可以裉据装饰板的大小裁剪成各种尺寸。
实施例二
本实施例的结构如图2所示，其基本结构与实施例一相同，不同之处在于喷绘层2的与耐磨层之间夹有粘胶层7。
上述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例之一，并非以此限制本发明的保护范围，故：凡依本发明的形状、结构、原理所作的等效变化，均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种装饰板，主要由耐磨层1、装饰层3、基材层5和平衡层6组成，所述基材层5的下表面附着平衡层6，所述装饰层3位于所述基材层5之上，所述耐磨层1覆盖在最上层；其特征在于：所述装饰层3的上表面与耐磨层1之间夹有喷绘层2，所述装饰层3的下表面与基材层5之间通过粘胶层4粘合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰板，其特征在于：所述装饰层3由写真纸、喷绘纸或者印刷纸构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰板，其特征在于：所述粘胶层4由胶膜纸构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰板，其特征在于：所述喷绘层2与耐磨层1之间夹有粘胶层4。
