技术领域
本发明涉及烧结设备,尤其涉及一种多板全密封辊道炉。
背景技术
近年来多板全密封辊道炉技术发展迅速,其主要结构包括炉体,炉体内部由耐温材料堆砌构成炉膛,炉膛从前到后分为升温区、高温区、自然冷却区以及水冷区,炉体侧面设计有密封加热盒以及密封传动盒,保证设备加热以及传动过程中无氧气泄露进入,炉体两侧的进气管道分别引保护性气体进入密封加热盒、密封传动盒以及炉膛内部,保证有足够的保护性气体进入各个部件,传动机构带动辊棒匀速转动以传送匣钵由炉头进入炉尾出来。
为了保证炉腔内温度均匀性,炉腔不宜设置的过高,使得匣钵高度受到限制,从而影响单位长度内设备产能,现有的多板全密封辊道炉一般以双板和四板一排传送为主,进一步提高产能通常的做法是增加推板的数量,例如六块推板,推板增加之后,用于传送推板的辊棒其直径需要相应增加以提高承载能力,现有的安装结构无法实现大直径辊棒的均匀布置,若加大辊棒间距又无法满足单位时间内4根辊棒同时承载推板的要求。
此外,现有的多板全密封辊道炉其炉壳由多块板材以及型材焊接而成,焊缝过多难以保证密封性能,个别砂眼或细缝造成炉体内部气氛达不到设计要求,气氛氧含量只能下降到100ppm以下;现有的密封加热盒外焊接带有螺纹孔的固定座,固定座和压板通过螺栓连接,利用压板压紧密封加热盒与压板之间的密封垫保证密封,该结构占用空间较大,不得不减少密封盒的体积来满足密封加热盒在炉壳上的布置,使得密封盒内的电气安装空间紧凑,不方便安装人员操作且铝编带安全距离难以保证;现有多板全密封辊道炉其炉膛水冷区设置有内胆,内胆与炉壳之间采用圆管连接,辊棒同心穿过圆管,辊棒调整空间不足,由于加工过程中管件及辊棒均存在细微变形以及加工误差等,导致个别辊棒与圆管不同心,甚至与圆管内壁产生摩擦,甚者出现断棒现象,若推板数量增加、辊棒直径增大,现有结构更无法满足要求;个别传动轴与辊棒对中安装误差较大,传动轴与辊棒之间的万向节工作在高温环境下,润滑油胶黏后容易导致万向节无法复位,导致设备无法持续运行。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、辊棒同时满足承载能力要求和间距要求的多板全密封辊道炉。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种多板全密封辊道炉,包括传送机构,所述传送机构包括安装板、多根辊棒、多个支撑滚轮及多组辊棒驱动组件,多个支撑滚轮均匀布置于所述安装板上,相邻两个支撑滚轮之间布置一根所述辊棒,各组辊棒驱动组件与各根辊棒一一对应连接,相邻两根辊棒之间的间距为d,则70mm≤d≤100mm。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述辊棒驱动组件包括套筒、万向节、复位弹簧和传动轴,所述辊棒、套筒、万向节和传动轴依次连接,所述复位弹簧套设于所述万向节上。
所述万向节与所述套筒之间以及万向节与所述传动轴之间分别穿设有开口销,所述复位弹簧位于两个开口销之间。

与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明公开的多板全密封辊道炉其传送机构采用相邻两个支撑滚轮之间布置一根辊棒的结构,既保证辊棒运动稳定,又简化了辊棒的支撑结构,大大减少了支撑滚轮的数量,当推板数量增加,可增加辊棒的直径以提高承载能力,此时仍可保证辊棒之间的间距,满足单位时间内四根辊棒同时承载推板的要求。

如图1至图10所示,本实施例的多板全密封辊道炉,本实施例的多板全密封辊道炉包括传送机构9,传送机构9包括安装板91、多根辊棒92、多个支撑滚轮93及多组辊棒驱动组件94,多个支撑滚轮93均匀布置于安装板91上,相邻两个支撑滚轮93之间布置一根辊棒92,各组辊棒驱动组件94与各根辊棒92一一对应连接,采用相邻两个支撑滚轮93之间布置一根辊棒92的结构,既保证辊棒92运动稳定,又简化了辊棒92的支撑结构,大大减少了支撑滚轮93的数量,当推板数量增加,可增大辊棒92的直径以提高承载能力,此时仍可保证辊棒92之间的间距,满足单位时间内四根辊棒92同时承载推板的要求,本实施例中,同排传送的推板数量为六块,在其他实施例中也才采用四块或两块;辊棒92之间的间距d=80mm,在其他实施例中可在70mm-100mm之间调整,其中支撑滚轮93为常用的陶瓷材质耐高温耐磨轴承。
本实施例中,辊棒驱动组件94包括套筒941、万向节942、复位弹簧943和传动轴944,辊棒92、套筒941、万向节942和传动轴944依次连接,复位弹簧943套设于万向节942上。传送时,传动轴944经万向节942、套筒941带动辊棒92转动,当万向节942在高温环境下,润滑油胶黏后卡死导致无法复位时,利用复位弹簧943的抗弯作用力带动万向节942复位,保证万向节942工作可靠。
本实施例中,万向节942与套筒941之间以及万向节942与传动轴944之间分别穿设有开口销945,复位弹簧943位于两个开口销945之间,实现复位弹簧943的定位。
本实施例的多板全密封辊道炉包括炉体1、密封传动盒2及位于密封传动盒2上下两侧的密封加热盒3,炉体1包括底座11、底板12、上侧板13及下侧板14,底板12焊接于底座11上,下侧板14与底座11焊接,上侧密封加热盒3的侧板由上侧板13折弯而成,下侧密封加热盒3的侧板由下侧板14折弯而成,密封传动盒2的侧板由上侧板13和下侧板14共同折弯而成,密封加热盒3端部焊接有密封端板15,密封加热盒3和密封传动盒2的侧板由上侧板13和/或下侧板14折弯而成,密封加热盒3焊接密封端板15后实现完整密封,简化了结构,降低了制造难度,大大减少了焊缝数量及焊接变形,减少了泄漏风险,保证了密封性能,试验表明炉内气氛氧含量可降至30ppm以下。
本实施例中,各节炉体1上的密封传动盒2是连通的,无密封端板15,相邻两节炉体1之间利用L形法兰端板6连接实现密封,便于安装板91前后调节,仅首尾两节炉体1的端部焊接密封端板15。
密封加热盒3的侧板上开设有定位孔,定位孔内穿设螺纹连接件5,密封加热盒3的侧板与螺纹连接件5焊接且焊缝位于密封加热盒3内,取消带螺纹孔的固定座,利用定位孔定位,通过定位孔内的螺纹连接件5与螺母配合将压板及密封垫压紧,减少了密封加热盒3所需的安装空间,从而可增加密封加热盒3的体积,保证密封加热盒3内部有足够的操作空间,并且从内侧施焊保证密封加热盒3外表面的平整,有利于外表面与密封垫紧密贴合,保证密封性。本实施例中,螺纹连接件5为螺钉,在其他实施例中也可采用螺杆等。
本实施例中,上侧板13下侧和下侧板14上侧分别折弯至密封传动盒2上表面,有利于减少焊接变形,也便于焊接操作,上侧板13和下侧板14之间焊接有连接板16以形成密封传动盒2的密封窗口21。
上侧板13的上侧和下侧板14的下侧分别焊接L形法兰端板6,利用L形法兰端板6取代现有的大型厚板,简化了结构,减少生产成本,也进一步降低了制造难度,本实施例中,L形法兰端板6采用角钢型材。
本实施例中,密封传动盒2内侧及上侧密封加热盒3内侧分别焊接有第一加强定位板71,第一加强定位板71为平板,下侧密封加热盒3内侧设有第二加强定位板72,第二加强定位板72为L形板,L形板两边分别设有直角折边721,直角折边721与下侧板14焊接,设置第一加强定位板71和第二加强定位板72提高了结构强度,同时也可对加热原件和传动原件完成定位。
多板全密封辊道炉包括水冷区,水冷区内设有水冷组件8,水冷组件8包括内胆81、上外侧板82、下外侧板83、上开孔隔板84和下开孔隔板85,上外侧板82下侧折弯并与内胆81上侧焊接构成上水冷腔86,上开孔隔板84焊接于上外侧板82和内胆81之间;下外侧板83上侧折弯并与内胆81下侧焊接构成下水冷腔87,下开孔隔板85焊接于下外侧板83与内胆81之间,上水冷腔86和下水冷腔87之间构成隔离带88,密封传动盒2与隔离带88连通,上水冷腔86配设有上进水管861和上出水管862,下水冷腔87配设有下进水管871和下出水管872,将水冷区分割为上水冷腔86和下水冷腔87,上水冷腔86和下水冷腔87之间形成隔离带88,可为辊棒92预留足够的调整空间,避免辊棒92与上外侧板82、下外侧板83发生干涉。本实施例中,内胆81采用不锈钢材质;上进水管861、上出水管862、下进水管871和下出水管872均设置为两根。
本实施例中,下水冷腔87内还设有水位隔罩89,水位隔罩89和下出水管872分设于下外侧板83两侧,下开孔隔板85焊接于水位隔罩89与内胆81之间,保证下进水管871内的冷却水液面提高到隔离带88下端面才排出,保证炉腔内高温部分有冷却水浸没,避免受热变形。

5.根据权利要求3所述的多板全密封辊道炉,其特征在于:所述上侧板(13)下侧和所述下侧板(14)上侧分别折弯至所述密封传动盒(2)上表面,所述上侧板(13)和所述下侧板(14)之间焊接有连接板(16)以形成所述密封传动盒(2)的密封窗口(21)。
6.根据权利要求3所述的多板全密封辊道炉,其特征在于:所述上侧板(13)的上侧和下侧板(14)的下侧分别焊接L形法兰端板(6)。
7.根据权利要求3所述的多板全密封辊道炉,其特征在于:所述密封传动盒(2)内侧及上侧密封加热盒(3)内侧分别焊接有第一加强定位板(71),所述第一加强定位板(71)为平板,下侧密封加热盒(3)内侧设有第二加强定位板(72),所述第二加强定位板(72)为L形板,L形板两边分别设有直角折边(721),所述直角折边(721)与所述下侧板(14)焊接。
8.根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的多板全密封辊道炉,其特征在于:包括水冷区,水冷区内设有水冷组件(8),所述水冷组件(8)包括内胆(81)、上外侧板(82)、下外侧板(83)、上开孔隔板(84)和下开孔隔板(85),所述上外侧板(82)下侧折弯并与所述内胆(81)上侧焊接构成上水冷腔(86),所述上开孔隔板(84)焊接于上外侧板(82)和内胆(81)之间;所述下外侧板(83)上侧折弯并与所述内胆(81)下侧焊接构成下水冷腔(87),所述下开孔隔板(85)焊接于所述下外侧板(83)与所述内胆(81)之间,所述上水冷腔(86)和所述下水冷腔(87)之间构成隔离带(88),所述密封传动盒(2)与所述隔离带(88)连通,所述上水冷腔(86)配设有上进水管(861)和上出水管(862),所述下水冷腔(87)配设有下进水管(871)和下出水管(872)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的多板全密封辊道炉,其特征在于:所述下水冷腔(87)内还设有水位隔罩(89),所述水位隔罩(89)和所述下出水管(872)分设于所述下外侧板(83)两侧,所述下开孔隔板(85)焊接于所述水位隔罩(89)与所述内胆(81)之间。
