Abstract

一种用于微/超滤膜组件浇注的耐温型环氧胶,属于环氧胶粘剂技术领域。该环氧胶是由树脂组分和固化剂组分组成,其制备工艺是将基础环氧树脂、改性环氧树脂和消泡剂按比例进行混合搅拌均匀制成树脂组分;将芳香胺固化剂和含苯基类缩水甘油醚按比例在60~80℃进行预反应30~60min,与聚醚胺固化剂按比例混合搅拌均匀,降至室温制成固化剂组分。将树脂组分和固化剂组分按照重量比100:70~85进行混合搅拌,静置脱泡后在室温下固化即可。本发明制得的环氧胶具有室温固化、混合粘度适中、反应放热平缓、粘接强度高和可耐受高温等特点,适用于高温分离领域应用的微/超滤膜组件的浇注。

Description

一种用于微/超滤膜组件浇注的耐温型环氧胶
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于微/超滤膜组件浇注的耐温型环氧胶,适用于环氧胶粘剂技术领域。
背景技术
微/超滤膜净水是一种环保节能兼备的新技术,处理效率高、效果好、能耗低,广泛应用于饮用水处理、海水淡化、污水回用、工业废水处理等领域。
微/超滤膜组件是微/超滤膜应用的核心部件,通常采用聚氨酯胶或者环氧树脂胶进行浇注封端。常规微/超滤膜组件浇注采用的环氧树脂胶因技术条件限制,一般只能在45℃以内的温度环境下使用,而目前高温凝结水分离、油田回注水、热水杀菌等领域常要求膜组件在60~90℃的环境下应用,因此,微/超滤膜组件的应用受到很大限制。
关于在高温条件下应用的微/超滤膜组件研究较少,中国专利文献(CN102471099A)报道了用于含油废水处理的分离膜组件、含油废水处理方法以及含油废水处理装置,涉及采用耐温不低于100℃的热固性树脂进行膜组件浇注处理,但无热固性树脂的具体信息。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于微/超滤膜组件浇注的耐温型环氧胶,以解决现有微/超滤膜组件浇注过程中固化放热高、残余应力大所带来的浇注端面开裂,以及应用于高温凝结水、油田回注水、热水杀菌等高温分离领域的耐温局限性。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种用于微/超滤膜组件浇注的耐温型环氧胶,该耐温型环氧胶包括树脂组分和固化剂组分,树脂组分和固化剂组分按照重量比100:70~85混合配制;
树脂组分包括基础环氧树脂、改性环氧树脂和聚醚改性有机硅烷类共聚物消泡剂,上述原料按照重量比40~70:30~60:0.3~0.5的比例混合搅拌均匀,脱泡制得;
固化剂组分先将芳香族类固化剂的缩合物与含苯基类缩水甘油醚按照重量比1:1.5~2.5在60~80℃,预反应30~60min,制成改性芳香固化剂,再与聚醚胺固化剂按照重量比1:1.4~2进行混合均匀,脱泡制得。
上述技术方案中,所述的基础环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂E-51或E-44中的一种或一种以上;所述的改性环氧树脂包括AG-80或TDE-85中的一种或一种以上。
上述技术方案中,所述的芳香族类固化剂包括间苯二胺、间苯二甲胺和间苯二甲胺中的一种或一种以上;所述的含苯基类缩水甘油醚包括苯基缩水甘油醚、邻苯甲基缩水甘油醚和苄基缩水甘油醚中的一种或一种以上;所述的聚醚胺固化剂包括D-230、D-400或T-403中的一种或一种以上。
本发明具有的有益效果是:通过固化剂的预反应,降低固化反应热,反应放热小,不易爆聚;制备工艺简单,可室温固化,达到粘接强度高,耐受温度不低于90℃的良好效果。
具体实施方式
本发明提供的一种用于微/超滤膜组件浇注的耐温型环氧胶,该环氧胶由树脂组分和固化剂组分组成,树脂组分由基础环氧树脂、改性环氧树脂和消泡剂按照重量比40~70:30~60:0.3~0.5的比例组成;固化剂组分由改性芳香胺固化剂和聚醚胺固化剂按照重量比1:1.4~2的比例组成。使用时,树脂组分和固化剂组分按照重量比100:70~85混合配制。
其中:所述树脂组分的基础环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂E-51和E-44的至少1种,改性环氧树脂为AG-80和TDE-85的至少1种,消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅烷类共聚物。
所述固化剂组分的改性芳香胺固化剂为芳香族类固化剂与含苯基类缩水甘油醚按照重量比1:1.5~2.5在60~80℃,反应30~60min而制得;聚醚胺固化剂为D-230、D-400或T-403的至少1种。其中,芳香族类固化剂采用为间苯二胺、间苯二甲胺和间苯二甲胺的缩合物至少1种;含苯基类缩水甘油醚采用为苯基缩水甘油醚、邻苯甲基缩水甘油醚或苄基缩水甘油醚的1种。
本发明提供的一种用于微/超滤膜组件浇注的耐温型环氧胶,在应用于微/超滤膜组件浇注时,将待浇注的微/超滤膜组件与配套成型模具准备妥当,将本发明环氧胶树脂组分和固化剂组分混合均匀,静置脱泡,浇注于成型模具内,待室温放置固化5~7天后,即可获得外观和粘接良好的微/超滤膜组件。
下面结合具体实例对本发明的技术方案进一步详细说明:
实施例1
将重量比为40份的基础环氧树脂E-51、60份的改性环氧树脂TDE-85和0.3份的消泡剂混合搅拌均匀,脱泡,作为树脂组分;将10份间苯二甲胺缩合物与15份苄基缩水甘油醚在60℃,反应60min,然后加入50份T403混合搅拌均匀,脱泡,降至室温,作为固化剂组分。使用时,将树脂组分和固化剂组分按照100:75混合搅拌均匀后,静置脱泡5min,即可获得环氧胶液。混合粘度1780mpa.s;适用期≥3h;100g固化放热峰56℃;ABS-ABS基材搭接剪切强度6.17Mpa;DSC法测试Tg 97.1℃。
实施例2
将重量比为55份的基础环氧树脂E-51、45份的改性环氧树脂AG-80和0.5份的消泡剂混合搅拌均匀,脱泡,作为树脂组分;将10份间苯二胺与25份苄基缩水甘油醚在80℃,反应30min,然后加入20份D230和30份D400混合搅拌均匀,脱泡,降至室温,作为固化剂组分。使用时,将树脂组分和固化剂组分按照100:85混合搅拌均匀后,静置脱泡5min,即可获得环氧胶液。混合粘度1830mpa.s;适用期≥3h;100g固化放热峰49℃;ABS-ABS基材搭接剪切强度5.89Mpa;DSC法测试Tg 91.8℃。
实施例3
将重量比为70份的基础环氧树脂E-51、30份的改性环氧树脂AG-80和0.4份的消泡剂混合搅拌均匀,脱泡,作为树脂组分;将10份间苯二甲胺与18份苯基缩水甘油醚在70℃,反应45min,然后加入32份T403和10份D230混合搅拌均匀,脱泡,降至室温,作为固化剂组分。使用时,将树脂组分和固化剂组分按照100:70混合搅拌均匀后,静置脱泡5min,即可获得环氧胶液。混合粘度1940mpa.s;适用期≥3h;100g固化放热峰53℃;ABS-ABS基材搭接剪切强度6.05Mpa;DSC法测试Tg 95.2℃。
对比实施例1
将重量比为40份的基础环氧树脂E-51、60份的改性环氧树脂TDE-85和0.3份的消泡剂混合搅拌均匀,脱泡,作为树脂组分;55份T403作为固化剂组分。使用时,将树脂组分和固化剂组分按照100:55混合搅拌均匀后,静置脱泡5min,即可获得环氧胶液。混合粘度1390mpa.s;适用期≥5h;100g固化放热峰43℃;ABS-ABS基材搭接剪切强度5.09Mpa;DSC法测试Tg 73.7℃。
对比实施例2
将重量比为40份的基础环氧树脂E-51、60份的改性环氧树脂TDE-85和0.3份的消泡剂混合搅拌均匀,脱泡,作为树脂组分;40份间苯二甲胺作为固化剂组分。使用时,将树脂组分和固化剂组分按照100:40混合搅拌均匀后,静置脱泡5min,即可获得环氧胶液。混合粘度2860mpa.s;适用期≤30min;100g固化放热峰127℃;ABS-ABS基材搭接剪切强度5.94Mpa;DSC法测试Tg 131.4℃。
综合上述实施例1~3及对比例1可以得出,本发明耐温型环氧胶的粘接强度和耐温性有明显提高;综合上述实施例1~3及对比例2可以得出,本发明耐温型环氧胶的粘度适中,反应发热平缓,可操作性强。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于微/超滤膜组件浇注的耐温型环氧胶,其特征在于:该耐温型环氧胶包括树脂组分和固化剂组分,树脂组分和固化剂组分按照重量比100:70~85混合配制;
树脂组分包括基础环氧树脂、改性环氧树脂和聚醚改性有机硅烷类共聚物消泡剂,上述原料按照重量比40~70:30~60:0.3~0.5的比例混合搅拌均匀,脱泡制得;
固化剂组分先将芳香族类固化剂的缩合物与含苯基类缩水甘油醚按照重量比1:1.5~2.5在60~80℃,预反应30~60min,制成改性芳香固化剂,再与聚醚胺固化剂按照重量比1:1.4~2的比例进行混合均匀,脱泡制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于微/超滤膜组件浇注的耐温型环氧胶,其特征在于:所述的基础环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂E-51或E-44中的一种或一种以上;所述的改性环氧树脂包括AG-80或TDE-85中的一种或一种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于微/超滤膜组件浇注的耐温型环氧胶,其特征在于:所述的芳香族类固化剂包括间苯二胺、间苯二甲胺和间苯二甲胺中的一种或一种以上;所述的含苯基类缩水甘油醚包括苯基缩水甘油醚、邻苯甲基缩水甘油醚和苄基缩水甘油醚中的一种或一种以上;所述的聚醚胺固化剂包括D-230、D-400或T-403中的一种或一种以上。
